Restore is wonderful. The staff made me feel very comfortable with their knowledge of the process, the benefits and expectations. It was an awesome experience. I went in with a mild annoying pain in my hip area and I was mindful to pay attention to it afterwards. I was shocked that I didn't feel the hip pain afterwards. The place is very clean and relaxing, and the cryotherapy was very quick and easy. I literally walked out of there feeling like a new person. If you are into fitness and taking care of your body, then you need to help restore it with cryotherapy. They offer other services like red light therapy and IV drips which I am excited to try out.
