PS I actually called them a while back when a "hair wig" broke in my new pipes and slid down the drain, I was worried it would collect debris and form a clog and they reassured me that it probably just went out to the sewer, but if it ever does clog, he gave me an estimate. Didn't charge me a "house call" fee knowing things would be OK, and they have been for 3+ years. I may have even called them a 2nd time without hiring when the valves to my outside pipes sprung a leak, but my BF fixed it... again Copper Pipe was patient and not annoyed at my calling without hiring, said I could get them in if we couldn't fix it. So when my hot water heater broke and I needed a professional to fix it, I knew who to call.
