***THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE THE PRICE THEY GET THE PARTS FOR***…read moreWill not be bringing my car back here and definitely will not recommend them to anyone. The service is poor and the workers have zero customer service. Everyone who works there acts like they hate their life and acted like I was an inconvenience by bringing in my car to get it fixed. They also over charge customers for their parts, and with labor added on to terrible service staff, it's just not worth it. I think it's time to replace the management and get some new friendly workers in there. Good luck bringing your car in here, if you want crappy overpriced half-assed work on your car, then this is the place for you.

The price, $680 for a Prius windshield, was more than $100 more than Safelite, which has a seamless online booking process, let me know the price immediately, and actually brought a tech out to me. I generally try to root for the small biz but in this case the national chain wins by a landslide.

Not only did he replace my brakes, he stayed around to make sure they worked and gave me a transparent pricing on the work done. I highly recommend taking your business to Mechadox, it feels harder to find honest mechanics nowadays so this experience was a breath of fresh air.

I just bought this vehicle and called ahead to explain exactly what I needed: an inspection showing…read morewhat had and hadn't been done. I was told it would take two hours. It took four and a half. When I finally got the results, everything was flagged as needing service, including the fuel filter, which I had replaced THE SAME MORNING. When I asked why, I was told the recommendation was "based on mileage." So I went through the list one item at a time and asked about each one. Every single item was based on mileage. As far as I can tell, nobody actually inspected anything and the two people at the front desk gave me an attitude the entire time. I could have pulled up a maintenance schedule online in five minutes. Instead I lost most of my day so they could hand me a generic upsell list that included work that, in at least three different cases, had literally just been done.

I went to Luke's about a month ago, because I needed to get my transmission flushed. I was…read moreincredibly happy with the service. First of all, when you set up an appointment, you can request a loaner car, so that you don't need to wait there for the car, and I didn't have to miss work. I also saw a different rep ordering someone an Uber for a different customer because who didn't have appointment so there wasn't a loaner available. Secondly, I originally went in for a transmission flush. While I was at work, I got a text and email of the inspection they had done. The inspection was really easy to read, and gave me different levels of recommendations for other things that needed to be done. Some things were urgent, and some things were needed soon, but not urgent, and there were some things that were for maintenance only. On my lunch break, I called my service rep, and he was able to talk me through all of the things on the report, and explain things to me, because I am pretty illiterate when it comes to cars. I ended up also getting my drive belt replaced as well. But my rep made sure to let me know what the price would before I decided to go through with it. At the end of my work day, I drove my loaner car back to Luke's and picked my car up, and was on my way. Overall, the inspection report, and the loaner car I think is what really separates Luke's from the rest. When I've taken my car to get an oil change or the tires replaced at other places, i've always had to wait in the lobby and its a waste of time. I lost no time with Luke's and knew exactly what was happening to my car. Take your car to Luke's if you want incredible service.
