    Maitake Avo Toast

What we love about Cocobeet is how fast, fresh, and healthy it is. We typically go for juices or protein smoothies right after a run or bike ride. And it's 100% what my body is craving for. I also love their coconut meat yogurt. We recently tried their Mediterranean Bowl and Maitake Avocado Toast. My husband liked the Mediterranean Bowl. He remarked that the falafel had a surprising texture as if it was intended to be raw with rolled oats versus a traditional falefel is fried. I really enjoyed the Maitake Toast, smoky like its intended to replace bacon bits. I would definitely like to try more items on the menu. Many of the sauces and dishes contain cashews, which I have a sensitivity. Luckily, they can accomodate to an extent. The only thing I dislike about Cocobeet is the price for what it is. We usually leave after paying $50 to $70 for two. A bit spendy for either 2 smoothies with 2 juices or 2 entrees with 2 juices. I feel like I can go someplace else for a much nicer meal versus a quick grab and go.

    Looks good, taste great!

While the decor is a bit boring white, the people are very nice, the food is absolutely beautiful and healthy, and I'm enjoying it very much. Please try them out!

Clean, bright place with juices, smoothies, and some toasts and warm bowls. The toppings of my açaí bowl were good but the açaí had practically no flavor. I used honey to sweeten it, which made the bowl much better.

I'm a chef instructor who loves to work out . When I'm not in the kitchen, you can find me at a barre or pilates studio. Cocobeet is conveniently located right across the street from The Barre Method in Wellesley, making it my go-to spot after class. I love it because it offers plant-packed food - fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, and nuts - to help me gain and maintain top energy levels. Here are some of my favorites: 1. Mediterranean Bowl and Umami Bowl: Both feature refreshing salads, good carbs packed with fiber such as healthy rice and sweet potato. They're flavorful and satisfying, leaving me feeling good because the food nourishes both my body and soul. 2. Turmeric Latte: Made with hand-pressed cashew milk made in-house, this latte doesn't contain any artificial syrup, so it's not overly sweet like other brands. You can taste the natural flavor of the cashew milk with a perfect kick from the turmeric - so good! 3. Chocolate Mousse: OMG, this dessert! Not too sweet, perfectly balanced, and made with organic dates and cashews. It's so delicious that you don't feel like you're compromising to eat healthy. Actually, you never have to compromise at Cocobeet. Eating healthy has never been so easy. Don't forget to say hi if you see Onur Ozkoc there. He's passionate about a healthy lifestyle and extremely knowledgeable about every single dish. He can share the origins of each ingredient with you!

I have been here twice now and the food and its quality have been consistently great. The açaí bowl that I ordered the second time (pictured) came with granola, coconut, bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. Along with the açaí bowl, I got a ginger juice which was great even if it was pricey.

This açaí bowls are AMAZING! Their juices, amazing, their smoothies amazing. Friendly staff and their interior is clean and well decorated! Would definitely recommend

This was my first time visiting a cocobeet and because I was in the area and craving an açaí bowl, I decided to stop by. They did not have most of the fruits I put in my açaí bowl which was disappointing. As you can see 'mango' is written on my bowl but last minute they told me they actually don't have any mango. They also didn't have blackberries so my bowl was lightly garnished. The bowl also lacked taste if not for the coconut shreds and granola, in fact, it tasted watered down. So would I say it was worth the visit, probably not.

Their açaí bowl is the best I've tried so far in the Boston area (still can not compare to California or Hawaii)... the key is their home-made granola that comes with the bowl which is delicious!!!! I'm not a fan of coconut flakes, so I usually ask them to substitute for Strawberries (the bowl also comes with blueberries). I got the açaí bowl for lunch a couple of times and it was surprisingly filling. Still I thought the price of almost $12 for an average sized açaí bowl is unnecessarily high, especially after having tried to make them at home and knowing how easily and cheap it would be...i would give 5 stars if they bring down the price to around $8 or if they give you more toppings (more variety and quantity) for no additional charge! Service is always good and the store is warm and bright!

So many combinations, so much guessing! For someone who isn't a smoothie pro the menu can be a bit overwhelming as it lacks photos. However there is a large fridge filled with juices, smoothies, health shots, and many vegan and gluten free treats. Some of the bowls are hit or miss due to some consistency; personally, I enjoy a bit of a thicker custard style bowl. The key lime tartlet was incredible ! Tart lime, strawberry orange top jam and crunchy delicious nut crust. Definitely makes a run for best Vegan/Gluten-Free dessert in Boston! First tried the açaí bowl which was tart and fruity, their in house granola is healthy and well balanced. Next up tried the chocolate protein bowl, the toppings threw me off a little but they were delicious. Next time I think I may try the blue algae one but not sure if I can be that adventurous.

My weekday lunches with my tuna melt issue ; always offered fresh hot excellent bread? I ordered the Ceasar salad with chicken . It was a good , not a real great salad , it was fresh and was a decent replacement for my tuna melt. But I wanted more of an authentic Caesar taste with an anchovies or Dijon, worchershire, egg and a normal stronger Caesar salad taste, shaved parmesan taste... like I've had elsewhere . It needs more flavor to the salad . it was ok but was just ok .... Dressing may have been out of bottle Caesar salad dressing. My guests their salad selections both looked well prepared . They also bring you your drinks as well as your food order. The short rib size was a bit small but ok value for $20. It tasted pretty good. I like the eggplants as well. Great ambiance - sophisticated, classy, fancy yet casual decor and vibe. They had some menus on a little table when you first walked in, in front of the pastry display. Lots of pastries consisting of a variety of muffins, breads, sweets, etc. The menu was pretty big, filled with breakfast and lunch items, and a selection of beverages. It is an order at the register/counter type spot, so you can easily order for there or to go. The staff working were friendly and had quick turnaround times. There was also a fancy coffee station where they made the fancy espressos, cappuccinos, etc. There were various seating options - it was crowded when we went so it was kind of hard to find a spot, but we managed. We ordered small and got a muffin and lemon poppyseed bread slice and two cold brew coffees. We technically ordered for there so they served them on sturdy plates. For your cold brews and regular coffees, they had a coffee-condiment station - ie creamers, oat milk, sugars, etc. plus silverware, napkins, etc. and the cleanup bins for when you are done with you meals. The muffin and bread were delicious - the poppyseed had a nice lemon glaze! I would definitely consider going back to try some other bakery items and something from the kitchen. It had a nice, upscale but casual vibe and seems like a hot spot place for the area.
