Always friendly staff and good ice cream. It is a go to for my family. They even made me a waffle cone when they were out!

It was super busy when I went and the girls were nice. The only thing that was confusing was that there wasn't a line to order, people were scattered and the employees asked who was next and it was kind of like first come first serve. But I will be back to try the other flavors.

What we received was not only a complete failure in execution but also a masterclass in unprofessionalism and lack of integrity. The cake was assembled at the venue and visibly leaning, resembling the Leaning Tower of Pisa - and not in a charming or intentional way. Multiple other vendors at the event expressed serious concerns that the cake was structurally unsound and likely to fall. Even the owner, Brittany, acknowledged the lean herself. Her solution? She inserted a single plastic dowel visibly sticking out of the cake, as if that would somehow fix the issue. She left the venue knowing it was unstable, took the check, and walked away without a care. Unsurprisingly, shortly after her departure, the cake collapsed. It had to be caught on sheet pans to prevent a complete disaster. What makes this experience even worse is that when we tried to contact her afterward, she showed zero accountability, offered no apology, no refund, and was completely heartless during every conversation. When we attempted to engage publicly, she turned off commenting on a Facebook post about assembling our cake, as well as blocked my husband and I, effectively silencing us and dodging any public responsibility. Her attitude and actions speak volumes--not just about her lack of professionalism, but about the type of business she's running. A wedding vendor should be someone you can trust. Brittany proved to be the exact opposite. Her character is the worst kind of disappointment, and I would never recommend Cake'd It to anyone for any event, let alone a wedding. Avoid at all costs. *Floral was not done by Cake'd It LLC*

The people working there were just like any kind of person you'd think would work at a bakery. They were nice and sounded happy to serve us. I showed the owner a simple layer cake from their Facebook page with frosting flowers up the side and on the top. I provided a topper for the cake. Nothing fancy. I came to pick it up the morning of my wedding and the girl at the counter looked confused and had to go ask a man that was there about it. He looked around for several minutes also confused then directed her to a cheesecake in the display case that has whip cream on top (which wasn't fresh because the whip cream was no longer set). He said "just give her that one." Then I heard him calling someone in the back to ask where the cake was. As I peer around the corner, I see him getting a cake out of a display cooler that matches a small cake next to it. This cake had cookie-like flowers on the top that were nothing like what I had asked for. My cake topper is not on it. He starts boxing it up and tells me $70. I said, "I know thats not my cake, and I need to get to my hair appt. I will come back and I hope you get this figured out." He says nothing, but the whole time my daughter and I can tell that they didn't have my cake. My hair appt took quite a while, so I directed my husband to take care of it. He went to the bakery (which had finally found my cake topper) and was told that the items they tried to sell me were my order (New York style cheesecake does not have whipcream on it - nor did we ask for it). They said they could wipe the whip cream off , and they told him thats how all of their frosting flowers are made - like cookies that crumble. He mentioned we had shown a picture of what we wanted the cake to look like from their fbook page. He was then told that the picture was of a cake a customer had brought in and that they never made that cake. This blows my mind because why would you have it on your page then - nothing like false advertising. If they couldn't make the cake like what I had shown them when I ordered it - they should have said something at the time! What really happened is they never made my order to begin with and tried to pass off an old display cheesecake and someone else's cake instead and charge me full price - then lied to us about it! I would think twice before ordering anything important from this bakery. I left a comment about the situation on the picture of the cake I had wanted and they deleted my comment and blocked me. Don't believe all of their good reviews - they censor the bad ones.
