Good evening to all. I feel it's worth writing a positive review about this clean, pleasant coffee shop especially after reading this fictional review written at 6 pm tonite. Normally I don't get involved in other peoples business but this was a rude, obnoxious, shameful treatment of two college age staff. I entered the coffee shop about 5.30 pm and witnessed 2 people yelling at each other in a normally quiet coffee shop I frequent daily for the the past few years. I was sitting right next to the 2 customers and overheard the entire conversation. All I can say is the S.J. 6 pm review is the furthest from the truth. The manager offered to prepare a new dish and offered to refund the amount paid at least 3 times and the customer refused everything. Additionally the customer was threatening the staff for being polite, professional, courteous with a smile. It definitely appeared the customer was looking for an altercation. 5 stars to the staff for being so calm and polite. These 2 customers should be ashamed for treating staff so badly and then writing a 100% false review. I recommend this coffee shop strongly ! The coffee, bakery dishes and entire staff are 5 stars ! We drove by the area one rainy morning and found this cute spot by our home. At first glance, the cafe is very clean and spacious with Wi-Fi and outlets. We ordered an iced cappuccino, cold brew, and a croffle. We were very happy with our coffees and the croffle was exceptionally good. Perfect texture and flavor. Honestly really great spot! I'm so glad they opened a coffee shop in Whitestone. The place is really clean and well decorated. I love coffee and this place makes an amazing Iced Coffee! Love the decor. I have been in the other location and was surprised to find out they opened a new location. Parking here seems easier than the other location, so I will be coming back with my kids for the shaved ice. Got an iced caramel latte with almond milk and it was decent. The coffee is a little on the acidic side. It's nice that they have pastry and dessert options to enjoy with your coffee. Free WiFi. Oh my goodness, they finally opened back up. They've been closed since March due to the COVID19 pandemic. This place is such a gem. I was so surprised to see a cafe pop up in such a remote area. I love the coffee frappe here. I can always customize it to however I like (I get mine with almond milk). The drink sizes are pretty generous. Their small is like a Starbuck's grande, and Medium is the same size as a venti. Definite worth the money. read more

It nice and convenient place for me. Especially I love strawberry shaved Ice from this place. But there Iced coffee is over priced and not frash. A large cup of Ice coffee is $4 which is expensive than the Starbucks but tast is not frash. I paid $11.16 for one large cup of coffee and one bubble tea. When I was there I didn't know I paid more than what I had to and I realized after I left there. I was unhappy with there quality of a cup of Iced coffee and what I paid extra for nothing. As a business owner I understand how important my employees are to my companies bottom line. I discovered this place while on an afternoon walk with my wife a few months ago and it seemed like a great find. We've been here a handful of times for some shaved ice, which is actually very good btw. Recently went in for some around 835pm, waited in line to place my order (around 839pm). When the young man asked me what I wanted I ordered the mango shaved ice, when the young woman heard my order she immediately scoffed and walked away. The young man repeatedly asked her a question in their native language while she ignored him. He then proceeded to walk away and have a private conversation with the woman (I could still see you bro). When he returned he informed me of this policy they had decided to implement that they do not take shaved iced ordered after 840pm. It is now 841pm mind you and he spent the last 2 minutes speaking to the woman. I begin to argue the point a little but I figured hey it's not really worth it. I started To walk out the door as he yelled "Wait you wanted Medium right?!" No thanks buddy. Just to make a point, the people before me ordered the expect same item.
