They sold the storage unit and the new owners canceled our access code in order to get us to stop by the office and re add our credit card on file. (of course there was no one on site to do so). They could've just called and asked for the credit card number again but it's easier for them no notify people by locking them out? I'm still OK with it, but now they're emailing me asking them to leave them a review. So here it is.

Haven't had the call back as promised to be able to pay for the one missed month - in all this time, then be able to vacate contents immediately. Makes more sense than to hold items for ransom to auction them off!

They state one price online, but then Jack up the price. The refuse to honor the price, giving only one discount for your unit. It's basically legal blackmail, as they know you're most unlikely to move units. I've been misinformed on multiple items. property manager suggested I get a family member to rent a new unit, as the current unit kept going up in price and PS failed to honor the original price. Upon moving in the unit, the price jacked from $47 to $120. Needless to say I immediately moved out. Also note they lie about their locks. BRING your own and refuse theirs. They WILL not give money back for returned locks. I was told this, and returned TWO. In which I expected $42 to be refunded; was even told so over the phone. Yet they haven't. I'm about to file a police report and complaint with better business. Horrible company, DO NOT TRUST them!

It was the first time I had ever scheduled after hours so was worried how the process would go. In my request, I put in for furniture protection cloths. When I arrived, the process was easier than I thought. I dloaded the Uhaul app, and they had 5 lock boxes near the front door. Through the app, it gave me a code for the key and also a photo of where my uhaul was. Everything was all there! The drop-off process took a little longer (had to take like 8 photos) but the convenience and ease of getting/returning Uhaul was much simpler than I expected. The only complaint I have is that the small uhauls don't have a ramp and I "think" the Uhaul we had contained bed bugs. Please thoroughly clean vehicles after each use.

They advised the key had a lanyard/string around it. I was very perplexed by this because we have all keys that were issued to us and never have we had any keys with strings/lanyards around them. I went to the facility and thankfully nothing appeared missing. I called management and advised that my lock they issued must have been recycled because someone must have had a key and unlocked it. I asked if they would replace my lock with a new one. I also asked perhaps they were mistaken and it was a different storage room than mine that they found unlocked. The manager became defensive and said I was accusing her of being dishonest and that it is against their policy to recycle locks. She said she had a picture of my unit when she found it unlocked, and she knows it was mine unlocked. I asked if she could send me the picture and she said she no longer has it. I informed her that I am not accusing anyone of dishonesty, but rather that there must have been some mistake on their end- either they mistakenly identified the unlocked storage facility as mine or they mistakenly used the same lock on our unit so that a previous renter still has a key. The manager said they would not replace my lock and if I wanted to I could go buy another one and ended the call. Wow. I will be moving out of this storage facility. The mistake is on their end and instead of hearing me out, replacing the lock, they told me it was my fault and to deal with it. No thanks. I want a facility that is going to keep my stuff safe and then support me if there are issues.

Some how a misunderstanding came about and at the last minute (I do mean last) and she was able to fit me onto her site whew ! When we arrived she had just finished cleaning and treating the unit to be rented. We started the paperwork, she explained everything and later delivered an envelope to me knowing that we were on a time schedule. If you need a storage unit call about availability Ark fills up pretty quickly and the "special rates" are "good for six months only."

Location and price are important but being able to access my unit at anytime and still feel safe is huge for us! This facility and specifically the ladies that work here are so kind and helpful that we have several family members and friends that have units at this facility. If you are considering a storage unit then look no further as this is the best bang for your buck! Clean units, friendly staff and safe access 24 hours makes this the best storage deal in town!!!
