I could not have been happier with the work done by Ryan and his team on the replacement of my whole system, heating and cooling. They were clean, neat, professional, and conscientious during the entire process. I had 3 bids but ended up choosing Ryan since he is a knowledgeable business owner and I felt he would have his name at stake. I was not disappointed. He gave me several choices for the equipment, I was never oversold...he simply explained the differences between units and allowed me to make the best decision for my situation, taking all the time I needed. His team was careful and did all they could to keep the dirt and insulation from installing the heating system, on tarps and in the end, they vacuumed as well. One vent did accumulate some insulation from installation and when Ryan called to check on things after installation of the systems, I mentioned this. I was just going to clean it myself, however, Ryan himself insisted on coming right out to clean and wash the vent. I mention this to show the level of detail Ryan took...and his team was the same. The units were both Carrier products. Also, his team corrected the duct work and there is a noticeable difference in the balance of warmth coming thru all vents. I imagine once I begin using the AC, the result will be the same. And the AC is definitely a much more adequate Seer size for my home. The platform the AC is on was also changed out to a concrete platform instead of the plastic platform. This is a 16 Seer, 2 stage system from Carrier. I am looking forward to a comfortable and problem free summer season with the new equipment. Thank you Ryan and to your efficient team. It was an all day, dirty job...I appreciate all you and your team did throughout the process. read more

I can't recommend Phoenix AC Experts enough! If you live in the Valley, you know how brutal the summers can be, and when my AC went out during a 115°F heatwave, I was in a panic. From start to finish, this company delivered exceptional service. First, scheduling an appointment was a breeze. I called in the morning, and they had a technician out to my home by early afternoon -- that's FAST for Phoenix! The tech was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what the issue was with my AC unit, gave me a breakdown of the costs upfront, and even offered advice on preventative maintenance to keep the unit running smoothly. The repair itself was done efficiently, and they only used quality parts. I could tell they truly care about customer satisfaction, not just rushing through jobs. The best part? My house was cool and comfortable within hours -- no more sweating indoors! Their prices were very reasonable, especially considering the fast turnaround. They also offer maintenance plans, which I signed up for to avoid future emergencies. If you need anything HVAC-related, Phoenix AC Experts should be your first call. Honest, professional, and responsive -- they'll be my go-to for all future AC needs! Pro Tip: Ask them about their summer tune-ups. It's worth every penny to avoid a breakdown when it's blazing outside! read more

RELIABLE! HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for BEST, look no further than COMFORT EXPERTS! We've been using Comfort Experts since purchasing our home in 2014. Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've " shopped" around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts! You guys are the best!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Comfort Experts. We came home from a vacation to find the AC really struggling to cool the house. Of course this was also the hottest week of the summer so far. AC was running continuously and would not cool below 82 degrees. Ryan answered my call late in the evening and we made an appointment for the next morning. Ryan was on time and really efficient. We found a restriction in the coils preventing the unit from operating efficiently. We could have tried to limp the system along but, as the unit was 27 years old, it really was a matter of time before we were going to need to replace it. Ryan put together a quote for a new system and it was very reasonable. Within 48 hours we had a new system in place and up and running. His crew that did the install work was professional, clean, and very patient to explain everything they were doing and why. The quality of their work combined with their level of customer service makes this a top tier company to work with and has earned them a customer for life. I highly recommend you call Ryan and his team for all of your HVAC needs. read more

This was one of the most professional companies that I have dealt with in a long time! I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Ryan Mikita. I expected him to arrive dressed to sell, instead Ryan came ready to work. He was able to walk me through everything from start to finish. And was extremely helpful and honest in what product he could provide. On the day of install, Miguel and Joe showed up and installed our new AC unit WOW!! I couldn't have asked for a better team or company to work with us during such a difficult time. The expense I knew would be a challenge and concerns for the finished product. All of the Comfort Experts employees were just as professional and kind as the owner. They were truly a joy to be able to work with. I am very pleased with not only the professional team but with the cost and Ryan's willingness to work with us. Thank you COMFORT EXPERTS!! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs heating and AC!! They definitely give family experience. Mike and Melody read more

It has been a really hot week! And a horrible time of year for your AC to go out! A huge thank you to Ryan and Miguel at Comfort Experts LLC. - Air Conditioning & Heating you guys have been a life savor! They both spent so much time helping us this week and we got a new AC unit installed this morning at 530! Obviously AC units aren't cheap but they had better pricing than a lot of the local competitors! I highly recommend them! Super professional and down to earth! Willing to take the time to explain issues and go over everything with the 10 yr warranties - yes several types of warranties relating to labor and parts were included in the package we went with! A local business who knows the valley. Ryan grew up in the east valley and said he has no interest in selling to the "big guys" keeping his business local and family/friend owned! As someone who also owns a local small business it's one of the reasons we went with them! Thanks guys!!! read more

I spoke to Ryan Cronstron at Comfort Experts A/C & Heating on Wednesday December 15th to have my A/C - Heat pump replaced. Ryan was very courteous, respectful and helpful explaining the type of unit I have and needed to be replaced since it was approximately 37 years old. On Friday December 17th the unit was replaced by Jeremy, again a very courteous, respectful, conscientious and knowledgeable man. He completed the job doing an awesome replacement and clean up after installation. Jeremy answered all my questions and concerns About the new unit and new thermostat. Very happy to have done business with them and highly recommend them. read more

Thanks Ryan for your quick response to our AC outage and that you came to look at the unit within 30 minutes at the end of the work day. Our system is an old park model and we know it will need replacement at some point in the not-too-distant future. Ryan did his best to make sure we are up and running until we know more about the longevity of this older system. Much appreciated. Comfort Experts are now our go-to AC specialists. Professional, personable and highly responsive. Great job! I know we will use your services again, though we hope our current solution lasts for a while! Thanks again Ryan! read more

Yes--the other reviewers are right! In the middle of an excessive heat warning, I woke to find my AC blowing NO air into the house. That can be a scary feeling, as you watch the inside temperature start climbing toward ninety. I had no idea who to call, so relied on online reviews and they were certainly right about Ryan and Comfort Experts. They were able to fit me into the day's schedule. Ryan arrived earlier than promised, had the problem fixed in minutes and the price was very reasonable. Comfort Experts has a new loyal customer. Thanks so much! read more

Naturally one of the two AC Units went out after only three years and it was at the end of the day during a 110 day. I was referred to Ryan, the owner, by several neighbors at 9pm Tuedsy night so I called Ryan and he was at our house before 6:00am the next morning and had the unit fixed and was up and running within a half hour. Ryan is very personable, professional, knowledgable and affordable. I will have him service our units yearly now so I won't have to call him due to an emergency. Great job, you have a client for life thanks so much ! -Mike read more

No need to look any further! Had an air conditioning company I used for years. After getting a quote for repair on the unit, I decided to get a second opinion. Ryan was quick to come out and give me a quote. To my amazement it was less than half the price I was quoted from my "former air conditioning company". I will be using Comfort Experts from now on and eagerly recommending them to family and friends. It always feels good to support an honest, friendly and thorough contractor! These are the guys we want to be around for the long haul! read more

We loved working with Comfort Experts! Ryan came out the day I called them to give me a quote on a new AC unit. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and explained what the problems were and what we needed very simply. He installed the new unit quickly which we were very grateful for because it was starting to get hot here. We are so happy with the service we received during the install. The guys were honest, hardworking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

Had a rather mysterious rattle or noise coming from the attic whenever one of my heating units kicked on. Called Comfort Experts and they sent Chris over to inspect it. He was great! In no time found a gas line pipe in the attic that was responsible for the noise, strapped it off the roof joists and the noise disappeared. Chris has been over before to maintain my HVAC units under their service warranty and he's done a great job. Comfort Experts is a great "Family HVAC Service" and I recommend it highly to anyone! read more

All in all a 5 star experience with comfort experts. I've had the pleasure of primarily working with Connor, he brings a great professionalism with him, but also an understanding and care for his customers. He doesn't leave you with no solution, but tries to continue finding the most optimal solution based on your setup for your needs/preferences of air flow, comfort, and diagnosing issues and next steps of what could be the answer. I will always prefer using comfort experts in the future based on my experience. read more

This company is amazing. It was 112 degrees out and out air conditioning went out. It was after 6pm and every place I called was a recorded message. Comfort Experts had a real person answering after hours! The only other company that even answered told me that they couldn't come out for 3 days! Comfort Experts had someone out in just a couple of hours! They were professional and personable. You don't find that very much any more. I will be calling Comfort Experts for all my future needs! You should too! read more

I highly recommend these guys. They provided exceptional customer service, were extremely proficient, and our technician was just an all around good person. Ryan, our tech, was here on time and able to accommodate us with same day service. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with one of our A/C units very quickly and had all the replacement parts with him. He was in and out within an hour even though the issue was pretty complex. Our A/C is now up and running again! read more

Ryan came over my home and gave me an evaluation and a quote. We discussed exactly what we needed and wrote up the contract. He pulled all the old stuff out of the attic and installed all the new a/c heater stuff and the A/C unit outside. All this was done in about 9 hours! Everything we wrote up was completed as per contract. Excellent people. It is a breath of fresh air to find a contractor who actually does what he says he will do, without some "heartburn" involved! read more

I called after a quick search on the internet and spoke with Ryan Cronstrom. He was up front that it might be a few hours before he could get to my service, but called back within 45 minutes and made an effort to squeeze me in as it would be most efficient. He diagnosed the problem and had everything working within 10 minutes. I was very impressed. I will absolutely make him my first call for my future service needs. read more

Ryan and his team were GREAT. The Techs are very knowledgeable and worked with purpose.
