Last week I was in a pinch and my usual spot was closed. Called pizza mine as i found it on maps, and got a buffalo chicken pizza. Delightful, exactly how I like it. After searching for quality NY/thin crust italian style pizza for takeout in the metro west, we finally tried Pizza Mine tonight and we were so impressed with how tasty it was. Bonus is that it is less than a mile from our house! I don't know what took us so long to try this place. We got a large pepperoni pizza and it was ready in 15 mins and only 12 bucks. The crust had a good chew, the pepperoni was plentiful and there was just the right amount of cheese. It could have used a bit more sauce, but other than that, it was delicious. We've decided to order pizza tonight from Pizza Mine. I got the Milano pizza and added artichoke to it. It was fantastic. The crust was amazing and the toppings were to die for. It is very similar to the famous pizza Quattro Stagioni ( pizza four seasons) only missing black olives. I highly recommend it. We called at 730 and food was delivered at 810 tonight. If I could give 0 stars I would. Food rate 3.4 stars, This is better than average pizza however, because it's so good they feel that they can do whatever they want. Including arguing with my wife on whether or not they have a website. (Pizzamine.net) We ordered the food off of their website. I requested my food discounted per their online coupon. $17.99 for two large one topping pizzas. I was told to pound sand. After they refused my wife of this discount over the phone stating " We don't accept this coupon unless you bring it in" . I show up with a screen shot of their website and coupon. I was told sorry we don't accept this. Now, Nowhere on the coupon does it say print this coupon for the store it says present coupon which I did. I asked "okay....What are you going to do with the coupon besides throw it away. (No answer) This makes no sense"!. So to save a buck, they lost my loyalty. This place has great food on the occasion they manage to actually get your order correct. The first time my girlfriend and I ordered from here, they took 90 minutes (on a weekday) to deliver after we had to call 3 times to see what was going on. My girlfriend frequently orders from here since they are owned by the same people who own Vina's in Marlborough (they're excellent there). This location is sub par and its a shame because they could have huge potential. Just tonight, my girlfriend attempted to place an order at 8:24 for delivery. They close at 9pm but stated they are only doing pick-ups because their only driver is already out making other deliveries. The other location in Marlborough would have taken an order at 8:59 (they had multiple times for her when it was right before close). I think its excessive to restrict delivery 30+ minutes before close... or at least note that somewhere online or on the menu. My girlfriend is a single parent to a toddler so it's impossible for her to leave to pick up food while her child is sleeping. We keep giving them chances because the food is great... but there's only so many times you can overlook terrible service, cold food, or an all around lack of care for customer satisfaction. I grew up on Greek style pizza and love that flaky buttery crust. NY style pizza crust usually ends up in the garbage. Or as a snack for the birds and squirrels hanging around the dumpster by my house. So all I can say about the pizza here is that it's average. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to get food from here. Wait. Scratch that. I WOULD go out of my way for their Vegetarian Delight pizza. They bread the eggplant that they put on the pizza! So you have an eggplant parm sub. On your pizza. With a bunch of other veggies. And it is delicious. Unfortunately, I can no longer eat what I love there because of a recent discovery of an eggplant allergy. Other specialty pizzas I've tried from there are the Steak Mafia (it's ok if you like an overload of feta with your steak) or Buffalo Chicken Supreme (I could never eat a whole pizza flavored like this). If I can't have the Vegetarian Delight pizza, I go with my usual, a pepperoni & pineapple pizza and call it a day. read more

Not sure what's going on but been eating from pizza mine for a while and it seems maybe a new owner? Chef? Food has changed I wish for the better but not. A Caesar chicken on salad used to have large strips of moist chicken enough for two people! Now it's small little pieces and the price last month was 10.00. It's now 15.00! How could it possibly be that much more in one month. Loved the chicken Parmesan. It used to have a decent size chicken breast and now they cut the chicken up in little pieces to make it look like your getting more. So dissatisfied. The place could use a clean up too. This place is a quality choice for a low key pizza night. It's nothing fancy but it's good! Had a large cheese pizza. Good sauce to cheese ratio and great flavor. Also had an order of buffalo wings which were above average compared to other places I've tried in the area. Just had a pizza from this place last night, and it was fantastic. The dough was super fresh and thin (New York Style), crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. Well I haven't tried the food yet but last night a white car pulled up to my house and a man came to the door and rang all the door bells. Then went out to the front of the house and yelled out your f....... delivery is here. He then proceeded to use the F word at least 3 times. No one in this house ordered any such pizza.. Called the deli and spoke to the manager and he didn' even apologize he just said your the first one to complain .. I found the food to be just okay. I was referred by a friend who described it as very thin crust. While it was certainly Italian style (I do not like Greek style pizza), I didn't find it to really be anything special. It was thicker than I prefer. The toppings were fine, but not extraordinary. So far, I think Bertucci's makes the best pizza in the Ashland area. Overall, I might try it again. The service was quite good. I may ask for my next pizza well done. read more

The buffalo wings were soggy and breaded. They also were not hot in temperature or spice. The pizza is a nyc style but the dough was like eating a rubber band.
