I feel as though I could yell from the rooftops about how charming this spot is. The food is exciting, the house-made syrups give you choices beyond the basics offered at most coffee shops, the layout and design are beautiful, and the service is so friendly. Everything is very clearly well thought out and intentional. The odes to Mikey make me smile. The reason I'm leaving another 5 star review? The service. I brought my kiddo in for a quick bite after her gymnastics practice this weekend. It was so warm out that we decided to sit on the patio. We had underestimated the strength of the wind, and her cookie blew off from our table. Was this their fault? Absolutely not. We're Ohioans, we know what we sign up for any time we decide to trust the weather. However, as we went to move inside the owner was already having a new cookie brought out to her. Caring about the guest's experience and that level of attention to detail makes the difference between the good and the great. I truly hope they thrive. read more

Twin Bean was a cute cafe with plenty of seating. I appreciated the number of organic selections on the menu. Natural elements in the downstairs seating seemed to be well thought out. I did not realize there was upstairs seating until later. The outside patio was spacious as well. It did look like they were adding on to the building. It was slightly strange to have a number of large personal pictures on the wall. Parking was not in abundance. We had to park in the communal lot and walk the cafe. What a lovely little spot! Twin Bean is tucked into the cutest corner of North Olmsted, and I'm so glad my sister brought me--because I ended up falling in love with it. The staff were genuinely kind and super helpful when I had questions, which always sets the tone for a good visit. They have a huge selection of flavors and some really fun specialty drinks. I ended up getting one of their specialty mochas, and even though I don't usually order mochas, this one sounded too good to pass up--and it absolutely delivered. Inside, there's a big refrigerator section stocked with unique drinks I haven't seen anywhere else, plus local cold brew you can grab to go (a major win for me at any coffee shop). The seating is great too: plenty of tables for catching up with friends or getting some work done out in the wild. And outside? They have a spacious patio area complete with a fireplace to keep you warm. I'd love to come back closer to summer and really take advantage of it. Visited this week! They have been opened for 3 weeks now and I have been dying to try it. I went with the cashier's recommendation and early gray matcha. It was okay. The place is decorated beautifully inside and the ambiance is great. The prices are steep. My small drink was $6.50 and a cinnamon roll was $8. A shot of syrup is $1.50 and to substitute milk is also $1.50. I like that other places permit you to switch milks at no extra cost now. I didn't try food, just the drink, but they had a small food menu. read more

Love our new local coffee place! I think about their Mikey's Sea Salt Mocha literally all the time and one of my main reasons to always go back. I also love how they have a lot of cool other items in their cold case that you won't find everywhere else. The service is always kind and quick too! Lots of options! They had iced teas so I got the horchata green tea and blood orange herbal tea. Great. They had a treat basket for kids at the check out counter which was super sweet. I got a breakfast taco which was humble but very good. And the blackberry avo toast. I love seeing that kind of creativity in dishes. Cute, clean interior space and felt like it had some privacy with the dividing wall thru the middle. Cute front outside space, they have an artificial fire table. I drive by this place frequently and always see a lot of cars. We decided to stop by and see what it's all about. We ordered the banana bread matcha 16oz, iced vanilla latte 16oz, the big boy and a chocolate chip cookie. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was really good. It all came out to $37. When we got home and opened the container with the big boy sandwich, it tasted as good as it smelled. The sandwich isn't small either so I think all things considered, the pricing is right. One thing people don't think about is that basically everything is organic so of course it's going to be more expensive than going to Dunkin' or wherever you get your breakfast. It's also not like you would be coming here every single day (if you do, I don't blame you). This is also a cute place to come and do homework or work. It started to get packed after we ordered and they were all working as quickly as they could. The gentleman that took our order was very kind. They usually call out your name and you go get your food but I noticed for elderly people or people who already had their hands full, the staff would help take the rest to their table. Waited 28 minutes for one bagel that they toast in a oven was not crispy and had cream cheese , pickled cucumber , jalapeños. Bagel was not toasted properly. Place was not busy and had 4 people working. Excuse was door dasher was waiting for a big order ! How about work on 2 things at once nothing is cooked on the bagel and my wife threw it away! I came here for the first time today purely because it was the only cafe I could find with gluten free options for food. I am so happy with my entire experience.
