Beautiful space
Maria E.

Great Pine Ave, Long Beach coffee shop. The space is beautiful and an inviting space to hang out and/or get work done. That's the first and most important impression I got. I ordered the Pistachio latte which was advertised on a fold-out outside so I don't know if this selection is on their permanent menu. It was a good drink. I feel like whatever you order, it will be okay. The service was helpful and appropriately (meaning not overly so, but acceptable) friendly. Again, the biggest draw is the space--a solid small business to support.

This coffee place has a cool yet small interior with few seats but a streetside patio area perfect to sit and enjoy a coffee on a warm day. I happened to stop in here on such a day, lucky it was a sunny afternoon since all the indoor seating was taken up by laptop warriors. I ordered a hot vanilla latte and selected an almond croissant from the assortment of pastries. I waited a short time at the pick up area of the counter and was soon kindly handed my warmed pastry on a nice plate with fork & knife and my latte in a to-go cup. I went outside and sat at a table that was surprisingly quite clean, considering it was along the street in downtown Long Beach, where the homeless often roam. The latte was perfect, a good quality coffee with the vanilla taste shining through. The croissant was more of a pastry, soft rather than crisp, with a delicious almond spread through the center. I relaxed outside for a while on this beautiful afternoon, sipping my coffee, before returning my plate and silverware to the smiling fellow at the counter, and walking back to my car in a nearby structure (2-hour free parking).

Nice spot for coffee for a decent price! I tried this place out after a working out at the gym nearby, so it's very convenient for a little pick me up after! The coffee was strong and smooth. I enjoyed it! I really liked the interior decor, which felt sleek with a hint of rustic feel to it. Theres a bit of seating inside to hang out and get work done! I recommend trying it yourself if you are in the area!

*This review is solely for the açaí bowl, since I haven't had the pleasure of trying anything else on their menu yet.* The Coffee Station is located in downtown Long Beach, right off Pine Ave and 4th St. My cousin and I stopped by for some açaí bowls and had a really pleasant experience. The bowls are generously sized and customizable. They don't have quite as many topping options as your typical açaí spot, but that makes sense since this place is primarily a coffee shop. The interior is super cute, chic, comfy, and perfect for catching up or getting some work done. My cousin and I hung out there for about two hours, and it had a nice, relaxed vibe. Definitely a good spot for studying, reading, or just chilling. Service was good! The cashier was polite, and our bowls came out in about 10 minutes. The açaí bowl itself was solid, though not the best I've ever had; the açaí personally tasted a bit on the artificial side. To be fair, I can't really judge a coffee shop just by their açaí bowls since that's not what they specialize in. I'd totally come back to try some of their drinks and desserts. The cheesecake slices on their dessert display looked so tempting lol. Overall, The Coffee Station is worth a visit if you're in the Pine area and looking for a cozy spot to hang out or grab a quick treat.

Coffee, Teas, Smoothies, Juices. They've got all your drink favorites. The coffees are very smooth, and they make a nice green tea. Do you like Acai bowls? They've got those too, along with some nice pastries, bagels, oatmeal, and parfaits. For the acai bowl, I like the one with apple, banana, strawberry and blueberry. They've even got a small section of the menu catering to dogs. It's comfortable inside the way a coffee shop should be. There are a few tables and lots of chairs and some benches to sit down and enjoy your morning. Love the decor on the walls and floor with the colorful plants. Good lighting and excellent service.

Finally stopped by here. Super nice folks. Cozy set up with lots of seating. Clean and big windows facing Pine Ave perfect for people watching. They also have a patio section that was nice! They had quite a selection of baked goods /pastries from turkey or Turkish derived. I went for a chocolate scone and it was perfect. Next time I'll definitely get a baklava and a cookie. I also had to get my usual, matcha latte with almond milk and no sweetener- it was great. I'll be back to try some actual food items.

This is a cute little shop in Long Beach that offers acai, coffee, desserts and simple meals. I ordered their acai bowl with fruit and almond butter. I ordered in advance but they didn't make it until I arrived - not a big deal since I wasn't in a hurry. The fruit was fresh and the acai base was very smooth and creamy. I paid an extra $1 for almond butter but didn't get a lot of it. Overall good spot for an acai. I'd like to return to try the fancy desserts.

Love this coffee spot! I work in DT and this spot is a bit of a walk for us but we would trek all the way here just for their coffee because it is THAT good. Everyone work here are super nice and friendly. The place is beautifully designed and they also offer quite a few unique and cool items from Turkey. Their coffee is pretty strong and I also really like their blended drinks. Too bad that they don't offer decaf but, I know Turkey coffees don't play around so there is no way they have decaf option. Their pastries are pretty good too and you have to come early to get your favorites because they go fast!

This amazing Berry Acai bowl didn't disappoint! I was craving a sweet and healthy snack while at work. All the office staff decided to order different items from the menu, every single item was delicious. Coffee Station was the best choice! If you have not stopped to try this local coffee spot, what are you waiting for! Amazing customer service and plentiful serving sizes. Súper cute and trendy decor.

The Coffee Station's indoor and outdoor ambiance is comfortable and unique in its own aesthetic. Nothing is uniformed nor streamline in its theme or appearance but it works cohesively in a perfectly non-conforming way to the main market character type. I genuinely appreciate that in a local business that's what adds to quality. Okay, moving on to the pace of climate in the place it has a consistent and steady stream of customers that the owner seems to know on an aquaintance level basis in a cool kind of way. As for the cleanliness, the general area appeared to be clean, but as for the bathroom and floor, it was pronounced that it hadn't been scrubbed, deep cleaned, or maintained in a questionable amount of time. Now, as for the order we got two hot Turkish Cortados although I was personally uncertain about the authenticity of the ingredients it wouldn't deter me from trying it again. I enjoyed the hot beverage without a sweetener and later on added a bit of sweetness just to try it and it turned out good both ways. I genuinely appreciated that the owner added a design to our drinks (I know most local coffee shops do) but the energy of it felt personal and made the drink and experience that much more than the average. The shop owner seems to know a lot of people in passing and definitely gives off a community-oriented vibe which feels lovely if you are genuinely getting the opportunity to connect which does seem as if he cares which makes the business personable another aspect than I can respect and appreciate. The price was pricey for the drinks. I'm assuming it has to do with the overhead cost of rent. Nonetheless, I'd recommend giving this place a try! She's neat and was certainly a memorable experience. Now, all I need is some authentic Turkish tunes!

I'm not usually a big coffee person, but Cargo Coffee Station surprised me with how good their drinks were. The coffee here definitely feels a step above average smooth, flavorful, and not overly bitter. I ordered the Deja Brew and my girlfriend got the Shaken Espresso both were tasty and well balanced. The space itself has a really chill vibe perfect for getting some work done or just hanging out. It's got that neighborhood café feel where you can sip, relax, and not feel rushed out the door. I could see myself coming back with my laptop to work for a bit or just unwind. Next time, I'll definitely branch out and try some food or one of their Turkish delights, which looked super tempting at the counter. Overall, a solid spot that makes coffee approachable even for someone who doesn't usually seek it out.

Love that they had chess & the cool bike on the wall

Everything was prepped quickly, the cashiers were friendly, and the environment was nice and quiet. There was a slight bleach smell when I first walked in, so I sat outside while I waited. By the time I went back in to grab my order, the smell was completely gone. If anything, at least you know they're keeping the place clean! Overall, great experience, good food, fast service, and friendly staff. Definitely a spot I'd come back to and highly recommend. Five stars!

I go in a speak to the girl with giving her my number and order. She tells me there is oatmeal in the cold area with blueberries. I informed her that I don't want COLD OATMEAL AND I DONT LIKE BLUEBERRIES. She tells me I can just take them off. Told her again I want warm oatmeal with banana and strawberries. So she place the puts the order in with me giving her a 20.00 dollar bill. She say after opening the register I don't have any dollar bills to give you your change with was 4.00 and some change. So she ends up giving me quarters which was fine since they weren't able to just add the amount as a credit to my account. A few minutes passed and I look and hear a faint voice say Ashley and look to see my order is ready. Ask for a bag and bag my order then leave. Get to my car to eat my oatmeal and THE OATMEAL IS COLD. Like what the HELL !!! Irritated to the highest level of irritation. I go back to see why I was giving COLD OATMEAL. The first thing I say is "I'm confused why" the same girl interrupted me to say to her coworker/manager " we're gonna have a problem " Now I'm even more irritated cause you've labeled me as a "problem " you didn't even allow me to finish saying what I was gonna say and your response was rude and bad customer service. So now I match energy and tell her to step to side and let me talk to your coworker/manager Brian. Brian tells me that they serve cold oatmeal. I let him know that I told her twice that I wanted WARM OATMEAL that's being promoted on the app and outside of the store. But not once did I receive an apologize from her or him for the confusion but he said he would make the order over. But then decided that he wasn't going to make it over and will just give me my money back because I was telling him that she needs to be trained over and her hair needs to be in a ponytail/bun so that it does not get into peoples food or in peoples drinks.

They have their house-created favorites such as Amazon, Cacao, Mango Chamoy, Dragon, Green Goodness, Island, Tropical, and Very Berry Bowls or you may build your own (BYO) acai or fruit bowl. BYO works like this... you choose a size (12 oz $11, 16 oz $13, 24 oz $15 (this is a steal!), select up to two bases (acai, pitaya, matcha, coconut, cacao, and selective fruits), then fill the bowl with the toppings you want. You pay for the size you want, not for each topping that fits inside the bowl. Bases are made without cane sugar and granolas are certified gluten free. I went with the BYO 16 oz option. I was tempted to get the 24 oz for an extra $2, but I didn't. Now that I think back, I should have gone BIG. I know better next time. Anyway, got the coconut and mango bases plus a whole lot of toppings that filled the bowl to the top. It was so refreshingly good and delicious. Love the natural flavors all around from bases to toppings. Thank you Pur Bowls! Btw, this LB location opens until 1 AM daily. Come get you some acai bowl while burning the midnight oil! I'll sure to be back the next time when I'm in the LB area.
