Strawberry
Jada B.

They all work really well together when it gets busy it's really quick and it got packed. My ice cream was right and the fruit was fresh.

We stopped going after we were shortchanged on our last two Everybody's. We've been enthusiastic customers for about 20 years but haven't been back since August 2025.

Portion size is about half of what it used to be. Asked for a cone twice. Pretty disappointing when you want ice cream on a hot day.

Very clean and welcoming, staff was super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

The Blonde Strawberry and No Fair Funnel Cake. (I highly suggest not get the funnel cake lol)

The customer service is lovely, they have such very friendly and very patient staff! Its the first time I've been to ColdStone since 2012 in Santa Cruz so I practically just stood there and stared at the menu board for 15mins assessing the different kinds of flavors and cones I'd like to get vs What I should get. I went with "The Blonde strawberry" ice cream, while my companies settled for "No Fair Funnel Cake" and a "Cookies & Cream" Milkshake I remember my mother getting a Caramel Frap from here months ago and I recall it tasting pretty darn legendary, and after tasting the Cookies & Cream we all came to an agreement that their Milkshakes are the better place to go! So inloveeee! In the other hand, I now realize that I chose a very basic and average ice cream and ...that's what I got, it's very similar to Ben&Jerrys strawberry shortcake minus the good amount of graham that B&J provides. Also, their No Fair Funnel Cake literally was Not Fair! I died in the inside, the funnel was stale, the vanilla ice cream was bland, heavy on the whip cream! I think there was more whip cream than the actual ice cream, the strawberry syrups taste more artificial than average, it really just wasn't a good experience---and we felt sick afterwards. I'm sure I could have chosen a better ice cream, I'll definitely be back to try again! It's the infamous ColdStone after all! The interior and ambience, oh boy, oh boyyyyy. Too much going on! Windows are covered with posters, walls including, ceilings have hanging banners, it's just too heavy and busy for the eyes. The quarter tile wall makes me feel like I'm inside the restroom with the marble plated tables as the finish. It's not the most pleasing setting to spend your time in. Not to mention that the floors was wayyy too dirty, but it's been raining the past couples days that I won't even blame that on them. Hoping for a better experience next time. But none the less, great job on an amazing staff!

Turn on your air conditioner. Our ice cream was melting as soon as it was handed to us. It was 109 outside and 90 plus inside.

Unfortunately, over time we noticed a significant decline in both the quality of the cookies and the customer service. After several disappointing visits, we stopped going for about 6-8 months. We eventually decided to give them another chance, but after two more poor experiences, we made the decision not to return. Recently, my parents visited for the first time because my mom wanted to surprise our kids with cookies. Sadly, their experience only reinforced why we stopped going. The cookies were noticeably inconsistent in size and appearance, looked nothing like the quality you expect from Crumbl, and unfortunately didn't taste very good either. What was equally disappointing was hearing that the employee helping my parents seemed irritated by their questions and generally unhappy to be there. For someone's first visit, that's certainly not the experience you hope for. It's disappointing because this location started out so well. I hope Crumbl takes a closer look at the consistency, quality, and customer service at the Redding location. There is clearly a standard associated with the Crumbl name, and unfortunately, this location has repeatedly fallen short of it for our family.

My sister lives in Millville and this was the first time we went into this very cute coffee shop!…read moreWe decided to have a slow morning and enjoy some coffee and breakfast with my sister & niece. We were the only ones inside as they open at 8:00am and we arrived at 8:30am. The women were very sweet in taking our order and preparing our coffee and breakfast items. The caramelized onion and thyme danish could have had more onion flavor in my opinion; it was very mild tasting but overall very yummy! The Lassen Breakfast Sandwich was TO DIE FOR. The croissant dough was EXTREMELY flakey (dare I say almost TOO flakey). Just prepare for a flakey mess! But the flavors of the fresh spinach, yummy egg, aioli and ripe tomato made the PERFECT bite! The banana bread latte with oat milk was the perfect balance of coffee, oat milk, sweetness. I was debating on adding some extra banana bread syrup but I will try that next time. They did forget to bring us a chocolate croissant that my niece ordered; but she was apologetic and brought it over and we paid for it afterwards. Forgot to take a photo but the croissant was more fluffy and not as flakey as the sandwich; there was a good amount of chocolate inside and my niece ate the entire thing! The interior is very cozy and feels like home and welcoming. The prices are a little steep, but for what you are getting (freshly made daily pastries, syrups, coffee), I would gladly support again!
