This was a take out order. Pizza was very good- Pepperoni and Meatball- and ready on time.

My son and I just got a steak and cheese sub. Now, I have had a steak and cheese subs throughout my life and you can taste the cheese. This had just a tiny bit of cheese at the bottom. Other than that, it was just dry steak. I called and I explained that my son was trying a steak and cheese for the first time and didn't like it because all the cheese is at the very bottom and the whole thing was tasting like only steak. I asked could we have another one another day with more cheese. After all, if you are eating in a restaurant, the managers always try to make you happy. It should be no different if you pick up and take it home. The person who spoke to me said we just put the standard amount at the bottom and "that's that". He did not show any care at all. He said certainly when you buy another one you can ask for extra cheese. This is disappointing to me. At my age, I have had my fair share of steak and cheese subs. And this one was drastically different to have just a teeny bit of cheese at the bottom. Gross, even. And for this company not to honor us and just let us buy another one on another day, really puts a sour taste in my mouth. Bad sub and bad customer relations. read more

First time visiting. Meat lovers pizza and chicken tenders (buffalo) (pound and a half) easy in and out, I ordered online. (First time user 10% discount) tenders tasted super tender, that's a plus. Two others waiting for their order. Reminded me of all the other pizza joints I've been to, so no real feel of an atmosphere. Clean for the most part. Now, of course the food is what we are trying to, so. The Buffalo chicken tenders for a large order you get a pound and a half, so that seems good. Now the meat lovers pizza is the main course and that's what I am looking forward to eating. I was pretty disappointed, the meat lovers pizza usually is a messy mess. This one was just too clean. We lived in the Framingham area for 4 years and have moved away but still find ourselves going back whenever we're near by to grab food. It's a small place and we mainly do take out. They do have a few tables and booths but those were closed up for Covid but maybe they will open them up with the restrictions being lifted. I usually get a small pastrami sub toasted with lettuce tomato and mustard. It's is full of meat and although a bit greasy because it is pastrami its my favorite. I've gone to other various local pizza shops in different towns and still roll into Pizza Wagon. The owner has a motorcycle as do I so it's fun to chat while waiting for my order. He's a kind hard working owner who was really kind to my daughter when she was working around the corner at Walgreens while she was a student at FHS. No matter how long it's been since we were last there the neighborhood local welcome is still there and I'm happy thatit hasn't changed. Wishing the owner and staff much success as the world continues to throw us curve balls and charge. Here's to the small businesses! Let's keep them going! read more

I ordered a pizza through the Slice app. They said it would be delivered by 6:33 at the latest. It still wasn't here at 6:55, so I contacted Slice. They said the store would give me 10% off of the order. I tried to cancel since the driver left the store around 6:20 and I knew that it would be ice cold by the time it got here.slice said that they couldn't cancel it. I ordered through the Slice app because the expected delivery time was short. Two hours later, I have no food, am being lied to by the restaurant who has no proof of delivery and cannot describe the distinctive cars in my driveway or the person who they said waved out the window. I asked for proof of delivery, and they had none except to say they looked on Google Maps. That's not proof of delivery...especially when the houses in my neighborhood look similar. Avoid delivery. They will steal your money and leave you hungry with no recourse. Ordered a sausage pizza and onion rings. The pizza wasn't my favorite. It was still good, because it was pizza, but the crust was a little grainy, almost? And the sauce was just ok. Ive worked in several kitchens including now and the kitchen staff is in fact all south american where noone speaks English. So now you want to play the race card?? Please! U were combative because your food is disgusting. U wanted me to return the food when we got it delivered. At no point did u "offer" to return our money because you said that's the way we do our "steak tips" which were infact little pieces of cut up form of beef. The food is trash. Place has a tendency to forget orders. Actually, they have a habit of forgetting orders. The pizza is good but I've had 3 occasions where I've arrived for pickup well beyond the stated pickup time only to wait while they refuse to acknowledge that the order was forgotten. I think it's poor form to leave a bad review for mistakes that can happen beyond anyone's control. But fool me three times? Yelp review. I just waited 50 minutes for a small pizza. I arrived for my order after 20 minutes which means you still needed more time than what was originally quoted to fill an order that you had forgotten. No apologies, no acknowledgment, no empathy. Just moved near this place and won't go back anytime soon. I know we're all wearing masks (which is a good thing especially when they're yelling at the television set on too loud while preparing food) but there was no smiling by any of the employees. Picked up two large cheese pizzas after seeing the special on their web site for $15.99. Called in the order, made sure the special was still valid and was told they would be ready to be picked up in 20 minutes. They did not take our name, which was a little strange, but for just cheese pizzas, I guess they were not worried. Picked up the pizza's, and they were expecting us as promised. They were ready to go when we got there. Mentioned the special, but was charged full price and the credit card receipt did not match either the full price or the discount amount! It may be they accidentally overcharged us, or maybe they just see who they can get away with charging the extra amount. The pizza itself is OK. Nothing special, but not bad. Cheese was tasty, the sauce was not very flavorful, and while the crust had the crisp and taste of a pan cooked Greek pizza, overall it was below average. If this was the only pizza place in town we would go back, but there are better pizzas right around the corner from their location and many other better pizza choices through out Framingham. Haven't ordered food from here in problem 1 1/2 years. My all time favorite was always the hot pastrami sub. It did not fail me this time! It was perfectly salty and mustardy! My neighbors introduced me to this place. It's pretty good. Very quick delivery and they have online ordering! Stick with the pizza and salads. Well, this place gets 1 star, and it was tough to even give them that high a rating. The food is well below average, and they got my order completely wrong. They forget the salad dressing and dipping sauces, but did include duck sauce, which I thought was very weird for a pizza place. The pizza has no favor or taste at all. It was like eating cardboard. The salad had limp and browning lettuce and included one wedge of tomato, which was not ripe. I can honestly say this was the worst experience I've ever had while trying to give someone my money. I ordered a meatball calzone with the meatballs on the side. I've ordered this EXACTLY the same before with no issue. So I get there, I'm happy, I've had a nice day, and the guy behind the counter starts grilling me about the order I placed. I think he is the owner or maybe the owners son, I've seen him there before and he seems to be in charge. He starts asking me why I ordered it that way. At this point I'm confused because I just came in to pick up my order and get on with my day, I wasn't expecting to have to start defending the semantics of my order. He starts aggressively asking me questions along the lines of "so what would I put on the calzone then?" I reply "cheese." He continues aggressively berating me that I should of ordered a cheese calzone, and that my order was confusing to his new hire. He said they don't make what I ordered. This is where I get really insulted because... ... I say, completely truthfully (I don't know if they have a system that can look up order history by phone number, but if they do he will see that he was wrong) that I have ordered this before. He responds with "you ordered that here? You didn't order that here." I said I did, and he again accused me of LYING to him about ordering that same thing before. Well the fact is, I HAVE ordered that before, and he just accused a truthful man of lying... ABOUT A PIZZA WAGON ORDER. I told him I have been coming here for over 12 years, which is another true statement, in an attempt to diffuse the situation. He continues accusing me of lying by continuing along the lines of telling me I have not ordered that there. I ask him, rightly angry now, if he is going to give me my order. He again tries to bring it back to the semantics of my order, and that I ordered incorrectly. I don't like the meatballs in the calzone, I like them out of the calzone and I dip them in the marinara sauce. I shouldn't have to explain that, so I didn't. So I say "whatever" and walk out. I never said anything mean to him on the way out, even though I was the one insulted, even though I was just trying to give him my money, because I had things to do later and I could tell this was going to get into a yelling match over a Pizza Wagon order. A Pizza Wagon order... I still can't believe it... As I'm trying to leave the situation by walking out without saying a mean word, after remaining calm through the insulting exchange, after not getting my food that I wanted to pay fairly for, he yells out at me as my back is turned to him "YEAH, THAT'S THE ATTITUDE I LIKE!" in an attempt to egg me on. Did he want to fight me? I don't know. I didn't turn around though, because if I did it would of just been a yelling match and he was clearly not right that day so I didn't want it escalating further. I have been coming here for over 12 years, I just wanted to give money for food (like I have done over fifty times before), and instead my happy day has been overshadowed by a completely unwarranted altercation and called a liar. I won't be going there ever again, there are plenty of other Pizza joints. I gave the same order to Liberty Pizza right down the road and they gave it to me with a smile. I want to give them one star, but I'll give them a star because the food is fine, not exceptional, but not bad either. I tried to talk to him but he just yelled and threated to call the police and me and told me to get out. I wouldn't recommend the place in a million years. When I'm the mood for Greek style this hits the spot. Thick and crispy crust done with a smattering of tangy/sweet tomato sauce, just enough cheese to hold onto your selective toppings, and in our case, just enough pepperoni and sausage to cover the surface. I love that they used sliced as opposed to lumps of sausage -- just my preference. So a large w/ p & s, and a small cheese pizza (just for me..Home Alone anyone?) all for $18! YES!!!!!!!!!! The bacon on both the BLT and salad was burnt beyond recognition, the chicken on the salad tasted as if it had been frozen for many months and the BLT was just wrong in every possible way. Like they say, you can never judge a book by its cover. It was a beautiful looking pizza, but the second I picked it up, it turned into a slip n' slide for all the toppings... soggiest pizza I've ever had. If you grabbed a dead fish from its tail, it would hold itself up better than this pizza. The flaccid pizza base had a sturdiness that reminded me of a fruit roll up. Each slice's cheese and toppings slid off the slice into the box and I had to start eating with a fork. A short while after consuming a slices worth of slop, I became uncomfortably gassy. Never have I felt this gaseous feeling before. A Chuck E Cheese's in Harlem would have a better pizza than this. The taste was all there and the fact that we are in a pandemic and my standards are dirt low... I'll give em a generous two stars. Thank god I'm in a quarantine right now because if anyone was even close to hearing me on the toilet let alone smelling that aftermath my life would surly be over due to utter embarrassment. read more
