Unbelievable service, they saved my irreplaceable photos!…read more YeaMac was absolutely amazing! I brought in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for water damage. When I called them, they laid out all the possible paths we could take, as well as an honest assessment of whether the phone was worth saving. The staff was super nice and explained every step clearly. My phone was stuck in a boot loop (constantly turning on and off), making it impossible to perform a backup. I had very important photos that weren't saved to iCloud, so I paid the initial $79 diagnostic fee for them to open it up and assess the damage. A few days later, they managed to get into the phone and even sent me a picture of it working! They successfully triggered an iCloud backup, and I was able to see all my saved photos on my new phone. They gave me a completely honest breakdown: because of internal corrosion, making it fully water-resistant again would be costly, so they suggested just keeping it as a backup device. The Apple Store quoted me $600 for a replacement unit and refused to repair my device or recover my data. YeaMac charged me the $79 diagnostic fee plus $200 for the repair/corrosion cleaning, saving my data and saving me money. 10/10 customer service! I'd choose them over Apple any day.

It has taken 10 business days, and about $600 to repair. Yea Mac repaired it by $200 and only 2 hours. How cool is that? Besides, he has cleaned up my filthy mac and delivered it to me nice and clean which I really appreciate. For my feature mac repairs, they will be my goto shop for sure.

As someone completely new to this updated technology (got an oculus as swag at a Samsung party in 2016 but never used), I really appreciated how approachable and thorough he was. Nick showed me how to use the wristband controls, send texts, look up directions, take photos and videos, export content, and use live translation between English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Portuguese. It was a lot of tech to absorb, but it never felt overwhelming thanks to his clear explanations and patience. Everyone else in the showroom was equally friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The store itself is in a very cool area of Burlingame, making it an easy and pleasant stop even if you are just exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend this location if you are curious about Meta Ray Ban glasses, especially if you are a beginner and want a hands on, low pressure introduction.

I drove out on Valentine's Day with my family to get custom-fitted for prescription lenses and paid close to $1,000, expecting a premium product and service to match. Unfortunately, that time, effort, and cost ended up feeling like a complete waste. After waiting over a month, I received multiple generic updates from different support reps with no clear status or timeline. I was repeatedly told my case was being "prioritized," but no real progress was ever communicated. Eventually, after all the follow-ups and delays, I was informed that my order could not even be located in their system and was cancelled entirely. I understand that delays and issues can happen, but at this price point, the level of communication, organization, and overall customer experience fell far short of expectations. For a premium-priced product, this experience did not deliver anything close to premium service.
