I just bought a Ruby Red 2016 F150. It is late in the year so we were having a hard time finding the exact one we wanted. I called the Internet department and David said he found a couple so I went down to Colley Ford and spoke to Jim and Nick. Nick worked hard and found THE PERFECT truck I was looking for. In transportation it got a chip in the windshield and also there was a couple of hazy spots in the paint. Nick said they would fix it all, and they did. It wasn't even Colley Ford's fault but they fixed it all to perfection for me. This is my second truck we have bought from Colley Ford and both times I was very happy with the great service I got from them. read more

I reached out to several dealerships with specifics on a 2018 F-150. Of the 20 or so, Colley was one of the few that was able to locate and offer a competitive "out-the-door" price on it. Ismael Gonzalez was very straight forward and responsive to my requests. I highly recommend Colley as an option when shopping for your Ford. read more

I was not impressed with the employees at this Ford location. My husband and I were looking for a Ford Raptor and were helped by a woman who was nice but didn't really go the extra mile to sell us the truck. She quickly opened it up and watched us while we sat inside (it would be nice to be given details or be asked if we wanted to test drive) she just seemed really unmotivated. We were interested in custom ordering a Raptor so she went to go get her manager and came back and said "My manager has had a busy day and is asking for you to go to his desk." Ummm isn't the manager supposed to go the extra mile to meet you and sell you the car but instead he was too busy to come to us the POTENTIAL BUYERS and answer a quick question?!When we walked up to him he was extremely unfriendly and when my husband went to shake his hand he gave him a fist bump....it's cool to not take us seriously cause we're young and because we're young they assume we're dumb but it was a mistake cause we ended up buying one that very same day in Placentia with an amazing salesman (Nate) who instantly pulled out the Raptor for us,showed us awesome videos of what it can do,took us for a test drive and treated us like he knew us for years!I would say the manager needs to know how to be a manager and maybe keep his employees happy cause they seemed really unhappy. read more

I have a very stressful situation regarding my car as it had a blown head gasket and was still under warranty. I had gone to a different Ford location in Puente Hills and they talked a great game but either tried to screw me into paying cash, or didn't want to do the warranty fix. I brought my car to this dealership instead after having family have positive experiences here and the team was fantastic. I worked with Eric who is a service rep and continuously communicated with him. They even provided me with a temporary vehicle that was a brand new F-150!! I did not want to give him back for my tiny little Fiesta I drive. After a lot of delays with getting the new engine into the country given the government shutdown, I finally got my vehicle back after a little over a month. This service center has won me over as a customer for life! read more

Dropped by for an overdue maintenance. I was prepared to leave my vehicle because they were super busy (if a shop looks busy it's a good sign, means they're doing something right). Larry wrote me up and informed me that it would be about 4 hours. I took advantage of the free shuttle service and got a ride home. Received a call from Larry that my car was ready about 3 hours after I left the vehicle. Done sooner than promised and done right. Thank you Colley Ford! read more

Miles is the best sales associate I have ever encountered. I stopped into Colley Ford just to test drive my dream car, a Mustang GT. Miles was extremely knowledgable about the car and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It was just a test drive, but I will definitely go to Miles for anything I need at this dealership when it comes to buying a car. Thanks Miles!!! read more

Bought my Taurus SHO here and i do have to say the experience was pretty awesome! From the sales team, to the manager, to finance they made it probabaly the easiest and quickest purchase ever. I certainly will come back for anything in the future or give my recommendations to come here. There are not a lot of Dealers that make you feel comfortable in the purchase of a car now a days but they were very easy going and friendly. They give you more a family feel than just buying a car. Great job Team Colley! read more

Wow, look at all these 1 and 2 star reviews. What does that say... So I inquire about an Edge online and was quickly contacted by Jose Enciso. I was told he would have to check to see if the car was in stock. By the time we called me back, I was already on my way to see another car at Chino Hills Ford. He continues to harass me via multiple phones calls and emails. Each email gets progressively aggressive. And getting calls multiple times a day. I soon block phone numbers calling my from Colley Ford. A few days later, I get 5 "blocked" calls from Jose Enciso in a matter of 5 minutes. I finally answer and was rudely greeted "Hi, Chris, this is Jose". No mention as to who he is calling from or what he wants. He proceeds to ask if I bought another car and I said yes. He then gets very mad and says "Why didn't you tell me so I could take you off my call list." I shouldn't have to call him and let him know that. I tell him please remove from you list. He then says "STOP BEING RETARDED" and then hangs up! So I promptly call the dealer and talk to a "supervisor" Lou. He was extremely rude and short. Did not seem to care about his abusive and harassing employees. Tells me he will take care of it but I highly doubt that. I am now going to file a complaint with corporate. STAY AWAY! read more

A few years ago i bought a new ford focus from here. Couldn't be happier with my experience. I was a first time buyer and they were very helpful with everything. I went back recently to look for an f150. I was helped by Lindon. Probably the coolest guy at the entire place. He got me a good deal and i left that day with the truck. Highly recommend talking to him if you are in the market for anything. He doesnt give you the run around and is upfront and honest about everything. I was worried about insurance on the new truck so he even hooked me up with his insurance guy! He even gave me tacos and introduced me to new music. I left that day with a pretty truck and a new friend. Very good experience all around. read more

We just bought a Ford Explorer with Jose Enciso and had a great experience! Jose was friendly and professional, but what my husband and I appreciated most was that he wasn't pushy. We shopped around, which he encouraged, and price matched for us. We will be telling all of our family and friends to come straight here and ask for Jose! read more

Funny, informative, helpful...These are the words I would use to describe Eric McCown the service writer. Brought my Edge in for the the air bag recall. He made everything very easy. He set me up with a rental car (on Ford's dime) and kept me updated. The next time I come back, I will ask for Eric by name. I am a local business owner and I can say, Colley Ford is lucky to have Eric! read more

Just bought a used car and it was a smooth experience. Thanks Jose Enciso and the Colley Ford team!

Hi all! We went to "look" at the new 2020 explorers yesterday, and ended up driving home in one! Once we were greeted by Lyndon, there was no going back. He wanted to make US happy not anybody else. He showed us older models and newer but was trying to get us into the car we wanted with no hassle and a great deal. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for another car, we will use Lyndon EVERY TIME WE GO IN. He was genuine, funny, and very very helpful. The rest of the sales team helped the process go smoothly and got us out of there. Lyndon was a no BS kinda guy! He was great! I would highly recommend using him to help you or your family select the vehicle you need! THANK YOU FOR THE NEW RIDE! read more

After many months of researching trucks and finally deciding on a Ford, I was torn between the F250 and the F150. Tim White the sales representative I dealt with was very patient and accommodating with me. He spoke about all features and knew quite a bit being that he owned and drove the same truck. My shopping experience at Colley was great. Like most, I hate car buying and the whole experience surrounding it. Tim and his Manager Lou made this one of the best and easiest experiences ever. Thank you both and thank you Colley Ford for having these two gentlemen on your team. I cannot thank them enough and I know they will be there for my future needs. I also would be remiss if I did not mention Jesse in the finance department. I seriously feel like I am so well protected on my F150 for the life of my truck. Thanks again. read more

I came across a truck on Colleys website. I emailed them and John (Internet Sales Manager) immediately replied saying it was available and even offered a discount (in writing). I even got a follow up email from Rosie about it being available and to complete a credit application online. Which I did. I then got a call from Chris that the truck was sold.  Very bad service and I hate the idea that they wanted to do a bait and switch on me.  Get me into the dealer and TRY to wow me with another item and sit me in their finance office for over 3 hours.  Not cool, very disappointed on how they tried doing things and even had me fill out a credit application. After I get a call from Nick W. (Total jerk and unprofessional, he kept interrupting me when I tried to express my frustration). We then exchanged unpleasant words. Now I am risking that they pull and inquiry on my credit for no reason. Nick, John, and Betty are the reasons why this review is a 1 start (and still not deserved). Chris was nice and professional.  Rating from 1 to 5, it is a negative 5 for each one of you for a total of negative 15. Show quoted text read more

Purchased two more cars tonight from Colley! Lou and Jose sure know how to take care of you and give you a great deal! Tyson in finance is amazing too! Hats off to the guys at this dealership... Spent my Saturday helping a friend purchase a Mustang GT. Glendora was our second choice as we were already at their competitor. Luckily, the first dealership didn't want to budge, which lead us to Nick and Jim. The whole ordeal took about 3 hours. We got the car we wanted for the price that we wanted. I've never dealt with a purchase so transparent. The quoted price that I bargained for was exactly the price out the door. Jim was really insightful and was a pleasure to deal with. He didn't feel like a salesman. He was more of an uncle trying to help his nephew. Nick made everything possible. Phone calls after phone calls, he got us a what we wanted. Best dealership so far. If ever you need help, stick with Nick and Jim. read more

Bought my F150 and extended warranty here and they have not disappointed with taking care of me. Highly recommend this dealership

Bought my wife a 2019 Ford Explorer a month ago from this dealership. At first everything seemed to be going pretty good. The salesman was Chris Alvarez. Seemed friendly enough at first. You know, the "we are friends now" approach. (Since we live in the same city.) Not my cup of tea, but not a big deal. When I first was looking at the Ford, Chris told me the vehicle had Lojack installed. I said I would need it taken out, as I don't want it. We went into the office, and talked numbers, agreed on a price then went into the lobby to wait for finance. In all, we got a fair deal with a better than expected 1.9% interest rate. Thought they would do the old buy rate trick, but they didn't. (Look this up before you buy a car, will save you thousands. The dealers who do this get you qualified with let's say a 5% rate and tell you that you only can get a 7% rate with your credit. The 2% is straight profit. Get pre-approved.) While in the lobby, I asked Chris to have the Lojack removed. He then told me it wasn't actually Lokjack, but Kahu. I told him I didn't want it. He seemed to act like it was going to be a big deal to take it off, and I didn't want to have to come back, so I did something stupid, I bought it. So now we go to finance, sign the contract, and go out to get the car. Well here is the kicker. I found out only after the contract was signed that the Kahu is a subscription, which I wasn't told. Then after a few more weeks of trying to have it taken to the dealership and have it put on, I find out and vehicle actually DIDN'T have it installed in the first place. Chris told me last week that when he was selling the car the paperwork said Kahu was installed. But when I started to make a fuss about a refund, I found out the paper never said it was installed. I was played on the Kahu part. Just a good old salesman trick, but not a good way to do business. I asked Chris 4 times to have them just shoot me the $600 I paid, and all would be good. That was a few weeks ago. No more calls. I wouldn't buy a Ford from these guys. Just the same old tricks but different people. read more

My wife and I went in to Colley Ford to just look at the 2020 explorer ST. We were instantly greeted by Lyndon Dole with excellent customer service! He was very helpful and showed us multiple vehicles. He took us on a test drive and explained all of the features of the vehicle including the self parallel parking feature letting my wife try it. His personality and amazing customer service made us actually want to buy a vehicle from him. He wasn't like the typical vulture car salesman. We definitely felt like family! Nick and Ismael took care of a major issue with the car I bought promptly and like professionals. I got a few exits down and the check engine light went on, went back immediately and they rolled me out of that car and into another one on the lot. It ended up being some minor damage to the 02 sensor from rats but I told them I can't go home in a loaner on the day I just bought my brand new car. Took awhile but the internet sales team are pros. Took a long time to get through the rollout and new loan docs but they handled it and it only cost me some time on my ass (which I'm sure lots of people would then complain about) it happens I'd go back for any Ford I buy they have a life long customer at this point. read more

I purchased a 2017 Ford Focus brand new and has given me nothing but problems. The fan belt broken while driving on the freeway, the transmission is faulty. I took my car in and they "checked" all fluid levels changed the air filter and noted that levels were all good. A few months later and less than 2000 miles had been put on it, the engine begins to shake. I took it in and was told there was only 1 quart of oil on it. There was no oil leak so not sure why this happened other than this car is a LEMON. This car is still under warranty and they REFUSE to replace the engine stating that I have to pay 1500.00 in order for them to check the engine. The car has been sitting in the driveway for 2 years now. They still refuse to fix it and I am still obligated to make the car payment. I contacted corporate and they stated I had to deal with the dealership itself. Why should I have to pay for something that is under warranty. Especially when the checked out all fluids and said they were all OK? Isn't this why we have warranties? By the way the car only has 19,000 miles on it I do not recommend this dealership at all. They tell me they have to pay their mechanics. Well they get paid anyway and I still stand on the fact that they said all fluids were ok and all they changed was the air filter. Isn't it there job to suggest an oil change if they feel one is needed????? read more

I have had multiple bad experiences every time I take my vehicle to the shop. Last year I took my vehicle there to have my check engine light taken care of and they changed out. My steering column told me that was the issue. Never got a call back do not offer loaners cannot help out with a rental. Had to have a Ford motor company get involved by the time everything was done and said my check engine light was still on and they gave me a bill of $3500. This time my check engine light started blinking at me as I've been driving with it for almost a year still with zero recommendations and I brought it to their place to go ahead and get my oil changed. In the meantime no recommendations no offered to do anything no oh maybe you should try there's nothing, when they diagnose the vehicle, they guesstimated what it was going to be when I brought it in and then when they called me, they told me spark plugs in a catalytic converter gave me a price on my voicemail then when I called to check in with them, they gave me secondary price then when I asked about a possible discount with them changing prices and since they're not offering a loaner, they continued to give me different prices then they offered me only $50 off and I asked to speak with the manager when I spoke with the manager in the service department. He told me to get my shit out of their service department and I wasn't rude to them or loud or anything like that. I've had multiple bad experiences had my car towed out of there send it to another Dealership, after they ran diagnostics, it was a couple issues and only a little bit more still no loaner from Ford. The customer service at this dealership is crap. Their advisers is such a high rollover rate means that they can't keep people working on anything I would definitely recommend going to performance Ford read more

I purchased a used 2013 Ford Flex from Colley a few years ago. My first service advisor Larry France did a great job. Willing to make sure me (customer) was happy. We sat down and discussed service ideas and planned them out prior to the mechanic even raising the hood. Sierra contacted as she told me should would to go over actual needs and services. Sierra did a wonderful job of keeping me updated and the work was completed in a very timely manner.
