    Dirty, sticky tables

The tables are sticky and the cashier said its because of the table paint. In that case, why not use tableclothes or placemats. Food is not bad. I went in for a sit-down lunch after a long time. Not happy with the ambience.

I stopped into Comella's to grab a bite to eat before heading to the TCAN. The restaurant is small but they make really good use of the space. They offer dine in, pick up, and I also believe delivery. They had a fairly decent sized menu with different meal sizing options. The prices were incredibly reasonable and the portions were also very generous. The young ladies running the front counter were incredibly friendly and hardworking. You could tell they liked the job and helping the numerous customers that were coming in. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others. One of the better dining experiences I've had during the past three years to be honest.

Used to have $5 large cheese pizzas which were so awesome and my families and friends go-to, especially for big parties and events. However they continued to raise their prices and decrease the quality of their ingredients. I've had the chicken broccoli ziti and I liked it, just tasted like a classic pizza place pasta dish. My favorite pizza is their Olivia Rose, which is buffalo chicken pizza. It has the perfect amount of sauce and is definitely one of my favorites, but definitely a little pricey. It's also good to note this is a red sauce pizza, not white sauce. The thing about these pizzas is that they can be hit or miss depending the day or type of pizza you get. They can sometimes they can be kind of undercooked with almost too much sauce? The center of the pizza sometimes has cheese taken out and too much sauce / undercooked sauce in the middle. Or sometimes they are a little more cooked with less sauce and can also almost be a cheesy bread. Either way it is still good but I definitely would much rather not have much too much sauce. The picture below is one of their better pizzas, it was cooked just right. I feel like when you add toppings (like onion and pepper) is when the pizza is usually undercooked.

Down to 2 stars... a plain pizza that looks like it was made by a 5 year old -! Keep raising price though. And a Buffalo chicken pizza where the dough is barely cooked. Come on ITS PIZZA!! Dough, sauce , cheese , toppings. Sorry to make it so hard for you. Embarrassing...

    A barely cooked pizza.

Hate to be this person. I keep hoping it'll get better but it really doesn't get much worse than this. Asked for them to make sure the food was fully cooked and this is what I got. Order somewhere else- save your money & save your time!

Craving eggplant parm my tummy drove me here. Thank you yelpers for helpful tips! This is a small place and I can see why it is mostly take out. On the end of the corner of Main Street is this little place with just a few tables. It did give me that inviting feel to want to go back and eat there. The mess was just that. A mix of this and that which is hard to describe. Wanting the eggplant parm I ordered a side of the mess to go with it. For about $9 I got 3 meals out of it. Filling for sure. The eggplant parm reminded me of lasagna since it was layered. It was thick and delic and I was pleasantly happy with the side of mess. After placing my order and getting there in about 10 mins it was hot and ready to go. Now the dilemma is if I go back to try their pizza or getting seconds on the eggplant parm. Parking is hit or miss in downtown Natick but most of the parking is within walking distance with a meter.

I am a long time resident of Natick, but only recently had an opportunity to try Agostino's…read more Unfortunately, it was horrendous, and I would encourage everyone to stay away. We read the reviews regarding bad customer service and the way they treat their employees and child customers so decided to order takeout. My son has significant allergies so I ordered a plain burger with nothing on it-Mgehan took my order. When we picked up the food and got it home, the burger was slathered with melted cheese and grilled onions/peppers. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with Ella and request requested either credit or a replacement dish. She spoke with the manager/owner, Zee who said that they could make another burger and we could come and pick it up in 20 minutes, but we would be charged the full amount even though it was their fault. I said that's not acceptable and I would be happy to return the food and they could credit me or replace it, but she said no. I told her that I would dispute the charge with AMEX and she said go right ahead. AMEX will handle this now. This is not the customer service you expect when you're paying with your heart earned cash. Wonder what they would have done if we were actually eating there and they brought the wrong food to our table? Stay away from this restaurant if you value your money and respect your dignity. Obviously, we will not be returning and will warn our friends. Update: Just wanted to give a quick update regarding my post. Zee, the owner/manager of the restaurant, called me today as he read my post online. He apologized profusely for the miscommunication and confusion regarding our order and wanted to make it right. He offered me a full credit for the meal. I swung by the restaurant today to meet with him personally and he was again apologetic. He issued me a gift card above and beyond the value of our entire meal. I encouraged him to read the reviews posted and address them for the benefit of his restaurant, customers, and staff. Wanted to let you all know that we can make a difference and appreciate all the input. Cheers!

A Hidden Gem in Wellesley…read more La Toscana's offers a lot more than its facade may suggest. Under the direction of a wonderful new chef, La Toscana's shows what elevated Italian cuisine can be like when care is emphasized from start to finish. We chose to have a milestone birthday celebration at La Toscana's because we had gone there a few weeks prior and were thoroughly impressed. We started the evening with a variety of appetizers including stuffed zucchini flowers, meatballs, and Caesar salads. The stuffed zucchini flowers were an instant favorite at the table-- hot, filled with rich, delicate ricotta, and crunchy on the outside. The meatballs were large, fluffy, perfectly seasoned, and accompanied by the elegant house marinara sauce. The Caesar salad was light and delicious with the welcome addition of sundried tomatoes. We then shared two excellent pizzas-- the margherita for the adults and a cheese for the kids. Both were notable for a crispy thin crust, perfect blend of sweet and tangy marinara, and perfectly balanced cheese. If this weren't great enough, the house-made pasta exceeded expectations. The chef makes the pasta daily and then creates the different types to order right before your very eyes-- in the window of the restaurant. With care and precision, he measures and cuts creating pappardelle, agnolotti, and tortello. Stand-out dishes at the table included the ricotta-filled agnolotti served with a decadent mushroom cream sauce. The pappardelle Bolognese was incredible with the perfect bite to the pasta and a flavorful and balanced meat sauce. The gnocchi with pesto creme is also another dish not to be missed. If you are fortunate enough to strike up a conversation with the chef, you will learn amazing insights into how he thinks about pasta and its preparation as well as his journey to Wellesley. It's a great story! We will certainly be coming back and hope to celebrate more great dinners at La Toscana's.
