If you need a place to stop in a hail storm move on from this place. We we on motorcycles coming from Cody and it was storming bad. We had our pup with us and they wouldn't even let us stand inside to warm up. My husband and I had to switch off standing out side under the awning in the hail. Not Friendly folks here. Do not even try to stay at this place! They are crooks! I booked and reservation and tried to cancel within a day of booking - giving them over 30 days notice and this place will not give me a refund of my 1 night stay! I will be fighting this with them but I want to warn people if your plans change, you must still pay them for a night you won't be able to use. We are a military family and my husband is called to duty so we are unable to stay the night we booked. They do not care! We got a full hook up camp site here for 4 nights, only stayed 3 because there was no Wi-Fi at all in the campsites. When we travel, I work from the campsite in the mornings. They did not offer to refund my last night so I really overpaid for this site. The only place we could connect to Wi-Fi was if we were at the main building. I did talk to other campers and they had the same issues, so it was not only us. Went and talked to staff that we could not connect, someone was to come over and never did. We only booked this site because they say they have Wi-Fi and full hookups. We could have stayed elsewhere for half the price, without the Wi-Fi. Our cell service did not work at this location, only worked about 5 miles down the road toward Cody. We ended up buying some movies at Walmart in Cody for the evenings. The sites do not have any trees or grass, it is all gravel (large gravel, not pea gravel), which is hard on my dogs paws. There was a dog off the leash all the time at the cabins and a staff member was over playing with the dog. If my dog needs to be leashed then theirs should be leashed. Bathrooms and site was clean, that's about all I can say good. I would not recommend this place, unless you are just passing through for one night and absolutely need somewhere to stay. read more

I spent four nights in the RV Park that is a part of this property. The facility was not operating at full operational capacity but services were very adequate for the situation. They serve breakfast in the mornings and it was what ever the chef decided to prepare. The food was good and the service was very good. In the evenings they had the bar open and they had a very good selection of beer and liquor. They also had a limited sandwich menu for evening dining. The location is excellent and very quiet. This is a park I would return too. read more

We stayed in the campground for 4 nights. Campground is clean. Front office staff was nice. WiFi was very spotty (there is no cell service in Yellowstone). Campground is about 20 miles to Yellowstone gate but we didn't mind the drive. The views were amazing. Going east into Cody is about 22 minutes to the far west side of Cody. Wal-Mart there for groceries. Campground has decent showers, coin laundry ($3.50 for wash and $3.50 for dryer). Smaller pool but well maintained and clean. Hot tub is indoors in it's own shelter and separate from pool. It's actually pretty big. We didn't eat at the restaurant (open Wednesday-Sunday). Front office has some odds and ends and camping supplies and surprising cheap Yellowstone shirts. I bought one. The whole campground, including lots are gravel. I assume it'a easier to maintain in the environment. Views around the campground are beautiful. read more

I booked for 5 nights and I was very disappointed. The RV Park is not, as the website says, "... the perfect base camp to explore all that Yellowstone National Park has to offer!" It's 35 miles from the entrance to Yellowstone and 45 to Yellowstone Lake.. There is a pass between Yellowstone and the park so I get to use 1/4 tank of gas for a round trip just getting to the park and back. Getting between the RV park and Yellowstone seems like it took as much gas as the trip from Idaho Falls, through the Tetons, to YellowstoneLake . I left Idaho Falls with a full tank of gas. It was about 1/8 a tank to get to Yellowstone Lake and then about the same to get from the lake to the RV park. Of course it's not an exact science but definitely not nearly as perfect as many other RV parks I passed between the park and here. What I am most disappointed in is they didn't want to help me when I explained the situation. I am new RVing and trusted their claim that this is a perfect place to use to visit Yellowstone. It's most definitely not. I asked to shorten my stay from 5 to 2 nights. I had to cancel or reschedule at several other parks when my RV rental pulled out on me and I had to change dates. No problem except for a small cancellation fee. At Yellowstone Valley Inn? $300 problem. There is a no cancellation policy - which, yes, I agreed to in some tiny checkbox with terms behind it or something. I own that. I am giving the poor review because that is not the type of place with which I wish to do business. It's peak season and with 2 days notice I am feel confident they could re-book. They chose however to not help out a new customer and enforce their policy, which is certainly their prerogative. My prerogative is to say this isn't a customer-friendly business and I cannot recommend it at all. Even more concerning is that this is all happening during Covid and the desk employee that checked me in was not wearing a face mask. There was no posted policy that I saw so as best I can tell this business does not require employees to wear masks. Yet another reason to avoid, at least for now. The WiFi is ppppppppppaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuulllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy slow and cell coverage is not good. Didn't check out the rest of the facilities because I didn't need most of them and had no intention of giving this business any more of my money. I passed sooooo many places that looked like much better choices. We've decided to buy our own RV and at some point are likely to come back to the area, and I'll most definitely be able to find a better launching point than this next time. read more

We stayed at YVI for 4 nights, in a suite. First, I want to say that I only post objective reviews. I include the good, and the things that the business might want to review. The good: The location! It was beautiful! There was a 360 degree view of the mountains. The resort is cute and provided a hot tub building, shower building, laundry building, pool (closed for the season), horseshoe pits, fire pits, grills, playground, coffee bar, restaurant, saloon and small store with convenience items and souvenirs, etc. It is also an RV park. It had a great atmosphere! Breakfast: Monday & Tuesday is grab & go. On Tuesday it was a large blueberry muffin, string cheese, hard boiled eggs & a fruit cup. You also got your choice of orange juice, tea, water or coffee. Breakfast the rest of the week was hot. We ate the hot breakfast twice. Wednesday we arrived about 5 minutes before closing. (I know! The staff was clearly irritated and I honestly understood. In my defense, we knew it was a hot breakfast, but thought it was still grab & go.) Anyway, it was table service with the same drink choices as Monday & Tuesday. Wednesday was French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs & an orange slice. Friday it was biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, orange slice and bacon. It's important to note here that there are not any other choices. Breakfast is served as a plated meal and you get what you get. (We liked the options, but other families might enjoy more flexibility with their meals.) Our room: We booked a suite with 2 queen beds, accessible shower (our daughter is disabled), a small dinette set with 4 chairs, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and a separate small bedroom with a twin bed. We did expect a little bit larger of a room for a suite at $200+/night, but again I'm sure the size/dimensions were listed. The bathroom had TONS of storage! There was a floor to s ceiling cabinet that was extra deep. It could be used to store clothes. It's very large! We did not plan to use that separate small bedroom, but thought it would be a nice storage area, and it was perfect for that. There is also a full sized closet in that room. Hotel rooms can get disorganized and cluttered quickly. Having that extra room allowed us to stay organized during our stay. It was like our walk-in closet The only downfall of that little room was that the twin bed is sitting super high. The top of the bed came to my chest. You would need to stand on one of the dinette chairs to get into it. Kids would love it! The other positive side of that is our suitcases were able to be stored under that bed. They sell quarters at the check-in desk, which I was so grateful for. Also, the laundry building has a soap/fabric softener vending machine. Items were $1 each. It was $3.50 to wash and $2.00-$3.50 to dry, depending on the dryer used. There is also a folding table. Since we didn't bring supplies, it was about $16 to wash two loads. Expensive, but well worth it to leave with all clean clothes! On Tuesday night our daughter got sick in her sleep, which was completely unavoidable. YVI is charging us $50 for the mattress cover that was on her bed. Although I understand their reasons, I also know Hannah has zero control over her bodily functions. She is non-verbal and cannot walk, so running to the bathroom or the nearest garbage is not an option. read more

We stayed here after visiting the north and est side of Yellowstone Park. It is about 25 miles east of the park entrance. Our room was ready early and the check in clerk was forthcoming with about what to do in and around Cody and how good their restaurant is, with a top chef working it. The room was cozy, with the shower hot, but small. It worked just fine . No local news on the TV, but a host of direct TV items to watch. The internet was a bit lagging, but we got by. The included breakfast buffet was complete and all we needed. An all around good place to stay if visiting Yellowstone. read more

We were on our way back from Yellowstone and needed a bathroom break. We saw this place and decided to pull over and eat supper. The prime rib special was tasty and the helping was huge. The staff were friendly. They had live music. They only have about 5-6 options for an entree each night but also have appetizers and kids menu. read more

When we stepped we where greeted by there wonderful registration employee Sherry we settled in the in the cabin and it was amazing, comfortable beds amazing bathroom and Tv was great too! Then we went to there restaurant, food 12/10 Service 13/10 Johnny there waiter was amazing and friendly then for breakfast we got greeted by there Barista Diane she was amazing and gave us great tips about the park. We rolled in late to the RV campground part of this place and the staff was very accommodating toward us. The view is amazing here and probably our favorite scenic campground we stayed at. The amenities here are in good condition and they offer full hookup with numerous bath/shower houses. 20 minute drive to the East Yellowstone entrance makes this place a good option. read more

This was literally the last choice for lodging for our family of 6 between Glacier NP and Teton NP. I made the reservations without looking at reviews or doing much research, which is not at all like me. First I'll point out that it is farther from the east entrance to Yellowstone than I had thought and driving back and forth became a bit of a drag. Also, although everything else is also the same way, it is overpriced. With that said, the room was clean, the AC worked well, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast that came with the stay was much better than an average continental breakfast. Also, and to my kids' delight, the staff provided a surprisingly good fireworks show for the guests as we stayed over July 4th. read more

We had to change our travel plans and cancelled more then 15 days in advance and was charged $90. So, before booking I highly recommend looking elsewhere in case theres an emergency and you have to cancel. read more

We chose this park due to its closeness to the Yellowstone national park. The campground was clean, had a heated pool, hot tub and restaurant/saloon. The restaurant really surprised me! I thought it was going to be more of passable meal. Boy was I wrong! We both ordered Osso Bucco. Deliciousness is all I can say. The salad bar could really use a face lift- it wasn't good at all. The camp spots were fairly close but not truly unusual for a campground that size. Beautiful views were 360 degrees! The one thing that really bothered me was they had some pretty graphic graffiti on a trailer in the back of the grounds. It would have been hard to explain had children been with me. read more

We stayed for 2 nights in June. Very unhappy with this hotel. The only positive was a view of the river. On the negative side: the room was small, air conditioning sub-par and shut off duringthe night, no maid service or clean towels for our second night, not enough towels for the 3 people that were registered for the room, breakfast was a joke. All that was available was string cheese, cereal bars, fruit cups and coffee. Not a good start for the day. read more

We stayed in a cabin. It was clean. I picked the place because it had EV charging. When I got there I was told they charged "a lot" to used it. They charge $22/hr to use a NEMA 14-50 outlet, which gives 40 amps continuous at 240 volts or about 29-30 miles per hour of charging. This is 9600 watts or 9.6 kW, so you're getting 9.6 kWh of electricity for $22. Average cost of electricity in Cody, WY is $0.1175 per kWh, so you're paying $22 for about $1.20 worth of electricity. The lady told my wife that their 9.6 kW NEMA 14-40 outlet equivalent to a "Supercharger". What a joke. Even the slowest Tesla Supercharger can deliver 72kW and the fastest can deliver 250kW. I guess when you're the only charger around you can rip people off. Oh, by the way, you have to bring your own cord. read more

We made a reservation, the next day, my husband was rushed to the hospital with a blood clot in his lung & leg, because of covid I couldnt go into the hospital with him. So, sitting outside the hospitals parking lot, I called Yellowstone Valley Inn & RV camp, within 24 hours of making the reservation to cancel, it took them 2+ weeks to refund the money & $50.00 less ! I called & talked to the woman who answers the phone, I said I could fax or text her the paperwork from the hospital, she said the manager was the one who determined what to charge. I talked to the manager the next day, nasty horrible woman with a nasty attitude to match, I asked if I could send her the paperwork from the hospital, she said no, they had expenses to cover (in less than 24 hours !) really ?? She called me several names and said they would not refund the $50.00 for a reservation less than 24 hours old. She was so nasty, I can't imagine actually staying there to have fun, she would wipe that expectation away, along with our money. Why owner's would ever employ anyone like this, is destructive for everyone. We were meeting several other RV'ers there for a family reunion, this place is NOT NICE to begin with alog with the vile manager, SAVE YOUR FUN TIME & CREDIT CARD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, there are alot of amazing RV parks all around Yellowstone, don't ruin your vacation by staying here. This manager has issue's and is on a power trip. We are home, we are able to work with our bank to prove the time frame of this reservation & the circumstances to cancel. LOVED the restaurant! My husband and I went there earlier tonight and it was all around 10/10. We were sat immediately, our waitress was so sweet! I'm so sad we didn't get her name. She was the only server and also working the bar but making it look like a piece of cake! A gentlemen came and sang and played the guitar and it was so nice. We got the sampler appetizer, GREAT!! And then the bison spare ribs.. even BETTER. The ambiance is so comforting and beautiful and the place is so clean and kept-up. The staff and chef deserve raises! Hehe. Rating JUST the restaurant...Positives we're so many...felt very Yellowstone local flair..the waitress and bartender were working very hard. The local musician was a nice touch. The bar drinks were good. I ordered a hamburger cooked medium. Came out more are but still delicious. The salad was great. My boyfriend's sides were great but here comes the ugly...the rib eye steak was disgusting. It was ALL FAT and inedible. Could we have sent it back? Sure but we know business has been tough lately with Covid and the flooding so we chose to say nothing. After reading other reviews, it seems like it's happened to others also. We stayed in one of the cabins for several days while sightseeing the area. I think their prices are a little high, considering what you get. Yes, there is a heated outdoor pool and a hot tub, both of which are at the front of the property. There is a restaurant and saloon on sight, which was really nice. Breakfast buffet was included with a cabin. The shower stall in the cabin was really small. There was no where to hang or place anything. Some hooks would have been nice. Also more shelving or a place to lay stuff. The cabin was roomy enough for 2 people, would have been tight for 4 adults. There is a mini fridge/microwave. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping made the beds/changed towels every day. The breakfast buffet was ok not great, it got us started for the day, food was so-so but biscuits were hard on the bottom, as in you couldn't cut through them with the plastic knife (this was every day). I wish they would have offered cereal. We ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times, they have a good selection to choose from. We always ate on the saloon side, their dining/saloon areas are updated, clean, and quite nice. Ian, the bartender, took good care of us each time. They have quite a list of craft beers and it looked like the bar was well stocked with the most popular spirits. One night I had the Shrimp Scampi, which was fettucini alfredo with grilled shrimp on top. The shrimp was nice sized, perfectly cooked, and flavorful. It was very good. Hubby had the Philly, which he said was so-so, meat kind of chewy as opposed to tender. Yes, I would say the restaurant had good food. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and check-in was easy. Parking/driving areas were rock, but smooth, no potholes. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a nice stay in the Wapiti valley area, and we would return. read more

The most overpriced for the value, rude customer service, units in laundry room are in poor working condition as well as showers. Showers you will find some have a door code and some don't as well as no hand soap or hand sanitizer for the bathrooms. Indemnity forms are long and intense like no other locations. No trees for shade. Towards the later hours of trying to enjoy the hot tub I found it packed with children unsupervised and unruly. The restaurant and bar area had great staff that were very friendly and the food was good although there was a lengthy wait to be served between salad and main course. Definitely consider all other options before settling for this place! Lots of room for improvement and hopefully they will make changes to make guests feel welcome and in a comfortable environment. read more

This place is convenient to Cody and Yellowstone-- if you aren't familiar with Yellowstone, he east entrance is quieter and it will take you quite a bit of driving (both from the campsite to the entrance and then from the entrance to any park attractions or good hikes) to get to any of the "spots" in Yellowstone-- plan and extra hour. However, if you enjoy hiking like we do, don't overlook the Shoshone National Forest (which this campground is very convenient to)-- we went for a hike by the north fork (near the tepee/a few miles away from the park entrance) and we had the ENTIRE trail to ourselves for miles and miles...that's pretty much unheard of in this area in late June. Also, don't forget to watch for wildlife on your way to the park-- we saw a mother grizzly and two cubs as well as several other animals. The wifi was not great in the morning or at night-- if you happened to be at the campsite midday (and really, why would you be?) it was fine. But if you are telecommuting, know that you'll be able to connect and work, but SLOWLY and sporadically. Other things to know-- this campground is windy...really windy (they suggest that you leave your canopies down because of it). We didn't spend any time outside at night because the wind really made outdoor cooking and eating unpleasant. Also, it can be difficult to get someone on the phone, but if you leave a message they will call you back. The restaurant was okay, but the service there and at the bar was great. We had a wonderful conversation with the very friendly bartender. read more

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend. The room was nice. Most of the outlets didn't work. Water pressure was extremely weak. No hot water the first two nights. We weren't given fresh towels every day. Breakfast was decent, but there was only one option per day. Got a little bit of an attitude vibe from one gentleman after expressing there was no hot water. He assumed the problem was a the amount of people taking a shower in one day when it was in fact a boiler issue. The couch appeared to be clean but when the cushions were removed, it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in some time. The two twin beds in the room were like planks. Very uncomfortable. read more

We had the worst experience at this location. We were squeezed a campsite in July when we were there for our family road trip. We were told to park by the grass and when we did there was dog poop and not a good spot, but we were tired and hungry that we accepted the spot. After we unloaded, this woman in charge of the place was extremely rude to my husband and we felt discriminated. She came to us and yelled asking why we were parked there. I explained we were told that was the only spot and she said no, you have to move. They want us to move and park next to the highway. Wtf! No that's not what we paid for. End of story I asked for our money back and went to a real campground. KOA in Cody, WY its worth the drive!! I don't recommend this place! read more

Overpriced, poor service, no COVID precautions, and inconvenient location. OVERPRICED: Stayed for a week in the RV area costing about $100/night. We liked that it had amenities like laundry, wifi, coffee bar, restaurant, etc. Laundry is a ripoff at $8 to wash/dry a load. Wifi is terrible, think dial-up in the 90s. Coffee bar was nonexistent. Restaurant is only a buffet ($11 for the a la cart breakfast of bagles and $27 for the dinner buffet). I had planned on ordering dinner most evenings but ended up never doing this. Also, the buffet is literally the only option and no way to order anything else. POOR (AND UNPROFESSIONAL) SERVICE: Multiple times while staying here, we overheard staff complaining about guests and talking down to them. Staff blamed and made excuses for everything. Usually they blamed problems on being understaffed. It's clearly a toxic work environment. My first negative experience was at check-in (which sort of set the tone for the week). I was meeting family who was staying in one of the suites, their flight got them to the campground around 2pm. They were told their room was not ready because staff had quit. It was nearly 100 degrees outside and no shade, at about 3pm I asked if their room happened to be ready yet and a male staff member rudely and unapologetically said they were not allowed to check in until 4. (Mind you, their confirmation said 3.) Anywhere I have ever stayed at before will try to provide some level of hospitality, or offer to have their room ready next. But this place chose to be jerks about it and acted like we were the bad ones for politely asking. NO COVID PRECAUTIONS: We are in the 5th wave of rising cases, over 60k new cases daily. My group of 8 tried to order dinner one night and we were told we HAD to dine inside the restaurant. They REFUSED to let us take our meal to go or eat right outside. We have 3 unvaccinated kids and this place is trying to continue spreading COVID by mandating indoor dining during a pandemic. INCONVIENENT LOCATION: If Yellowstone is your destination, I would recommend staying somewhere closer. It's 33 miles to the east entrance and another 25 miles or so to the first visitor center within the park. This amounts to at least a couple extra hours of driving daily. It's also a long drive to Cody and there are not really any other options for dining or groceries anywhere around. In addition, the campground is a big gravel parking lot, no real access to nature or walks in the morning. There are no trees, grass, or shade in the RV area and it's impossible to stake anything down. There is a lovely view of the river, but that's about it. Yes, this place met our basic needs. It was clean (except for the bathrooms) and the facilities were all in nice condition. The hot tub was great. That said, I would not recommend staying here and won't come back. It was my fourth time at Yellowstone and this place offered the least, for the most amount of money. They don't seem to have any interest in creating a positive guest experience, just making as much money as they can from travelers passing through. There are many much nicer places around. read more

Stayed here 3 nights in their hotel on a 14 day vacation to Yellowstone early June 2018. After staying 4 nights prior in Gardiner at the north entrance I wish I would have just stayed here a week instead. The Gardiner motel we stayed at was nightmarish, so this place's charm and amenities were welcomed! I absolutely loved my stay here. We had a small slip up with their online booking system giving us the wrong room but their management was able to correct it with zero problems after arriving. As a computer guy I had a giggle when you realize that the entire place is practically ran off of an iPhone and no computer which actually suits the relaxing atmosphere. That's not a complaint either. This place is simple and easy which was perfect. Management was friendly and great to interact with. The room we ended up with was huge. My wife and I had younger 2 kids, and after 14 days on the road this place had enough space to unwind after being in the park all day. We had a room with 2 queens and a couch. I felt like I could have fit the van in there too it had so much space. The fridge was plenty big, and AC unit could have made the place a freezer if you wanted it to. Also opening the front and rear sliding doors let in a pleasant Wyoming breeze in the evenings before the mosquitoes come out. Great way to freshen the room after 4 people sleeping in it! The beds were soft and forgiving. I slept like a baby honestly. Oh my god was breakfast good! Chef Miles (Hope that's how it's spelled) puts out a PROPER buffet of breakfast foods. Every place we stayed at that had breakfast gives you cold cereal, or at best toast-able stuff like bread or Eggos. YSV Inn puts out 3-4 full sized catering bins of goodness. Actual meats, biscuits and gravy, eggs, fruit, killer hash browns, etc. I honestly looked forward to breakfast everyday here! If management reads this make sure you give Miles a good bonus for winning my stomach over. Seriously try the hash browns. Every day it was a different recipe! Admittedly the wifi was spotty at times. I work in IT and went out of my way to intentionally disconnect so I was not upset honestly. The good news is I had a decent 4G AT&T signal. If I had to telecommute it might have been an issue. But with a place this pleasant you don't want to work. My wife griped a few times about trying to post endless photos of Yellowstone to Facebook using the wifi. Clicking over to 4G was always the answer. We have unlimited data so it was never an issue with us. We were there early season so the pool wasn't open yet sadly. Kids wanted that but I understand the timing. I didn't try the hot tub while were there. I think the only single thing I can say negative was the drive. It was an added hour to get to anything in the park. This was clearly stated in several reviews and such so it was not a surprise. The day we went to Grand Tetons National Park we were easily on the road for 8 hours round trip. Maybe that was too much to chew off. I can't see how you could make this any better however, since there were only a few other places outside the East entrance and all of them were about the same drive. Something to consider if you hate driving. It is a LOT closer to Cody, so driving into town to get the Cody experience at night was great! Def go see the rodeo if you have kids and try out their craft breweries/pizza places. The pizza place even had an arcade in there for the kids. Oh, and make sure you fill up the gas in Cody too! The gas prices inside the park will make you scream. read more

I was disappointed. My son and I had dinner here last night and enjoyed it. But tonight we stopped in and ordered Parmesan chicken sandwiches for the kids after a long day of trail riding. Unfortunately, they burnt the chicken and over peppered and the fries were undercooked. So much potential, I wouldn't recommend. read more

Ok so I've been a lot of places all over the west and this lodge, inn, restaurant, bar and rv park has to be one of the best. It was off season and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Drinks were not over priced at all and from what I could see the food looked excellent. Great little bar and the local patrons were a blast to sit and talk with. This place ranks among my places to visit again. Loved every single minute we spent there. If you're driving through Cody on your way to Yellowstone, do yourself a favor and stay here for the night rather than in Cody. Wildlife all over the place in the evening. Thank you. read more

We stayed in a cabin. It is furnished with everything you need- sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, air conditioning, a comfy bed, also a delicious breakfast buffet, and wifi. There is an outdoor pool, an indoor hot tub, and a laundry room. Don't pass up the restaurant! The ladies that work in there are hard workers and do a great job. The food is delicious! The price to stay is high, but it is on point with everyone else in this expensive state. One other thing, this hotel is closer to Yellowstone than any of the other hotels in Cody. read more

Just spent the weekend here. What an amazing place. We stayed in the motel on the upper level and had a balcony with views of the river and mountains. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the saloon and their friendly bartenders. The food was great. Make sure to order the pan fried walleye! If we are in the area again we will definitely pay a little extra to stay here. read more

The Owner was very rude. We booked a month or so in advance through Expedia and then the lady who runs the ranch called us to say if you cancel on Expedia and book over the phone we can give you a better deal (an unfortunate mistake). We went ahead and cancel to book with her because we trusted her (didn't get a confirmation email or anything just a screenshot of the confirmation page). Then when we arrived, the room that was open for us was not what we viewed online. There was no ice buckets no tv, the floor mat was placed on the clean towels, wasn't what we were hoping for. The owner told us that we picked out a specific room online when in fact we didn't. She angrily proceeded to tell us we picked a room and told us we would not get a refund (not even a partial one) and would not help deescalate or resolve the situation so we unfortunately had to go elsewhere. If you book here on please keep records and confirmation of what you book. Use an external company like Expedia so you are protected. I hope this was just a isolated incident but just be cautious. read more

By far the best place to eat in Cody. The chef crafts very tasty fresh meals. The food is NOT frozen and always fresh. I have never had a bad meal here and I have eaten here about 15 times! The burgers are awesome, the shrimp pasta this summer was the best I ever had. Very reasonable priced and portions are huge. Good selection of local brews on tap and wine. Paula is the best waitress ever!! My kids love the elk sliders and the park shank was so tender it melts in your mouth! Open all year! A must try! read more

Stayed at the RV Park. Loved it. GREAT Staff, everything you need on-site. Restaurant a LITTLE pricey, but worth the price, and beats the drive to Cody. Lots of showers, very good laundry facilities. Easy in / out pull-thru parking, easily accommodated our RV / tow car total length of 52 feet. Once again, can't say enough about the Staff. They were great!
