They will mislead you with pricing, purchase parts that are overpriced without prior authorization, claim to be located in Lebanon but will charge you based on their drive from their Centerville office, their customer service is rude and they will give an estimate for a 3 hour job but once they come to complete the job, they will only take 1 hour.
