This place is a landmark. Pizza can be subjective to many people; but Pizza Wagon always delivers a pie that no one complains about. Quality, quantity and cost are all inline and a good value. The owner and staff work hard, politely and try their best. You try working by hot ovens all day and have lines of people barking at you. I give them 5-stars. I am from CA and we just found this place by chance. Great food and friendly people. Way to much food took home leftovers.

Will never order from them again! Delivery was supposed to take 45 minutes, but in fact took 1.5 hours for four cold subs. Nothing had to be heated or even warmed in the order. Then after getting to the order they got one sub as wrong as they could. It was supposed to have lots of toppings and cheese, and it had NOTHING on it, just turkey on a roll. How could they get it so wrong, tells me they don't care at all!! Stay away at all cost. read more

My co-workers and I order from here on a regular basis and today I wonder if I ever should again! I placed a large order consisting mostly of salads. The gentleman who answered sounded busy and kept putting me on hold while talking my order. After a 45 min wait for delivery, remember I ordered salads, which come pre-made and the toppings added, I not only was missing utensils and the pita breads but also the dressings. One of the salads wasn't even what was ordered. My ham and cheese salad had a slice of badly cut ham and no cheese. The Caesar salad with steak was a pitiful garden salad with the smallest ends of steak. The Cobb salad came with no bacon and the dressing packet had a hair on it. Really a sad display. When I called, I was told that they were crazy busy. I get it. It gets busy but to screw up every order in that order is a little more than just being busy. And having the dressing packet come kind of sticky with hair on it makes me question the hygiene of this place. After calling they did send the missing items but that did little to fix the sad array we got the first time. By the time the fiasco ended I wasn't even hungry anymore (that kind of left with the hair and the sad salad I got). Hopefully others won't have to deal with this bad experience and they hire some people who can fulfill a simple lunch order. read more

We used to really enjoy ordering from here but our last 2 orders were disappointing. One order was a cheese pizza extra cheese, 1/4 of the pizza had no cheese on it, just sauce. Second order was a Buffalo chicken calzone, there were pieces of the cheese inside that were clearly never melted, along with pieces of raw dough. The calzone was clearly not cooked long enough. I know they're busy with a lot of orders coming in, but under cooked food is unsafe and unacceptable. read more

The steak and cheese subs are pretty good, better than most other pizza and sub shops around.

Service still sucks, but their food is still the best pizza shop food in the area. Subs & pizza are amazing. I just don't get delivery anymore. Picking up we haven't had any issues except it's like pulling teeth as you order over the phone. read more

The decor is amazing including my personal favorite, the United States Presidents just chillin laminated on the wall, absurd. So cool. I lament every dollar I have spent at any other pizza place. Not even kidding. They have everything you could possibly imagine. When it comes to menu options: calzones THAT ARE FREAKING MASSIVE, pizza THAT WE DON'T DESERVE, mozz sticks, garlic bread, pasta, BURGERS. Like seriously, I got a large bacon cheeseburger here and they were like, "you sure you want the large?" I says to him, "yeah for sure man." .... GOTTA BE A POUND OF MEAT ON A FOOTLONG SUB. The employees are hilarious, they make me feel like I'm in a sitcom. One time the manager was just walking around asking me what I ordered and when I said a large calzone, he goes "dude, great call." I went here once a week while I was on an internship in Framingham and it changed the way I look at the world. It changed the way I look at pizza. It changed the way I looked into my mothers eyes and told her I loved her. But most of all, it showed me what it means to have a home away from home. This happened due to a combination of discovering better quality food nearby (At Gianni's in Framingham or at Franco's in Sudbury) and also the fact that the food quality seemed to decline the last few times I ordered from Pizza Wagon. Ordered from them at 8:15 pm they never even came to deliver our food and stopped answering the phone.. though I was charged for the food. They finally called me after 10 pm and said they refunded me and the driver was on the way. We will what time they show up. Not to mention I'm 5 month pregnant, my husband has been working all day and my 20 month old son is up way too late waiting for dinner. read more

As a teacher, I understand the level of stress many people work under, including myself.However, stress does not excuse ones rudeness to others. Pizzas I got were really good. Delivery was ahead of time, courteous. Pies were hot and looked really good. I got the Hawaiian with bacon added and the texture, tang, and taste were awesome. I will get this one again. We also got a pepperoni, sausage and spinach. The sausage is not ground Italian but sliced... very good but different for sure. The crust was not too dense or rustic and held up to the toppings. Slightly sweet sauce. The delivery app allowed me to do the whole deal without having to deal with a phone order. I love the cheese pizza here. It's always perfectly cooked and delicious. I don't like the pizza with toppings, which is strange, because usually I love toppings. The cheese fries aren't special, but taste good. The buffalo chicken pizza isn't my favorite buffalo chicken pizza (shout out to Ernesto's!), but it's not terrible. I usually order through Foodler and go pick it up, so I don't know if delivery is good or bad. Lately, the food hasn't been ready at the designated time, which is annoying. Ordered online for delivery. The web page said that the store was open for delivery. I then got a call saying that it was too close to closing time and I was too far away (5 miles is too far??). The person on the phone was rude, and when I asked for a credit card refund he told me to take it up with Grubhub (the online ordering service). Ordered from these guys the other night and the delivery was pretty fast. Prices pretty cheap, and food was pretty average. Don't order the garlic bread - it tasted like a stale sub role with some butter and spices. Pizza had a lot of toppings and came pretty fast. If you are on a budget and are drunk, this place is okay. I love this place. Not sure why all the bad reviews on yelp! The buffalo chicken tenders are the best. The salads with chicken in them are really good. I usually get the buffalo salad or the cobb salad, both are great. The salads come with wicked good home made pita bread. Delivery is really quick and the drivers are always really nice. This place is obnoxious. We ordered for delivery on Wednesday. Two days later the moron that answered the phone kept saying that he doesn't deliver to my area of Brooklyn. I had a total yes/ no conversation with this jack face. He just rejected the biggest pizza customer this side of Bay Ridge. We have several pizza places we order from almost everyday. I've been going to Pizza Wagon for over 15 years. There are two specific things worth noting. One is that they have a line of gourmet pizzas, which are far above their regular ones. My favorite starts with a Four-Cheese Biano Pizza (no red sauce) with sliced fresh tomatoes. I have them add artichokes and sausage. It is to die for. Anyone that I introduce it to loves it! They now call it the "Lynne Special." The other wonderful thing is that they make their own pita bread. I love to order a Greek salad, and ask for a whole pita bread rather than the usual 1/2. That means they bake up a fresh one right then, and it is puffy and warm! (that takes a little time, so it's best to call ahead for that one).
