I have never had any trouble at any coffee shop ordering this & i used to be a barista and would make these all the time. can it be a little annoying to pull two different shots? of course. but sometimes people order a little more complicated drinks, it's a part of the game. basically, i ordered and waited no problem. i LOVE Aleoli's coffee, and have shared it so much since I've found it. but the barista brought me my coffee instead of calling my number, then asked "were you the one who ordered the half caffeinated latte?" and i said yes! then she told me to please not order a half caffeinated latte again. that she said yes this time, but the machine doesn't like sharing beans. so please just do not order it again. this was honestly shocking, unless they have a machine I've never worked with. i also have a few barista friends and asked them, they also felt the same way as i did. it was honestly just a little disrespectful and i felt like management needed to know. i get to go out and get coffee there once a month or so for a little treat, and just felt like this situation was handled pretty weirdly. I'm sorry to be a little Karen about this. but it was definitely a little disrespectful for a normal coffee shop order.
