We ordered 3 large pizzas...marguerita, pepperoni & chicken kabob. Hard to mess up pepperoni. Chicken kabob was good. The marguerita was another story. It is advertised as "4 cheese blend, Buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomato slices and fresh basil". As you can see in the photo, there is no buffalo mozzarella to be found (they actually pool the cheap mozzarella in piles in an attempt to make it appear to be fresh mozzarella and you'd need a microscope to see the "fresh" basil. So we paid an extra $4 for 20 cents worth of Roma tomato and 1 basil leaf. Additionally, the large pizzas didn't even touch the sides of the boxes. Definitely not worth the money and will not ben ordering from Bill's again. read more

Best gluten free pizza I've found so far!!! Bill's uses a different pizza crust than you find at most other restaurants (I swear they all buy the same frozen crust and throw toppings on), and it's delicious. Soft and airy with a bit of crust crunch, this pizza crust is great. We tried their veggie pizza which came loaded with toppings and their 6 cheese white pizza. Both were excellent. There are tons of pizzas to choose from and I'm excited to try some more of their topping combinations. We will be back and are looking forward to many more gluten free pizzas. read more

I ordered a small Nude Vegetarian pizza for $11. Its a good thing i was eating it alone because a small pizza is really a personal pizza it is 9.6 inches in diameter - IT'S TINY! The presentation was great, it was topped with tons of fresh veggies. Then I took a bite..... and i chewed and chewed and chewed and chewed because the dough was super mushy. The best way to describe it : This pizza dough has the same texture and constancy as thick pita bread. There is no crust. I repeat, THERE IS NO CRUST. Good pizza needs a crust & some crunch. This was without both. When I approached the counter to order, I asked if the pizza was good, the guy paused and said "umm...yea". I should have l left right then. Why would I eat here? i got a miniature overpriced pita bread calling itself a pizza. Positives: *The vibe here is modern and cool. The decor is hip and kitchy with mismatched wood tables and chalkboard menus. *They offer a wide variety of toppings *The service was quick. My order took 12 minutes. I'm left disappointed. I stopped in here because of the other raving reviews- and I'm just reminded that people will always love mediocre pizza. This place is AWFUL , AWFULLY good!!! Eat here a lot especially at lunch time . I've had pizza and a bunch of their subs/salads . They never disappoint (except for eggplant parm , too mushy for me ) . Subs are fresh and made quickly , steak sub especially delicious , pizza IS greasy like the other reviews noted but that's what makes it taste so good !!! My favorite pizza place in Natick. Super high-quality ingredients lead to very flavorful pizza. But it's more than just a pizza place, as they make their own marinated grilled chicken (which is delicious on salads) and greek salad dressing that might be the best I've ever tasted. They also have an eclectic selection of crafts beers, and some small batch local ice cream. The salads are chicken fingers are also delicious. So yeah. I'm not going back. 1. I stopped in on the way home from work tonight. The place is not crowded. I order a few slices. They only had cheese. None of all the other fancy types. But whatever, I pay. She says she'll warm them up for me. After over 20 minutes, I inquire about my slices. It should take 2 minutes to warm up. Turns out, she never put the slices in the oven. The attitude...I wasn't feeling the love....more like "oops, sorry." 2. The pizza is nothing special. I have been stopping by quite a bit lately because it's on my way home. I've wanted to love their pizza. But, in reality, it's no better or worse than the other 50 pizza places I pass on my way home. Actually, it is probably worse than several of them, and maybe better than one or two of them. And it always takes too long, and the parking lot can be a pain to get in and out of. No reason for me to go there again. 3. Last few times I've gone around dinner time it's been full of screaming kids. Like, FULL. Bill's aspires to be a gourmet pizza joint but comes up short. Gourmet food is more than just a fancy menu. The mediocre ingredient quality and amateurish short-order cooks they hire result in disappointing dishes. I go to Bill's every once in a while for sandwiches, but as often as not I regret it. They use parbaked factory dough for their pizzas, not fresh dough, which right there disqualifies them as gourmet as far as I am concerned. The owner would be advised to work for a few months at Bertucci's or Pizzeria Regina to learn how to make real pizza dough. Once I ordered a salami pizza and there was such a paltry amount of salami on it that each slice had only one small piece. Some slices had no salami at all. Not only that, the salami itself was very cheap, low-quality salami. Normally I would give a place like this 3 stars, just another cheapo pizza hole in the wall, but I am docking an additional star for the service. When Bill's first opened, their service was so menacing and hostile that I thought they must be a front. Things have improved since then, but it is still pretty bad. Juvenile cashiers that can't count change, don't know the menu, and can barely operate the cash register; cooks that screw up orders, mush bread, put wrong amounts of ingredients in the dish; the list goes on. All in all, there are a lot of places nearby that are both cheaper and higher quality than Bill's. read more

At Bill's Pizzeria the pizzas are good, good enough salad options as well. I went there when visiting family. We had three kids with us and a couple of adults, the large wooden tables are perfect for big groups. Overall I had a good experience. The kids have fun and the food was good. Bill's is amazing!! It's wonderful to finally have one within walking distance of my house! I've always loved Bill's in Newton and the one in Natick did not disappoint! In fact I think the decor is just as nice, if not nicer, the people are very friendly, the service is fast, and the pizza is delicious! I know a lot of old timers in Natick were in love with Natick Pizza - bill's did this great thing of saving part of their sign and dedicating the bench to the family! But as a comparison for product- Natick pizza had very doughy/cheesy pizza without much taste or substance beyond that. Bill's pizza is the real deal Bill's has topping's with ZING! It won't bog you down with merely crust and cheese (ummm, BEST 6-cheese pizza around though!!!). You can customize anything to your likinglvCalzones are awesome, and everything else worth a try!! Bill's is exactly like a small town restaurant I grew up with. It's clean, the people are friendly, and the food is pretty good. I had the BLT on wheat, with a side of fries. The bacon was good quality, they used real lettuce and fresh tomato. I wouldn't say it was out of this world but if I were living locally I think I'd become a regular. read more

If Bill's delivered or was in walking distance to our office we would go here multiple times a week. Everything we've ordered has been very good to amazing. Over time I've had the Chicken Chopped Greek Salad - very good, big portion and fresh Charlie's Roast Beef - great flavor w the bbq sauce Italian Sub - well done Chicken Parm sub - good and the Baked Penne Sausage Pink - amazing!! I'm glad they have online ordering because I'd be embarassed to call in and ask for Sausage Pink but then again I'm fairly immature ;) My coworker is addicted to the Steak Tip Dinner. Great tips and a nice side greek salad which is well done. Definitely not a throw in salad like other places. Online ordering that actually works is a big plus in my book.
