Really liked this spot in Wallingford! Friendly people and cute spot to hang around in. We tried the mango matcha and dark night latte, and enjoyed both.
I've been on a matcha kick for a while, which means I've had a lot of really mediocre to bad matcha, with a good one from time to time. This place serves a really good matcha. And if you're like me and not from the neighborhood and want to try it all without having to decide, they offer this split cup where you can have two drinks. I've never seen that before and it was fun.
Recently remodeled, Coffeeholic offers a refreshed and inviting space that's both modern and comfortable. It's a great spot to relax, catch up, or just enjoy a quality drink. Their menu keeps things simple but well executed, featuring coffee, matcha, and a selection of pastries, with drink sizes ranging from 8 oz to 24 oz depending on what you're in the mood for. I ordered the Matcha Purple Haze, which stood out with its smooth, well balanced flavor definitely something I'd come back for. I also tried the Coffeeholic Dream, and it was a hit rich, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall presentation of the shop really adds to the experience. Between the quality drinks, clean aesthetic, and great service, Coffeeholic checks all the boxes for a solid coffee spot.
Our first stop once we landed! COFFEEHOLIC DREAM A Vietnamese coffee with a layer of salted cheese foam on top. Velvety, bold, and creamy. A perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness. My friend absoultely loved this! He said BEST COFFEE HE'S EVER HAD. Bold statement. This is their best seller for a reason! Tropical Vine Pandan coconut coffee Made with coconut milk, natural pandan flavor, phin dripped coffee and pandan jello. As someone who doesn't drink coffee, I really liked this one since the pandan flavor is SO GOOD. We also got their chocolate croissant and it's really good! The croissant is flaky and they use dark chocolate so it's not too sweet. Come to LA please?
Coffeeholic House is one of my boyfriend's favorite go-to coffee place to visit whenever he is in Seattle. Since he was visiting for the holidays this year, he stopped by to grab coffee for the both of us while I was working. I requested for the Iced Peppermint Mocha Latte since it fit the festive mood at the time. However, it was not the best peppermint mocha latte I have ever had. It unfortunately missed the par and my standards of taste. The mocha flavor just didn't suit the peppermint flavor that was also in the drink. I still finished the drink as I wanted the caffeine pick me up, but I personally would not order it again.
I came home for a quick stop before heading out on a long trip and was introduced to this little gem. The first word that came to mind was "quaint"! The coffee was delicious--I ordered the Purple Haze, an ube latte topped with ube foam, and it was amazing. This is such a cozy spot. If you're in the area, you have to stop by for the experience. Trust me, you'll be back for more.
Fun little coffee house with very unique fusion flavors. This is definitely a treat place to stop by. We tried a dark night expresso latte (with black sesame cold foam), purple haze (ube latte with ube cold foam), and matcha purple haze latte. They were all tasty - the dark night was a little better than the matcha purple haze. Prices are reasonable for specialty drinks. There was only one worker there when we stopped by though, and it did take about 15 or so minutes to get our drinks so I wouldn't count on a quick stop by if you're in a rush.
Came in on a rainy thursday morning. The place was clean and decorated for the upcoming holidays. You can order on their touch screen kiosk and the workers were knowledgeable and nice. I didn't catch it until too late, I believe I ordered a 24 oz and may have been given a 16 oz but that was on me for not catching it and going back. I ordered the Tiramisu Egg Coffee: delicious.
I love this place. If I lived nearby, I would get a drink every day. I spontaneously grabbed a pastry and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and tasty it was (croissant with ham). There is street parking right by the front door and this shop is out of the way so there is often parking nearby. The coffee is fun and delicious. The service is friendly and quick. You can order at the kiosk. There really isn't anywhere to sit inside so it's more of a grab and go place.
The drinks were quite good! It's tough that many of them can't be completely dairy free by subbing alternative milk. The server was helpful and was able to answer all our questions. There really wasn't much of a place to sit and drink things, aside from a large bench. There's also no restroom. It seems like the top area is just storage for boxes or something instead of seating.

I'm currently on vacation and stumbled upon this perfect little Vietnamese coffee shop--and I'm so glad I did! From the cozy, inviting ambiance to the incredibly kind and attentive customer service, everything about this place made me feel welcome. Each day I stopped in, I tried something new from the menu, and every single drink was absolutely delicious. I never once regretted my choice--each one had its own unique flavor and was made with such care. You can really tell how much love and pride goes into everything here. This spot quickly became one of the highlights of my trip. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great coffee, amazing vibes, and a place that feels like a little home away from home.
I really liked the coffee but didn't like the menu. There isn't a menu displayed, it's only on the order screen. It doesn't have any descriptions either of what is in the drink. I had to ask the worker, she was very kind and gave me descriptions for several drinks. I just think it's inconvenient to not know what you're ordering. The coffee itself was great. I got the Coffeeholic dream, half sweet with extra ube. The coffee itself was delicious, I could barely taste the ube flavor even with the extra. The size is kinda small for the price. Other than that, I think it's worth a try.

TLDR: It's been 2 hours, and my arms are shaking from the absurd amount of sugar I just drank. I checked out coffeeholic on a Sunday afternoon since I've been trying to explore different coffee shops in the area, and I saw that it had some good reviews, so I figured I'd give it a shot. This location was tucked away in a more crowded suburban area where there was only street parking. It was really crowded, but eventually I found parking not too far away. The inside of the cafe was nicely decorated, but unfortunately, there wasn't any seating inside. Originally, I thought their 2nd floor would be open for seating, but it was not. Despite this, I figured I could sit at a nearby shop and order a hot coffeeholic dream with an ube drizzle, which was the recommended most popular drink. I'm not sure exactly what I expected, but the coffeeholic dream was definitely not it. My first sip of the drink was an interesting mixture of the super-salty-creamy cheese foam and the absurdly sweet drink and ube drizzle, which made me feel like I was drinking a candy bar. I couldn't taste the ube at all, and all I could taste was the incredibly strong salty-sweet cream. Even after getting through the cheese foam, the drink itself was not better. It was super sweet, like drinking a mocha, but someone accidentally put an extra cup of sugar in it. Since the drink was so expensive (almost $10?!?!?) I tried sipping the drink throughout the day, but I ended up being so sick of it that I tossed the drink after finishing half of it. Seriously, if you're craving sugar that badly, just drink a liter of coke or buy a quart of ice cream, I'm sure it would be healthier and tastier. I can practically hear my heart beating from all the sugar and salt and cream. You might think I'm some 80 year old prude from this review, but I'm just a normal dude in his 20s who is worried for my health after getting a drink here. Please, please, if you come here, which I will never be doing so again, ask for 25% sugar, or less if you can. Even better, go to a real cafe. read more

I loved this coffee shop. It's located on a corner and there's a huge sign advertising Vietnamese coffee that you cannot miss! I've never had a better sesame latte. Soooo freaking good. I have been a huge fan of Coffeeholic ever since it opened its doors in Columbia City. I went back last week and they are still better than ever! There's almost always a few people in line, which shows that the Coffeeholic hype is still real. They've added an abundance of food and drink items to the menu and I decided to try the Dark Night Latte (I love the flavor of black sesame). It was soooo good! Just like the Coffeeholic Dream (my usual go-to) but with black sesame foam instead of cheese foam. As always, the staff was friendly and the shop was beautiful. This place is the only must stop in Seattle that I have to go to every time. I wish you would come down to Portland. The staff is always so friendly. There's a light Vietnamese music that helps with the ambience. Also, the coffee shop is really nicely decorated. The parking with a tight one way is kind of annoying, but worth it for this coffee . We got the Coffeeholic dream with a drizzle and it's the best . You actually got a pretty strong Ube taste from the drizzle and the foam is sweet and not too late or it just disappears or doesn't do much. The coffee is a nice sweet with that slight Vietnamese bitter but overall the whole drink is pretty sweet which is perfect for my taste. Another Vietnamese Coffee spot in Seattle and Coffeeholic is my favorite, a must try! They have two locations: one in Columbia City and one in Greenwood. I was able to visit both locations and try a couple different drinks: the Tropical Vine with Ube Foam, Purple Haze, and My Muse. The Tropical Vine includes coconut milk with pandan flavor, pandan jelly, and phin drip coffee. I also got the Ube foam add-on. The Purple Haze is Ube and My Muse is a Lavender Rose Latte combo. All of the drinks were very tasty and so satisfying. I also got their coffee beans to make some at home for myself! read more

Visited Coffeeholic twice during my short trip to visit Seattle! We went via recommendation from a friend of a friend. I'm a sucker for Viet fusion coffees so I was super excited. The line does get long in the mornings but they complete orders pretty fast. The two drinks I ordered were the Black Night (black sesame latte) and Tropical Vine (pandan coconut coffee). Both were delicious if you're into sesame and pandan flavoring. The coffee was strong enough for me as well. I wish I lived nearby so I can try all their drinks. They were all so tasty. They also sell savory breads and buns from a different bakery if you need a quick bite. I had the pork floss bun with sausage. It's pretty small and overpriced but it helped satisfy the craving. 10/10 would come again! read more
tiramisu egg coffee and ube haze both coffees were AMAZING. the Vietnamese coffee was good and strong. tiramisu flavor was subtle bc the strong coffee overpowered it. the only tiramisu part i could distinguish was the lady finger cookie on top. still good though. the ube haze definitely tasted of ube and was pretty sweet. i wonder if i could have adjusted the sweetness levels? coffee isn't strong here. i think it was more latte than anything. the shop was cute and clean. it's super picture worthy. i came 15 minutes before closing and the staff still was polite and friendly not rushing me or rushing to close. parking was a bit tricky so make time for that. there was a shot line that moved quickly. read more

Every time I visit Seattle I love coming here. The drinks are so incredibly flavorful and delicious. I know the coffee is strong but I just want to drink three of the Ube, Pandan, or White Hazel lattes. I also love how they make plant based Vietnamese iced coffees since they're traditionally made with condensed milk. The store's very vibrant and colorful and the service is great. Location: Brought my folks up here from Portland, so I can't say I know much from brief experience but going off my GPS, it felt a little off because it went through a neighborhood with only street parking. I risk being late to work for the Matcha Ube Latte few times a week! It's made to perfection. The ube foam is so creamy and has a strong ube taste and compliments the matcha well. Cons: I do wish they had a point card system as I do frequent this place often, more than Starbucks & etc, so would love to earn loyalty points. Another con is that it's a 50/50 chance I am greeted in a welcoming way when entering so the vibes in there are not always the most inviting and seems to be even more so now that there is an iPad to order. After landing in Seattle late, and needing to leave early for my drive to Vancouver, I needed to make sure I picked up a coffee for the road. Or four. I'm not kidding, either. LOL. Even when I'm alone, I like to try multiple things when I go somewhere new. Even if it's coffee. Vietnamese coffee, at that. But, I took one for the team. I got the Coffeeholic Dream (VN coffee with a hint of hazelnut and topped with cheese foam), Tropical Vine (Coconut Pandan), Blended Coconut Coffee, and a white mocha. My favorite was the Tropical Vine. You could really taste those 2 flavors. The blended coconut coffee was ok, as was the white mocha. I seemed to taste a slight bitterness a little more, which can come with coffee sometimes, which I don't necessarily mind. The service was outstanding! However, the parking situation was not. But, since I came early, it wasn't so bad. Whether it gets better when people are at work, is to be determined. Also, it's a little off the beaten path if you're going to the main Seattle attractions (or Vancouver, like me). Would I come here again? Wouldn't even give it a second thought. read more

Was here on a coffee run and it did not disappoint although I would highly recommend turning down the sugar level in their drinks before you order it was too sweet for my taste albeit delicious. I recommend the Ube latte and service is quick and warm. Ambiance is casual there isn't really a spot to sit down to enjoy your drink but the surrounding area is nice for a walk. Unique - Small - Tasty. I've never had Vietemeniese coffee before and glad I tried it. The coffee options were different than your typical but the flavor profiles were actually really tasty! I ordered the dark night latte, highly recommend! There were sesame seeds added and sounds weird but works. This would be the caffe I'd recommend being clear about allergies with the atypical additions. Not much seating other than two small tables outside so not a place to come and do work but good spot to grab coffee and walk around Colombia city. read more
Drove all the way from downtown to here to give it a try. I'm not a big fan of sweet coffee. The cashier advised they don't have unsweetened coffee. Mostly are flavored or sweet. So I ordered a simple Vietnamese latte with 50% sugar level. To me it's still too sweet. Coffee itself it not impressive. I am always expecting special coffee's taste everyone I go to a boutique coffee shop but this place didn't surprise me. However my sweet lover friend love their dessert like coffee selection so he picked ube flavor. The coffee looks fancy with the combination of color and garnishment. The taste is ingesting but I don't feel like I am having coffee. No dine in seating available which is a turn off. For 2 coffee and one pastry is about $24 that is a bit costly. Why are you so far from me, Coffeeholic? I'll add this coffee shop to my list of reasons to relocate to Washington. In the meantime, I plan on visiting a few times a year. After following them on Instagram for some time, I visited one of their locations (a 3rd is opening very soon) and was so pleased with my drink and the beautiful aesthetic of the shop. Lots of plants and light. Just beautiful. I have an over-the-top predilection for purple, so I just had to get something with ube. I could have drank another. And another. All their drinks looked phenomenal, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. read more

There are so many options, and the ones I tried were super delicious. We stopped before roadtripping to Canada, and this was the perfect start to the day. I got the Vegan Vietnamese Latte, which was delicious! I have a big sweet tooth when it comes to coffee and this was exactly what I needed. There were way too many interesting drink options for me to choose from! They have a lot different flavors such as tiramisu, ube, and sesame. I ended up trying the Purple Haze, which was an ube latte with foam, and it was tasty! A little sweet for my taste (personal preference) but lots of ube flavor and the foam was a nice addition of a different texture to the drink. There wasn't really any indoor seating in the cafe so not a great place to work/study, but definitely come for the drinks! read more

Coffeeholic House walked so that other Vietnamese coffee shops in Seattle could run. Coffeeholic House as I know it became one of the first modern Vietnamese coffee shops to open in Seattle. Their delicious coffee concoctions bring people from all over. Not only do they serve cà phê sữa đá, but they also sell unique drinks such as the Tropical Vine which is a pandan coconut coffee, or the Purple Haze which is an Ube Latte with ube foam! I've been going here for over a year now and can say that this truly is the best Vietnamese cafe in all of the Seattle area. They started the Vietnamese coffee trend in Seattle, as several other Vietnamese coffee shops have opened up in the city after them. And you know Coffeeholic is THAT good when they became the first Vietnamese cafe in Seattle to open up their second location (in Greenwood!), and I hear they're already in the works of opening up a third location soon in Bellevue!
