They were both delicious - not too sweet, and great creamy texture - not icy. Their homemade caramel that's in the Sitka Swirl is phenomenal. It might be for the best that they're not located in California, because I would get their ice cream way too much. Sunshine Club has homemade lemon curd, which was fantastic and tart. It's combined with snickerdoodles and is such an indulgent treat. It would be even nicer if they had indoor seating, but alas. Highly recommend - fantastic.
