I Get It Now First time and now I understand why so many comedians love the venue. It's intimate, and the crowds are very fun. Positive energy everywhere. Laughed so much!! Nice selection of beer and some food options. Two item minimal.

As I like to check out comedy clubs in different cities, it was my first time here at the Larimer Square location. I would have taken more pics but they required us to lock up our phones in yondr pouches. I still managed to take a few before and after the show :) I got tickets to see Jay Jurden and he was hilarious! I really appreciated his sense of humor and how he delivered his jokes. The food and service were both great. I got fries with their queso sauce, which was yummy. Inside it was pretty straightforward where the bathrooms and seats were. I'm also attending another show while in town at their Landmark location, and look forward to more laughter therapy.

Great performers in a classic venue. Seats are very close together but service is great. Great staff! We had a great time!

The food was great, everything came out fresh and tasted delicious. My server was amazing very attentive, friendly, and checked on us throughout the night without ever being intrusive. They made sure our drinks stayed full and that we had everything we needed, which really added to the overall experience. Between the great comedy, delicious food, and outstanding service, it was a fantastic night. I'll definitely come back.

First, let's talk seating. Buying a ticket apparently doesn't buy you... well... a seat with the people you came with. This place runs like Benihana. You may show up with your date, but don't be surprised if you're suddenly on a double date with two complete strangers because the staff decided four people belong at every four-top--regardless of the empty tables sitting around the room. If you're an extrovert, congratulations. If you're not... start practicing your small talk. Then there's the menu. The wings were decent enough, but the fries looked like the ones every fast-food restaurant rejected during quality control... and somehow they still cost eight bucks a basket. The drinks? Let's just say they were priced like the bartender personally distilled the bourbon. Twenty dollars for a top-shelf margarita and fifteen for an Old Fashioned with Bulleit Rye. Add in a $50 bottle of Crane Lake wine, and suddenly you're wondering if someone accidentally handed you the wine list from a five-star steakhouse. And don't forget the two-item minimum. Yes, you've already bought your ticket. No, that doesn't matter. You'll still need to order--or you'll be charged anyway. Consider it the cover charge's cover charge. Would I go back? For the comedians, absolutely. They were worth every laugh. But the venue could use a little less focus on squeezing every last dollar out of the audience and a little more focus on the overall experience. Right now, the performers are carrying the entire show... and they're doing some heavy lifting.

Anybody who's come out of Colorado to become a big name has gone through those doors to play on the little stage. From local to traveling acts, from punk bands and karaoke talent to gritty stand-up and flirty burlesque, this place has it. If you're up for a night that doesn't stink of ordinary, swing through that creaky door and take in a most memorable evening. If there is a cover, it's usually nominal. Drinks are cheap, served by a great crew that's always up for a laugh and cheers. Sometimes hitting the town isn't about getting fancy but just kicking back, and this is a great place to do just that off the mainstream treads.

The interior is small but I like how the bar is set up kind of in a rectangle so you're actually facing some other people (maybe awkward, but feels more communal?) They had an inexpensive menu of basic beers. They were out of the drink I wanted so the bartender made me a creation that I guess is something the doorman likes - not bad, and I think it was about $10 which is pretty decent for a mixed drink. I noticed a big red counter/clock on the wall across from us and after a few seconds we deduced it was a decibel meter. I'm curious if they have restrictions here for noise - AOK by me. The volume was generally alright (a little loud but what isn't?) and they actually had a sound guy in the corner making sure the volume and quality sounded good. Overall had a very decent Saturday night here.

Walking up to the place, there were 2 older white guys who were comics or workers? They were smoking their cigs just staring with the weirdest, meanest looks. Their policy for cell phones and smart watches where you need to put them in a sealed security bag is kind of a pain, but I'm guessing there's good reason for it. We might just leave everything at home or in the car next time. There is a two item minimum for each person, but we ended up with three each. My wife had two glasses of the house cab and one Butter Baby Java, which is a hot coffee drink with butterscotch schnapps and other stuff too. I had a house manhattan, which was ok, a Butter Baby Java, and one of the other coffee drinks...showed up as Coffee Tail on the receipt, but the name had more to it than that. That one was my favorite. Next time, I might just stick with that. All in all, fun night. Convenient to get to and home from, about as good service and drinks as you could expect, and funny comedians. Guessing we'll be back next time someone we like is in town.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clever, risqué, and funny this show was. We attended the Alice in Wonderland show and it was the perfect mix of sexiness and comedy. We got the VIP seats right up next to the stage, but from looking around, it appears there are very few "bad" seats in the house, maybe a seat or two behind some columns. My friends and I laughed and clapped and cheered. The performances were top notch. The drinks weren't gourmet cocktails, but that's not expected. I got a pretty good sized mule and dark n stormy and my friend's husband enjoyed his many martinis. The performers were kind enough take photos with us at the end of the evening. So down to earth. I also had a great experience with their staff. Early in the year I purchased two tickets in hopes of getting a good table. Then months later, they introduced the VIP tickets right next to the stage. I purchased three of those (I had added two friends by then) and the company was kind enough to refund my two regular tickets. They were very prompt and professional in emails. Regular tickets were 50-ish, VIP tickets were 70-ish. Worth every penny. No photos or videos during the production, but they allow for some photos and video at the end.
