Amazing service!!! My chest freezer stopped cooling around Christmas Eve and I reached out to Reparo. They sent someone on Christmas Day, which I was surprised since it was a holiday, but extremely grateful, nonetheless. Alex was my technician and he knows his stuff. I messaged on Christmas Eve at 7am on Yelp and they responded within 20 minutes. Everyone else charges $65-69 to come out and give an estimate but if you don't take it, you lose the money. There is no charge for giving an estimate and you can refuse. Their estimate on examining the dryer was in the mid range of the online estimate and it's already open so why not just fix it. They were prompt professional and service was great and done on Christmas Day. Plus there are multiple discounts $10 for booking online, 10% off for new customers, and a discount to submit a Yelp review. This all makes it reasonably priced for professional immediate service on a holiday. Highly recommend! read more

Incredible service! My freezer was leaking water that had dripped down to all the refrigerator shelves. I thought I fixed it by adjusting temperature settings but that only lasted a week. My dryer was leaking gas, causing my clothes to smell like gas after drying. After requesting a quote on yelp, I received a prompt response with a price range. I appreciated that the diagnostics was free and I would only be charged if I went ahead and did the repair. Alex came the same day and he was very professional, and he brought shoe covers and a mask. He determined that the gas safety valve was not functioning properly and needed to be replaced. He had the part in his car and was able to install it on the spot. After the installation, he tested the dryer to make sure it was no longer leaking gas. It has been working well ever since.
