Went here after eating breakfast in the same plaza. This place is so friggin cute! They have lots of options for baked goods and coffee. If you're near here please stop in and check it out! My sister and I both ended up getting an iced lavender coffee with oat milk that the barista made to perfection! The coffees came in styrofoam cups with was actually super nice because it kept the drinks cold and left us with no condensation as we went about shopping later on!

As you can see in these photos that the owner told me they clean their bathrooms everyday!

Went to use the bathroom and wash my hands and there are at least 20 bugs in the soap dispenser? All the brown things u see are bugs! I called the establishment to ask them when they clean their bathrooms and the owners called me a karen? And too go fuck my self? Would never purchase anything from here ever again.

Back in January 2020, I decided to get some work done at a local coffee shop without distractions. Coffee Club is right up the street from me, and it might be one of the few coffee shops in the Parma, Seven Hills, Broadview Heights, North Royalton area. I ordered a drink and found a seat near the back of the cafe, where it seems to only have an outlet. Although there were seats scattered throughout the coffee shop, there weren't that many outlets at all and I was quite surprised. I saw many other people here and maybe they weren't staying long, but when I go to a coffee shop, I tend to stay for a while and need a plug-in option for my laptop. I hope they are able to place more outlets in the booth or table areas, so there are more options for those looking to do a bit of work on their laptop or tablet. Their menu is full of desserts, sides, and sandwich options, in case you become hungry and need a bite to eat. There are also coffee by the pound for sale. Stop by Coffee Club if you are looking for a place to get some work done or to meet up with a friend at a casual location!

Stopped by this Sunday with a friend to get some school work done. The whole experience was extremely underwhelming. We stood in line for quite some time to place an order. It's understandable that there was a wait due to only two workers behind the counter, but there was no communication from staff letting you know they even see you. I ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap and a Kahlua and coffee. The coffee was good, the wrap was just okay, I could make something similar at home. My friend went back up to get water, she waited over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging her. Once she was finally waited on, she asked for a bottle of water, paid $1.99 for it, only to get a cup of ice and water from the sink. It was relatively busy, so it may have been an off day, but I will not be going back for lunch or to study.

This is a cute full of warmth place. The coffee was flavorful, the pumpkin muffin was so moist and delicious. I liked looking at all of the desserts, coffee selections, menu full of breakfast items among other things. You can tell that they are taking Covid-19 seriously. They have booths taped off, limited seating, signs and everything looks very clean and organized.

On my quest to try out the various coffee places in the Greater Cleveland Area and the like, this was the place on my list last week. I came here to do some work in the early afternoon. Because of the time I came I can't vouch for how busy it gets. The menu is extensive but I settled on a mocha that came out to be $4 or so. The mocha was lovely, not too sweet but not bitter. The interior is decently sized and you have a choice of tables or booths. The decor itself is a bit dated but not distractingly so. I was able to do my some work without feeling uncomfortable in the large room despite being one of the few people there. It was also a lovely surprise to find that they played classical music at a good volume, nothing too loud. Overall this place is a nice place to grab some coffee if you're in the area but not necessarily worth a longer trip.

I rather enjoyed stopping into this cute little coffee shop! They play light classical music (at least when I was there) that is really conducive to studying and hanging out. The decor in here is cute and sort of old-timey but elegant! I really liked the vibe going on. I got a salted caramel truffle coffee and wasn't disappointed- it was really cute and tasty! They also have a lot of food options here too - but I didn't order any food so I can't speak to that. The prices were reasonable for coffee, at least in my opinion. My only complaint is that some of the booths need some touch ups/fixing and more frequent cleaning maybe - they weren't super busy and I had some trouble finding a clean table. Also, the circular tables don't leave a ton of room if you have a lot of books, but that's a small complaint. All in all, I would recommend stopping in if you're in the area for a tasty treat!

Love this spot! Great coffee and food. Always come on my lunch break. Nice ambiance, great for catching up with friends.

Hot coffee is served in ugly styrofoam cups with lids that don't fit.

Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I love the look, like the menu, and wish Cafe Blanc wasn't so outrageously far away! I'd love to get brunch here with my gal pals! I wanna get one of their dessert crepes, please and thank you! I am giving Cafe Blanc 4.5 stars out of 5.

The entire place is neutral colors and even had some cute swing benches. The have a counter you walk up and order at. You get a buzzer that goes off when your food is ready. If you dine in, you eat from real plates and glasses which is nice. They offer a nice selection of to go boxes that you can also grab yourself, too. They don't serve their pizzas until noon, so that's what time we went and what a great decision! I had the Blanc pizza, and requested it well done as my normal preference, and it was delicious. 6 slices, a nice size. Very flavorful and cost $15. I also had the Bacon Cesear Wedge, which was not traditional wedge salad, it was made with romain - that luckily was still very crisp! It was a good portion, but could have been a little cheaper at $16. The bacon was made fresh, it is an open kitchen concept with a window so I literally watched her make it which was refreshing. Overall I have no complaints and look forward to going again soon!

The man behind the counter explained what they offered and what exactly was inside every treat I asked about. The place is tucked away into a plaza, and it is absolutely stunning inside. There is a nice area to sit inside with a few tables if you choose to dine in, as well as a larger outdoor patio space to sit at which I really liked and will be perfect in the summer time. Jossi's had a lot more then just bakery as they offered traditional Latin food options such as empanadas as well as some other warm pastries. They also do custom cakes and personalized orders which is really awesome and they seem like a great team of people to work alongside if you are interested! I tried the carrot cake cupcake which was light and delicate, as well as tried the packaged alfajores which were not my favorite but was happy to try them. They also offered specialty coffees and drinks as well as selling their own ground coffee for purchase in a horchata flavor. I do wish they had their prices posted on the large menu just to reference as I found myself having to ask the price of a couple things. Overall, this bake shop is a charming place and reasonably priced and I am glad to have it tucked away into Broadview Heights. I love supporting small businesses and this is definitely one I will find myself back at trying new things (especially the warm pastries next time).

When you walk into the apartment building, there is also a shared workspace there as well. So there were quite a few people there working and meeting. It was nice to see a hustle and bustle, but I felt almost like at a hotel conference or college campus or something! Ordering was a little tricky too, as you just go up to the bar an order. There's not like a designated place to order, as far as I could tell. So if the bar was all full, it would be really awkward to order for a coffee setting! There was only one person working, so service was really slow. Which I didn't mind, but I also wasn't there working! I wasn't quite sure where I could enjoy my coffee either, since I didn't want to be in the way of any of the shared working groups and meetings. My coffee was DELISH though! I had a hazelnut latte. It was so good! The barista was very nice too. And it's pretty cool that the place is a cocktail bar in the evenings too !

The quality of customer service has severely declined and it is so disappointing. The baristas are extremely rude and condescending towards their customers. For the fact that drinks are usually a minimum of $8 (or more) and I come with my family and spend a significant amount of money, I expect better. However I will explicitly state the two primary problems with this location. 1. They won't relinquish the drinks I pay for unless the entire order is complete. When I order specialty coffees with cold foam or whipped cream I like to enjoy those additions to my drink, not watch them melt into it while they spend 20-30 minutes finishing the order until I can get my drink. When I requested my drink(s) while they finish the rest of the order, I quite literally got yelled at by multiple starbucks employees stating that I could not have my drink until they finished my entire order. Not only has this never happened to me at any other starbucks location, but I have never been so poorly spoken to/treated by starbucks employees in my life. I expect starbucks to hold their employees to a better standard. Secondly, why am I not allowed to enjoy the drink I quite literally spent my own money on until you finish the order (which you do not do in any sort of order and often jump from multiple peoples orders not finishing them consecutively). 2. They have made my drink differently than I ordered without consulting me. I had ordered a shaken espresso with chocolate malt powder. When I went back stating it didn't taste right they informed me they swapped it out with mocha sauce because they don't have chocolate malt powder. This is such an issue because what if someone has an allergy to something in one but not the other? Not that this was the case for me but nonetheless the customer should be consulted first. They did remake my drink at my request, but were evidently quite unhappy to do so. I promise, I am not the type of person to say "the customer is always right" or believe that working in customer service means you can't have emotion - I have worked in plenty of customer service and food industry jobs myself (I was even a barista at one point!!), but never in my wildest dreams would I have treated a customer this way. This is why I either chose to frequent an alternate starbucks (Strongsville on 82 is fantastic and their employees are so sweet) or chose a local coffee shop. But I highly suggest you avoid Brecksville Starbucks - it is not up to par with how it used to be run. Very disappointing.
