Stop 8 of 9 for Wyoming, 47 overall, on our Hundreds of Hops self-guided US Hop Passport Brewery Tour Amazing Brewery Race 2025 Stopped by within an hour of closing & bellied up at the bar top. Still, staff friendly & upbeat, even dancing/ singing along with the music pumping from the speakers... granted, who can resist Vanilla Ice waxing a chump like a candle? Our book was stamped and we collected a sticker set. The brews were tasty to boot. We'd revisit this one. Check the Haze came in at a solid 4 Mai Horse Bocked me Off 3.75/ 4.25 = 4avg Note: Food on site from Wyo Dogh, didn't try it

Had the Italian Calzone which has a lighter crust. I always enjoy seeing how different regions make food. I think I prefer this lighter bread than the heavy bread you often get in a calzone. Also had flight of beer. Really enjoyed the whole experience here. Good beer, good food, good time!

We stopped here for a drink and dinner our first night in town. Loved the patio area and drinks were good. Unfortunately, we didn't order any food because our waitress (who was very sweet), just had no knowledge of allergies. (Allergies are milk and egg, part of the Big-9 allergens). We didn't go extra lengths to talk to kitchen staff and went to another restaurant. If you have allergies, I would proceed with caution. Hopefully staff is provided some training on food allergies for future!

Hazy IPA

MUCH OBLIGED - hazy was pretty darn good. Had two of them and a pizza which was also pretty good.

A little confusing. We were trying to find a pizza place called Wyo Dough and stumbled on Cody Craft brewing! Turns out it's two in one. My husband loved the craft beer. The cheese curds with the hot honey are a must. The pizza was really good. Our waitress Laura had awesome hospitality and was very friendly. If we are ever in the area we will come back. The restaurant is laid back. Bonus old pin ball machines are in the back

Flight

Excellent service! We got a couple of flights and a seltzer. If you like fruity drinks- the Peach Crumble and the Huckleberry Cider were delicious! The outdoor patio was amazing!

The sweet and tart Jellystone was our favorite!

Stop 9 of 9 for WY, 48 overall, on our Hundreds of Hops self-guided US Hop Passport Brewery Tour,…read moreAmazing Brewery Race 2025 - for our 5th state win!! And we were THOSE people, unintentionally. We showed up 15min before the kitchen closed (not knowing there was or expecting there to be a kitchen) and 45min before the brewery itself closed. I can't lie, we've been crazy road-tripping it & we were, again, excited when they mentioned food. I'm not sure if the kitchen staff were as excited as us, but they didn't let on that we were putting them out, even with such a late order. We did try to be accommodating- I went so far as to say "give me anything you need to get rid of." Of course, the barkeep had already taken our orders by that point & I guess that was that. Chicken fried steak for me & a brisket wrap for the hubs - we could have (& probably should have) split either & would have had plenty to eat. We both took food with us to the hotel & we had leftovers for breakfast (2-fer). The food came up fast & the flavors were good. I appreciated the non-traditional take on the chicken fried steak. No country gravy here... she ate like schnitzel which went well with the beer! Speaking of, on to the reason for stopping, beer. Sage Creek IPA 3.75 Mountain Wheat IPA 4 Sand Coulee Red 4.25 Heart Mountain Hefe 3.75 Service couldn't be better. I can't stress enough how much I appreciate not being made to feel like I shouldn't be there- even being encouraged to enjoy both the food & beer, despite the late arrival. Kudos!

I think a brewer or owner was in a table talking on the phone the whole time. The beer was 4/5. The side salad was big 5/5. The sandwich/ wraps were 3/5. A bit too much liquid or slightly chewy chicken. The Thai wrap was more like sesame. I'm a huge fan of the Mule Kicking Rye. It was the spiciest beer ever. I would have bought a 6 pack if they had them. The IPAs weren't my favorite. the wheat ipa was the best of them. The flying peanut butter stout in the can is their best overall.

They have a nice courtyard patio with lots of tables and also some yard games to keep the kids occupied. We traveled with a group of eight and it was easy to find seating. They likely don't wash the baking pans after making cinnamon pizza or rolls. Now, everything else on the menus will be awful along with the service. 1 beer took 35min to receive. The "sauce" for a salad was similar to children's play slime. The chicken nuggets were fried pieces of breading, no chicken, and almost broke my child's tooth. Thankfully taken off the bill in a way that seemed very common to the server. The arcade is 10% functional. 1 $.25 cent token successfully working and 3 being eaten. But if you like long waits bad food and people watching you're in for a treat! And oh what a show is on display! It was fun seeing everyone look around wondering where their food was after an hour of waiting, some forgot what they ordered or if they had at all. This establishment is literally the Bermuda triangle of Wyoming run solely by underage children, literally. Good luck and happy adventures searching for grand experiences in failed service! Definitely dine here only for the in person comedy of observing human failures on every level in real time! I wish I could give less than 1 star to help bring the overall average rating down to a more realistic level- say 1 star total average. Do not go here for food or drinks or games. People watching only.

Stop 1 of 8 for Montana on our Hundreds of Hops self-guided US Hop Passport Brewery Tour Amazing…read moreBrewery Race 2025 I must say, a touristy area falling in the 3 star range didn't have me anticipating a fantastic experience. I was leaning towards something mediocre put there to drain the pockets of a would-be thristy, or perhaps hungry, passerby... We drove through the hoards of people to the outskirts, where the crowds thinned & the parking opened up to a large lot. Cool. So far, so good. The red building was easy enough to spot & there was music playing from a tent in the field. We headed for the building door from the back of the building and found ourselves sniffing the air... could that be house smoked meat? Yes, yes, it is... and making us walk by a smoker is a sure-fire (pun intended) way to get us to buy your food along with your beer! On to the bar we went, where we were met by an energetic 1 day a week worker. (We know because she mentioned it, we weren't THAT nosey!) She gave us a run through & we ordered our BOGO brews & an order of pulled pork tacos with black beans to split. Were they spicy tacos, no. Were they on flour instead of corn, yes. Was the pork tender, juicy, flavorful & smoky... YES! The black beans were a great side choice if I must say so myself & both paired well with our beer options. Dually Double IPA in at 4.5 for Kel - n/a from me Dog Pull Porter in at 3.75 from Kel & 4 from me Unfortunately, the only to-go option then was growlers & that didn't work for us at the time. Next time through, perhaps it will or crowlers (other options) will be available. We would indeed go back. On paying, they did miss the bogo beer & offered us our choice of refund and recharge correctly or 2 free drinks next visit. As we haf no idea when we'd be back, we sadly had to opt for the refund. I want to emphasize that it was NOT an international overcharge & it was immediately corrected.
