I've now taken 4 vehicles there, and every time on EVERY VEHICLE, this shop has diagnosed and repaired or serviced all my vehicles to my high satisfaction. This is a 1-owner small business, and despite the fact that I'm nowhere near his location-- it's worth the miles to drive here. I've read Sam P's comments, and am certain his story is likely due to a hired employee at the time (no longer there) - you DO realize the difficulty to find and retain good qualified technicians, right? That said: I highly recommend RAC to you for your foreign or domestic vehicles. I'm about to take my 5th one there for needed service. Here's an unusual example, kinda off the regular path: My Ford Van was throwing an error alarm 2 shops were unable to correct. RAC and Richard had it for a cupl days and found of all things; a rusty lock switch in the rear of the rig was causing spurrious signals to be sent to the main processor. Switch fixed...alarm solved.

***THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE THE PRICE THEY GET THE PARTS FOR***…read moreWill not be bringing my car back here and definitely will not recommend them to anyone. The service is poor and the workers have zero customer service. Everyone who works there acts like they hate their life and acted like I was an inconvenience by bringing in my car to get it fixed. They also over charge customers for their parts, and with labor added on to terrible service staff, it's just not worth it. I think it's time to replace the management and get some new friendly workers in there. Good luck bringing your car in here, if you want crappy overpriced half-assed work on your car, then this is the place for you.

I purchased a vehicle from a shady used car lot for what seemed like a great deal. It turns out it needed a lot of work. The only downside I had was it took a little longer than expected to get the work done.

Complete Auto in Grove City was a frustrating and upsetting experience. I don't recommend this…read moreauto shop. They had given me a $1965.00 quote to fix my very old 2005 Kia Sedona. The mechanic (I think his name is Jerry) insisted he was giving me a good deal. The Kia dealership a few miles away quoted me less for the same repairs. I had also specifically told the owner and written down my concerns about my Sedona, saying I would not be interested in fixing this auto if the repairs are too much money. $2000 for a 13 year old beat auto is too much money. They didn't care or they didn't listen. Instead, the mechanic encouraged me to spend even more money by getting my tires replaced with them while my car was at their shop. I refused to let them fix a thing. And, I'm upset that they wasted my time by lying about "helping" me and giving me a good deal. Also, I wasted my money since the diagnostic charge was $115. In the end, I paid them to do nothing to my car. My impression of the mechanic and the owner is they are not honest nor do they have integrity as their sign on the building says. I found them to be unhelpful in every way that was most important to me. I also felt they wanted to argue with me about the cost of my repairs and the service they gave. That was very unprofessional. If I was closer to home I would not have taken my car here. But, I was 2 hours away from home when my Sedona was leaking coolant. If you are looking for someone to repair your car, I suggest avoiding this place. Maybe take it to a dealership and ask them if they can give you a discounted price on repairs as I did with Kia.

*Wayne's has an F rating from Better Business Bureau*…read more Tldr- Wayne's performed shoddy work on my car, I made them aware of it, they lied about confirming that their work was correct, I had to take the car to a good mechanic to fix their mistake. Wayne's replaced the timing belt on my car and in doing so, improperly timed the rear balance shaft. It was immediately noticeable to me. I began the back and forth over text with manager Jeff. He repeatedly told me he didn't think the balance shaft was the issue, but they would check it for me. I made sure to keep the interactions with Jeff in text because of the inconsistencies and snarky responses he gave me. I texted Jeff to specifically ask if the balance shaft timing had been confirmed via the maintenance hole and not just the timing marks (this is a crucial step), and Jeff told me yes. Unfortunately, that was a lie. Lindsay Honda confirmed this when I took it to them where they took it apart and corrected Wayne's work. The balance shaft was 180 degrees out of phase. This entire process took weeks. I pointed out the most obvious cause for the symptoms immediately after I picked the car up, and they continuously tried to point to other unrelated things. The scary part is, even after showing Wayne's (manager, ceo, coo) literal proof that they did the work incorrectly, they refuse to acknowledge it. Instead, they deflect and shift the focus to their "extraordinary" efforts to help. Wayne's did eventually refund my labor cost, as well as the cost of a timing belt cover that their mechanic damaged by also installing that improperly (how nice of them). They also drove the car to a different shop to "inspect" it, where they also found nothing wrong with it-because they didn't take it apart to reveal what was wrong with it the entire time-the part that Wayne's installed incorrectly. They may as well have walked around it kicking the tires. Terrible experience. Wayne's did bad work and then lied about confirming that it was correct. To the people at Wayne's-it's not realistic to believe that you don't make mistakes. It happens. You just gotta fix it, and you absolutely failed at that. Too much focus on condescension, perhaps. Again-the proof is now public, and you still won't admit it. My car is good to go now! No thanks to Wayne's, all the thanks to Lindsay Honda!
