Screw the bullies and shoddy contractors who upsell you items you don't need. Call Ron. He doesn't have a bad bone in his entire body. He's very thorough and showed and explained things before and after he worked on something. And he cleaned up so well after he finished, that we couldn't even tell that he was here except that everything was fixed and actually cleaner than before he started working. LOL! He also made us aware that our water heater is too big to take through the doorway if it ever needs to be replaced, and that a wall would have to come down to get it out. It's something a contractor did 10 years ago when he constructed a kitchen near it and didn't consider the water heater size that he was closing in. Because of Bruce, we are preparing ahead of a possible water heater outage and demolition emergency to get the wall knocked out and rebuilt. Thank you, Bruce, for everything! You're amazing!
