The individual waiting on us at the counter was patient and helpful with his suggestions. We ordered, found a table and a short time later our drinks were delivered. I enjoyed the cucumber margarita and others enjoyed a mango margarita and strawberry margarita. If I wasn't driving, I would have had another! I ordered the chilies verde. It was so good. Tender pork and really good flavor. The portion size was generous. Another dining partner had a burrito bowl. It was large and according to my partner, very flavorful. Others with our group had tacos and one had a California burrito. It was so huge, they brought a half home. There were no complaints about the quality or taste of the food. Service was on the mark. I definitely plan to return in the future. It appears it would be a fun place to visit in the summer with outdoor seating and the ability to open large overhead garage doors to let the weather inside. My nacho fries were burnt and almost too hard to chew, the Cinnabons tasted like they had been sprinkled with poultry seasoning, and there was a piece of chicken in my cheese sauce. My friend asked for tomatoes to be removed and paid extra for sour cream to be added and got tomatoes but no sour cream. It's been a long time since I have been to this particular store, now I remember why. Whoever actually assembles the food is terrible and rarely gets any substitutions correct. The girl did her best to give me a satisfactory experience, and I had to console her because of how badly they treated her when they were the ones who messed up my order. This morning my chai teas was not as creamy as yesterday but it was still tasty. My husband likes strong coffee black. He had their dark roast and said it was ok. He said in all honesty the free hotel Coffee was better. I'm not a coffee drinker but I know my husband is fussy. We picked up two scones -chocolate chip and blueberry and they were served warm. The scones were fresh and not dry as some scones can be. They were tasty with a hint of sweetness. We also picked up two giant cookies - one chocolate chip and one white chocolate macadamia nut. The chocolate chip was chewy soft but the macadamia nut was very hard which suggests to me it may have been sitting around for a while. Both cookies were ok, nothing that would wow me. We always get friendly service thru the drive through.
