Ordered prescription Meta glasses from the Meta Store in Burlingame and had a very disappointing…read moreexperience. I drove out on Valentine's Day with my family to get custom-fitted for prescription lenses and paid close to $1,000, expecting a premium product and service to match. Unfortunately, that time, effort, and cost ended up feeling like a complete waste. After waiting over a month, I received multiple generic updates from different support reps with no clear status or timeline. I was repeatedly told my case was being "prioritized," but no real progress was ever communicated. Eventually, after all the follow-ups and delays, I was informed that my order could not even be located in their system and was cancelled entirely. I understand that delays and issues can happen, but at this price point, the level of communication, organization, and overall customer experience fell far short of expectations. For a premium-priced product, this experience did not deliver anything close to premium service.

As someone completely new to this updated technology (got an oculus as swag at a Samsung party in 2016 but never used), I really appreciated how approachable and thorough he was. Nick showed me how to use the wristband controls, send texts, look up directions, take photos and videos, export content, and use live translation between English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Portuguese. It was a lot of tech to absorb, but it never felt overwhelming thanks to his clear explanations and patience. Everyone else in the showroom was equally friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. The store itself is in a very cool area of Burlingame, making it an easy and pleasant stop even if you are just exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend this location if you are curious about Meta Ray Ban glasses, especially if you are a beginner and want a hands on, low pressure introduction.

I decided to visit the store and get help. Ayman and Ronnie quickly identified and resolved a rather complex issue: a myriad of the parental settings and payment options across 3 different devices (my phone, and child's iWatch and iPhone.) Both were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly throughout the process. Their expertise and customer service were top-notch. I highly recommend this Apple Store and especially Ayman and Ronnie for their exceptional support.

He agreed that the claim of liquid damage based on a visual photo of a part was subjective, and no liquid contact indicator had been triggered. After about 12 hours of my family time wasted over Easter weekend and spilling into the following week, I was finally able to get this resolved. But it shouldn't have had to come down to all this. Raphael / Rafael and the technician who "repaired" (more like damaged) my phone should be terminated for incompetence and lack of integrity. At the very least learn to communicate better and recognize when the cookie cutter script from the company training manual just isn't working for the situation. I went into this service appointment thinking about signing up for the Apple credit card since I manage apple device purchases for my family and extended family (a dozen folks and multiple devices per), and I came out of it thinking I might finally pull us all completely out of the Apple ecosystem.
