I've been coming here for over 6 months on a consistent basis(3times a week) and the WiFi NEVER works, it's so bad. So, I use my phones WiFi which is great. Left my phone at home today and came in and tried connecting with a friend. Didn't work, even when there are only 3 laptops out. Mind you I'm here at around 2:30pm. I've never complained about the WiFi ever, but i asked the barista if the WiFi is working and got the snootiest "probably not" I've ever received in my life, while not even looking at me. Service was not good. Everyone had their coffee brought to their table. & for my chai they had me come up to the counter. (It was not busy) Also I asked about the chai prior to ordering & the girl at the register mentioned the chai was more spicy & not as sweet. Upon getting my drink the chai was sooooo sweet. Idk if the girl just hadnt had the chai & was giving misinformation or if they added loads of sugar additionally but I was not into it. Definitely one of my less favorite Chai's I've had in Cali. Won't be ordering that again & will probably find coffee else where. Ok coffee. good previously, although today it was pretty diluted. i come to leucadia a few times a year since i was a kid. plenty friends here, went to SDSU, family owns a condo, etc. i am 50. this shop has been here 7-10 years. Problem: they never fill the cup completely to the top. they always leave too much room when you say no room for cream. it sucks. its a policy, as there are different people behind the counter and maybe one time in 30+ times of coming here, they filled it up. plus, today the coffee was diluted. it must be tough to make ends meet with this type of business, but cutting corners is not a good business model. that said, traditionally it has been a "cool" place to hang out, in an area that is now "too cool for school". read more

Great breakfast sandwiches! They're huge, so I usually get the one on the English muffin. I love that it comes with tomato and avocado so it's not just a basic breakfast sandwich like you can get anywhere else. The scrambled eggs are always super fluffy too, which I appreciate. Order at the counter and they give you a number and bring your food out to you but not your coffee. When they make your coffee they leave it on the counter and sometimes call your name or sometimes just call out what the coffee is so you need to pay attention or it'll just sit there and get cold. It gets busy and loud so sometimes it's really tough to know when your coffee is ready, especially if you go sit down outside. I came here today after grabbing food nearby because I wanted a quick drink. This review is for the tea and service (didn't order coffee but I'll update this review if I ever come back and try it) Drinks: we ordered the guava ginger tea and green pomegranate. immediately i noticed it was unsweetened (which we were fine with). guava ginger sounded like such an interesting flavor but it was pretty bland. my bf said "it just tastes like tea" which is exactly how you'd describe. like there wasnt really any flavor to it which was still refreshing i guess but we expected something more. The pomegranate tea actually had more of a flavor but err I wasn't a huge fan because it tasted like vitamins to me. During a recent visit to Leucadia, we gave a Coffee Coffee a try (as I love to hit as many coffee establishments as possible) on a recent Tues morning. Located off of PCH, it has a really nice shaded courtyard in the front with lots of seating. We ordered a regular drip coffee and a dirty chai.....both hit the spot and were in line with the prices of most of the places we have frequented during this visit. I love how the storefront of Revolution Roasters simply consists of a logo and a sign that says: Coffee. When you see the logo - you know you have arrived! No need to be wordy here...rest assured you have come for freshly roasted coffee here! My husband ordered a pour over and myself a mocha. I knew I had a lot of studying ahead of me for the day and needed mocha motivation! We both found our coffee beverages to be satisfying. The patio is fairly large and may at times be difficult to find a seat, but we did manage to score one of two tables available. It took me a few minutes to realized, but after smelling the strong aroma of roasting coffee beans, I quickly realized that, "hey," they roast their own beans right in the coffee shop! Don't ask me what the connection is, because I do not know for sure, but in my last visit to Encinitas I went to Coffee Coffee and there was this rack full of Revolution Roasters coffee bags for sale, plus a bunch of sacks full of beans piled on the side, right there in the store! Oh, and of course there was a coffee roasting machine there too! Originally I had thought I was going to a Revolution Roasters store for a cup of coffee, but google map lead me to this place and there it was, Coffee Coffee! Anyway, I guess Coffee Coffee is the name of the cafe and Revolution Roasters uses their space to roast coffee for them and their customers to purchase! Oh, I don't know! Cute,cute,cute local coffee shop...located along Hwy 1 in Encinitas. I love the local vibe as soon as you walk in. What's even better is its not crowded like corporate places and you can actually enjoy your cup of coffee in peace. (Total hipster spot, if I lived near this shop, I'd probably be here everyday) They have a cool bar seating area, which looks really cool- it truly adds character to the coffee shop. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. Along with coffee they also offer tea and pastries. Pretty reasonable prices and comparable to other coffee shops. They sell coffee beans as well so you can take home a piece of the greatness and brew in the comfort of your home. I LOVE it here! Service is fast and the people are friendly toward everyone that walks in. Their menu is so simple, affordable and tasty. They offer breakfast and lunch items, more than your typical coffee shop does. I often do my work-from-home days here because I'm always able to find a spot. If it's crowded, people are really nice about moving backpacks or other things to make room for you at the counter. I really recommend everything. My go-to is a simple almond milk latte - they do foam better than anyone with almond milk. Also, if you have a gluten sensitivity like me, try the 'hockey puck muffin.' It's delicious. (Just a note that they store it with regular bread items, so I'd advise not eating it if your sensitivity is serious or you have Celiac.) They also carry VG's Donuts if you have a sugar craving. I'm all about supporting our local business but waiting 30 minutes for a latte that was so so at best isn't cool. My latte was no different than one I would get at Starbucks and Pete's taste way better then both. There system of ordering to cup is so inefficient and I wasn't the only one waiting for this long. Several people before and after me weren't happy. At the 20 minute mark, I asked on my latte's status he had to find my receipt in the mess of previous and current orders. Next time I will take the short drive and go to Peet's where I don't have to wait 30 minutes and the coffee is better. Ya Peets isn't trendy, but that's why I waited this long to try Coffee Coffee. I work very closely with disabled veteran's and if one of them pulled up to park in the handicap space as an amputee and I saw a car not displaying a placard parked there.. I would have personally wanted to have a word with them.
