I don't think I'd want to pitch a tent here, everything is gravel, but if you're in an RV you'll be all set. There is plenty of space for even the biggest rigs! It's on the other side of town on a bluff - which is nice!! It's quite and you get a nice breeze. If you're just looking for a place to sleep this is perfect, there are not really any other amenities. The price was reasonable too. Cody is a busy city in the summer - best to make a reservation if you can!

Everywhere. The hook-ups were great with everything you would ever need. The amenities are non-existent. The office is a small building but they do have ice. Otherwise, no trees, no pool, no meeting area, nothing. The owner does keep four or five unapproachable horses on the premises, but other than viewing the horses they provide nothing. The only grassy area for dogs is unkept and unlighted. I would overnight there again but I would not spend another 5 days of my life there. We camped in a Tiffin Allegro motorhome.

We pulled into our spot and the road noise was loud, we looked around and there were a lot of empty spots. I looked online and there were quite a few spots empty in the park so we called and asked if we could switch to another spot further away from the road, the lady seemed annoyed and said she would see what she had available. We told her that we looked online at available spaces to switch to and she told us none of those were available. We switched to a spot that was actually in one of the pictures on yelp and it did not look like the picture at all. Dead grass and weeds. They said they were trying to grow back grass but it was all dry, had dirt spots and the spots are so close together that there isn't really much other room to sit with chairs because they don't want a lot on the grass. The picnic tables are literally so dry and old that the wood is splintering and the paint is peeling off, they also look like they are going to fall apart. Not to mention you are literally on top of the other trailer next to you. Some care and money needs to be put into this campground to make major improvements. Spots are small and squished together and the way they have you park your vehicle is odd. We consistently smelled sewage and it was not from our trailer because when we switched campgrounds the smell was gone. Maybe they have sewage issues because we could smell it walking around the park and to throw garbage away. Also they do warn that the sprinklers run at night but it sprayed more of our trailer than the grass and left hard water spots all over the side. The mens bathroom had one toilet and one urinal for the entire park to use (I never went to the women's). Funny thing is that nobody ever did end up staying in any of the spots we asked about moving to. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone unless desperate. It is run down and not taken care of well. I would recommend stay at the KOA down the street- we moved to stay for one night there and it was night and day difference!

Their maintenance man helped us with some things on our RV. we used the laundromat and everything was clean and dry within an hour. The bus for the Cody rodeo will pick up at the campground, although we chose to drive our camper over to the fairgrounds where there is free parking. The campground is conveniently located near downtown Cody, as well as the Walmart, Bill Cody Museum and the rodeo. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed in a cabin for two nights accompanied with our little beagle (yes they accept dogs and cats). The cabin was more like a motel room and had air conditioning, shower and bathroom inside the room and a bed with linens,, and a TV and free Wi-Fi as well. The lodging was exceptionally clean. They had a small continental breakfast in the morning and had a restaurant that was available for excellent meals at night. It was really a one stop for everything facility. This facility is on the N. Fork Rd. on the way to Yellowstone National Park from Cody, Wyoming. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the park from the inn. We met the owners of the inn who interacted with people as they checked in.

We had the privilege of staying in the spot with a hot tub, it was immaculate and so relaxing after 3 weeks on the road! Definitely a KOA we'll return to!

Site- B+ The campground itself was well maintained. There are some good views and nice places to walk your dogs if you have any. There are also bathrooms and showers to use free of charge. Bathrooms were VERY clean and well maintained. The benches that were at the campsites were adequate but a little worn out and our bench has a lot of bird poop on it. Not a big deal though. Price - A+ We payed $45 for the night but that includes those clean bathrooms and showers and full hookups at our site. Also, we were a last minute check in. We just randomly rolled in and even though they were booked they did not over charge us. This place is outstanding and I will definitely return. It's a solid spot with a great staff. Well done!
