Great food, reasonable prices, and amazing service. Nick's serves up your typical favorite town style pizza. I tried a few of their different pizzas: pepperoni, buffalo chicken, and their Natick Hill special (grilled chicken, broccoli, garlic). It's town pizza, but it's similar to NYC style. All were fantastic! I would probably go for their specials or classic toppings, skipping the buffalo chicken, but regardless anything you get here will be good. I also tried their cheeseburger sub and onion rings which were some of the best onion rings I have ever had. On their menu they also have sandwiches such as grilled cheese and BLT sandwiches which go for $4!!! The staff is so nice and the food is always ready within 15 minutes of ordering. This is a great spot for pizza, and great prices to feed a bunch of people. It has definitely become my go-to in the Natick area. read more

I ordered a small pizza through the Slice app and was very happy with it! It's a foldable thin crust style rather than the thick Greek style everyone makes. Important!!!!!!!!!!!!! I never thought pizza could taste as bad as their bbq chicken pizza which had pink bbq sauce that smelled and tasted horrendous and made me nauseous. They didn't even fully cook the pizza and most of the cheese was unmelted. When we tried to bring it back and get something easy like a cheese or pepperoni pizza they said there was nothing that they could do and we probably won't like anything there then and took our pizza in th he back. The Boyfriend and I picked up food here twice in the last 8 days because we just moved into our new apartment and things are crazy. The first time we got subs; Italian Cold Cuts and a Meatball Sub. Both were very good and an okay price. Tonight we picked up a pizza which we didn't a large was 18", which is gigantic. We ordered pepperoni, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh garlic. The gyros here are very good. I also really enjoy their steak and cheese sub. Cheese pizza is average/ run of the mill. The calzones are large but about average taste. Definitely worth a try if you live in the area. read more

Nick's delivered 2 pizzas 2 nights ago during a torrential downpour. We had the driveway lights on and the front porch lights on and were waiting for the delivery. Within 15 min. of scheduled delivery we checked outside - there were 2 pizza boxes in the pouring rain disintegrating - pizza slices literally floating around in the rain. Are you kidding?? We have had Nick's deliver for the past 20 years no problem. What happened? They always rang the doorbell - someone would be standing there on the porch - come in and unpack the order from the thermal canvas container - everything was great. Yesterday I brought the mess back to Nick's. The guy behind the counter said his brother the owner would not be in until tomorrow and threw the mess out immediately before I could stop him - Before I could take a picture - something's not right -should have been settled right then and there. Today I called the owner - he lied and said the delivery guy called us - NOT! no phone call. I also checked that Grub-Hub did not make this delivery. We are 20-year customers - this is a lousy $18.00 order. I am now pursuing this through our credit card company -on principal. We ordered ziti and meatballs, which came to us as linguine. We also ordered chicken, broccoli Alfredo with ziti, which also came as linguine. My chicken parm with ziti...yes, also came as linguine. Ordered through Foodler.com, and I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the slight screw up with our order. Either way, it was O.K. The sauce is super watery, and doesn't really stick to the noodles. However, the chicken in our dishes was quite good. Nice little side salads too. Shining star of the meal was the pizza. I had been here years ago and it was okay. Ordered a small cheese pizza today (the benchmark of quality, if a they can't do a cheese pizza that tastes good....). When I got there the place was filthy and no one was there to help. I had to wait five minutes before the surly, I presume owner lurked out fron the back room and grunted at me in disaproval. I knew then I would be lucky if the pizza was edible. I opened the box to apply hot pepper flakes and was momentarily pleasantly surprised to find a pizza that looked appetizing; well looks deceive. Upon biting into a slice I was met with the unnatractive flavor of rancid grease and burnt pan drippings. Beyond that there was no flavor whatsoever. Mozzarella, robust sauce, a well crafted crust: nope, none of these flavors that make pizza my favorite food were present. Just rancid grease. I was starving and forced myself to finish a slice to my own personal disappointment. Imagine the worst pizza place you've been to on a late night desperately hungry, and all they have is disgusting slices to offer that have been reheated multiple times over a week due to their unpopularity: that is what Nick's fresh pizza reminded me of. Even dousing it with salt was not enough to eke out a scintilla of taste. I'm sorry I wasted my time, money and appetite on this swill. I have no idea how they stay in business. If you have taste buds avoid this place at all costs. I'm always amazed to find a place that can't make a halfway decent pizza, I mean where is the pride in making something so simple inedible? Good food, prices, and deals- AWFUL customer service. I have ordered from here MANY times, and have had many guests over who have ordered big orders, and therefore gotten these guys a lot of business. Theres been a few minor issues, but a few bigger ones that have unfortunately made it impossible to recommend or tolerate these unprofessionals anymore. Once my friend ordered four subs, two of which weren't supposed to have tomatoes and were supposed to have jalapeños. They messed the order up by delivering the inverse, and when he called they offered no recompense insisting they didn't make the mistake. My friend charged this back without issue, and the restaurant probably never realized, possibly because the credit card company handled the difference. There was another issue where I ordered on foodler and the order was very late so I called, and no one picked up multiple times. I drove to the restaurant to see it closed up, early, and assumed foodler made a mistake processing the order. I ordered food from another place there and when I returned home found the food delivered, cold. Foodler got me a refund. Probably the most appalling though, and the last straw, was today when the delivery kid tells me "if you don't tip 5 bucks you can get the food from the store. We put gas in our cars not water." This place is two minutes away, and the order was 12 bucks. What a ridiculous unprofessional thing to say to a customer. No one should support this place. read more
