I have been using Ryan and Comfort Experts for years. I just don't know why I haven't written a review sooner. They are extremely reliable and honest. Not only do they service my home, but I am also a property manager and I trust them for all of my client's needs as well. My tenants always comment about how professional they are. Always on time and always honest! I love how they thoroughly explain everything in a manner that can easily be understood. They have my business for life! read more

Sent comfort experts a message on yelp and was able to schedule the next available appointment. Jeremy was able to come in quicker then expected! Sadly, our trusty (not so much really) old A/C unit decided to quit giving us humans comfort, right at the same time the desert reached heat advisory temperatures. Quickly, I searched yelp for highly rated A/C repair companies, and found Comfort Experts, being 100% 5 star rated. I have them a call, and surprisingly they answered at 9:30 PM. I set up an appointment to have the A/C looked at the following AM Have you ever had one of those repair guys show up to your house, and make you feel that your inconveniencing them? I have, and the people running ,and working for, Comfort Experts, are NOT those guys. Ryan showed up as promised, 1st thing the following morning. After a quick inspection, Ryan confirmed the the old unit had mysteriously consumed all of its R22 Freon. Well as everyone who's had to add Freon to their A/C in the last 6 years knows, 8 to 10 lbs of Freon was going to be costly. Honestly, the A/C unit was close to 22 years old, and I'm told, had lived well beyond it's life expectancy. Long story short, Ryan gave us a very competitive quote for a replacement, and was able to get it installed on Saturday, which was only 2 days away. I expected a much longer wait time being summer in Arizona. His crew showed up promptly, worked vigorously all day long, and had us back in comfort by the end of the day. I have to give it to these guys, working in that attic is absolutely miserable . Everyone of the guys were 100% friendly and professional. So, yes, I highly recommend this locally owned and operated, highly professional, friendly, 5 star rated company! Don't fall for the annoying guy on the radio ad's, give these guys your business. read more

Ryan and his company are amazing in every way! From the moment I submitted a quote for looking at our AC units on a Saturday, Ryan was quick and efficient. He communicated with me every step of the way, answered all of my questions and made sure I was in the loop since this was our rental property. Ryan and his team did everything they could to get our units up and running as quickly as possible despite it being a weekend and needing to order new pieces. We'll definitely be using Comfort Experts for all of our needs! read more

I must honestly say that this company is 100% customer oriented. Bryan, the owner, is determined to make your job a positive experience no matter what it takes to ensure ones satisfaction. I had a unit replaced and some issues were encountered. Bryan went out of his way to make it right at no additional cost. He is personable and very knowledgeable in what his crew does. I would highly recommend Comfort Air for any a/c issue that may evolve. Lastly, Bryan is a man of his word... read more

Had a blocked condensate line and paid almost $400 to clear it. Went on vacation and came back to a semi flood with the same condensate line blocked. I don't think it was ever actually cleared. I have no idea how they have so many 5 star reviews. read more

Had received quotes to replace my A/C system in my home that was 20 years old. I contacted Comfort Experts and Ryan came out to the house to discuss and give me a quote on my system. I was totally impressed by Ryan and what he was going to install that I hired him on a Friday and the install was set up for the following Tuesday at 7 am. That morning his team arrived on time and started to work at once. The guys were awesome..friendly and professional. They explained everthing that they were doing and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up above and beyond and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this local company for their professional, friendly, and quality of work . read more

Ryan and Dakota were so great and responsive in a time of need! They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and even told us that it may be covered under warranty if we check with the dealer. We will definitely be calling them back and when we need them. read more

This will be our third summer in AZ. First two companies that came out only wanted to sell us on a yearly maintenance plan and it didn't seem they really did much. Ryan was certainly a relief. He was the first company that actually washed the coils! Felt very comfortable that I was dealing with an honest company for a change. Comfort will definitely be who we call next Spring to get the AC ready for the summer. read more

Love this company and their excellent customer service. I called at 11am and Dakota was at my house by 1pm. The best AC company we have found in the state. Also, Ryan, the owner, is always willing to discuss all your options. read more

Excellent service! Very responsive, which is what you want when your AC goes out mid-summer. Have been dealing with Ryan for years and have referred family members as well. Everyone has had a good experience. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Comfort Experts. read more

Ryan was very knowledgeable and professional. A joy to work with. Tech Clay and assistant Uriah spent a lot of time prepping our foam roof that everything level and neatly installed. Unfortunately the roofing contractor that came in the day after the install decided to remove all of the new 4x4's and foam in the roof, setting the new supports on top of the new foam. Not a big problem but negated all of the install's hard work. Lesson learned - when setting units on foam roof, roofers prefer to have an unbroken foam coating. Ryan returned at my request a week later to confirm the install was still good (no charge) after the roofing contractor removed and replaced the new unit. Ryan also spent a lot of time discussing the pro's and con's of several different package heat pumps systems helping me choose from the many choices out there. Would recommend this company. read more

This company is the best! Really incredible service and are trustworthy to boot! They were able to come out within 2 hours of my call and fixed my issue in less than an hour which was really necessary as it was 112 degrees in Phoenix and I was literally melting. Ryan is the owner and very professional knowledgeable and friendly. I've had multiple properties and many rentals and I wouldn't use anybody but Comfort Experts! read more

I called the Comfort Experts because my air conditioner wasn't cooling my house as well as it should. They arrived before 30 minutes. The refrigerant was low. He added the refrigerant and a dye so it could be checked later for a leak. Very knowledgeable and wonderful at explaining the issue. Definitely a great experience and very appreciative. Thank you! Now if I can get Yelp to change my location to Gilbert, AZ. read more

All around excellent experience! I requested a quote for 2 new ac units and Ryan M reached out very quickly. He came out the next day and was very thorough and explained everything to me. He gave me a very fair quote. We did get quotes from about 7 places and at the end of the day the work that Comfort Experts was right for us. We did research and read reviews and it was the right fit for us! We called Ryan the day before thanksgiving and he got us on the schedule for the following week. They are installing today and will be done but so far they are excellent. Very hard working, very respectful, and overall we are very very happy! Definitely recommend. We will be using them for all AC needs from now on. read more

Recently my AC broke and I needed to find a reputable company to repair it quickly. Looking on yelp and finding that Comfort Experts had good reviews, I requested a service quote. They got back with me immediately, and were at my house first thing the next morning. They were efficient, kind, courteous and when they had to return through no fault of their own, they made me feel like I was a priority. I would recommend them to anyone, family and friends, and I plan on using them when I need to service my AC unit again. 5 stars Update: Our old unit finally gave out and we called Comfort Experts right away. They came out, gave us a reasonable quote and installed the new unit within two days. Again, we will only give our business to them! Thanks! read more

My AC went out and I called Ryan Constrom he was out with in 30 min. He was a very professional and nice gentleman. He looked at my AC said it needed repair. He was going to schedule me in the next day but was very kind to go to the shop and pick up what was needed to repair my AC. He did it all in the same evening. I can't thank him enough how kind he was to do it right away. I would definitely recommend them. read more

For the first time in almost 3 years, we finally have air flow. This was a happy accident as my AC needed a minor upgrade for the air scrubber to fit. Received a quote to replace non-working AC unit in warehouse. Ryan was great, honest, prompt and friendly. Told us things no other company had like replace with the same manufacturer that the old unit was for the footprint to make it quick, the unit we needed was out of stock so we bumped up to a 16 seer instead of a 14. Unit was up and running quickly and no problems. Appreciate it! Will use again when the need arises read more

I used the request a quote at 8pm. By 6am the next day Ryan was there and fixing my a/c. Thank goodness not a replacement job. He was able to fix it by 640 am even. Thank you Comfort experts for the fast friendly service. Definitely will refer to others! read more

Tech came out and told me I needed a new unit before he even came inside. Inspected my unit and said I was 11lbs down and that my whole system was an electrical fire hazard. Tried to push a new unit and maintenance plan on me. Second opinion came out...turns out I was 3 lbs down and my unit is fine. Electrician came out and said there was no electrical issues. What a scam this company is!!!! read more

These guys are great, they helped me out last year and I went straight back to them this year. They are still professional, friendly, and efficient. After having another company quote us and give us nothing but a bad sales pitch, Comfort Experts provided us with awesome and efficient service that was honest. They got the job done quickly, and Ryan and Clayton offered great customer service. Thank you guys! read more

My reviews are far and few between as I save them for truly spectacular services. This particular company deserves the highest of accolades. I am somewhat of a techie but have limited knowledge when it comes to HVAC. I reached out to Comfort Experts to help out with three Nest thermostats that I installed in my mother's home that were not heating properly. Ryan promptly responded to my request quote. Despite not having an opening until a week from now, he offered to diagnose and help me fix my problem over the phone. At my convenience, I called his cell and he answered on his lunch break. He had me snap a few photos to check the setup, made a recommendation, and everything was soon up and running smoothly. I offered to send a tip via Venmo or Zelle but he respectfully declined and asked that I call should I ever need his services again. My parents were small business owners and it wasn't until I called Ryan that I've seen a similar level of customer service. I can be difficult to impress and this company made that task look easy. I will look no further when seeking out an HVAC company in the future. Thanks again! read more

Mark L. Ryan's crew came on time and were friendly and professional. Ran into a small glitch installing the unit on the roof and they had only a 30 min. delay to wait for the proper frame. Everything was explained to me and the installation was back on track. Had they not been so honest I would have never known there was even a problem. Ryan came out to check on everything and all was up and running with only a short delay. His crew was great and they cleaned up everything inside and out. A BIG THANK YOU TO COMFORT EXPERTS. read more

After an extensive RFP bidding process of 10 vendors Comfort Experts came out on top. I have been partnering with Ryan and Ryan at my commercial site for the better part of 2017 and its a decision I wish I had made sooner. These guys are amazing; they work on your Carrier RTU package units, Carrier and LG mini splits, AHU, AAON, and ecobee system. They have done service, repairs, retrofits, and installs and their work is far superior to any vendor I have come across in the valley. They are extremely talented at what they do and don't try to up-sell anything. We worked together on a PM plan that works for the business and they tailor their services when needed. They always pickup the phone when I call, are willing to do unplanned and unscheduled site-visits on a moments notice, and work around our business schedule. They are trustworthy, punctual, hard-workers, and once you get to know them on a personal level they are good guys. You will not be disappointed if you decide to procure their services. read more
