My kids request to come here all the time for their favorite drinks. They have drinks geared towards kids as well as adults. They also have super yummy pretzel bites and apparently this year they have cake pops and sugar cookies. I actually didn't know they have shave ice and look forward to trying soon. We had heard of but never had nor really knew what a dirty soda was when we happened upon Coco's Sodas + Sweets.  Apparently, a dirty soda is a soda or lemonade etc. with add ins such as coconut cream, or puree or syrups.  Or, if you are a kid or kid at heart, you can also add in gummies, peeps, cotton candy...  I think that's what the sweets part of the name stands for because the only thins we saw to eat were pretzel bites.  The afternoon we were there, the place was jammed!  The line moved fast but people continued to pour in.  They said they were offering a special and that's why it was so popular but it had to be more than that.  We ordered two drinks.  One was sprite based - the skeleton and the other was cola based (we swapped out the pepsi for coke).  Both were carbonated and so refreshing but we both liked the sprite based one better because you could taste more of the add in flavors.    Coco's is conveniently located with parking in the lot out front.  There is very limited seating both inside and outside but the large majority of their customers on the day we were there did take out.  The staff was very nice although super busy and everyone seemed to be in a cheerful mood for such a hot day.  I think the idea is interesting though I'm not sure we could taste enough of the add ins to warrant a special trip read more

I ordered this for pickup and I'm so glad I came here! It was my first time trying a dirty soda - I'm not huge into soda but my fiancé is a huge fan so we decided to check it out. This place completely changed my mind about soda!! I got the pipeline which has Coke, pineapple syrup, coconut syrup, and coconut cream. We subbed the coke out for Coke Zero. This drink was awesome! I was afraid the pineapple would come across as really acidic but it was very subtle. My fiancé and I drank it faster than we'd like to admit. Can't wait to come back! read more

Yes and yes! I heard this place opened and was dying to come. As a non-drinker, I appreciate a fun soda business. There are so many options, so I asked the staff what they recommended. They were super helpful and walked me through the menu of their favorites and what people tend to order. I got the Nags head, which was dr. Pepper, coconut cream, coconut syrup and lime. The lime made it, wow it tasted like Hawaii. I think they said this was the most popular. My husband got the cyclops, and I liked the Nags head better. I am here for the same reason I would presume many others are and that is the Instagram content and frankly viral interest that this establishment has inspired!!! I learned about "dirty sodas" from sonic but this spot truly blows this trend out of the water. The menu is extremely impressive with combinations that I would've never expected! It is very difficult to walk in and only order one soda. I really loved the minimal Decker with a little bit of a beachy fun vibe. It reminded me of the Outer Banks. The service here is absolutely lovely and friendly. The young ladies behind the counter gave me great suggestions on their most ordered sodas. I was planning to order a classic soda, a Diet Coke with coconut cream and a twist of lime... But ultimately, I ended up trying this with diet Dr Pepper as the base- an item on the menu called the "Nags Head". The diet Dr Pepper as a base really adds a layer of mild spice and versatility to the beverage and each sip was a new exploration!!! I would have to say that this one was my favorite. I also ordered the "Tubes" with a sprite base and a cherry flavor. It was as the lady behind the bar, said "an elevated Shirley Temple". Cool to see how popular this place is amongst people of all ages. Really nice to see how there was some small board game set up inside with small seating and larger seating options outside. I saw individuals run on in for their caffeine kick of the day and walk out very happy sipping away just as much as I saw friends and groups, ordering their sodas and sitting down and chatting up the afternoon. This shopping center has plenty of parking so no worries here. Right after I tried it I instantly told my little brother about how he had to try this spot ASAP and told all my coworkers needless to say I will be back very soon. read more

Yep - I came here because I watched the secret lives of mormon wives, and was looking for a vibe similar to "Swig" like I saw on the show, lol. I got "the coco" - a diet coke with coconut and lime flavors, and absolutely loved it. It wasn't too "complicated" for me, and was such a delicious touch to a typical diet coke! My partner got one of the energy drink ones and enjoyed it, although he did say it was slightly sweet for his tastes (I'm sure this can be adjusted if you bring it up to the staff - # of pumps and whatnot). DMV's dirty soda place! I wish this place was closer to me! They have SO many options to choose from. A great sweet treat if you're looking for one and I believe you can bring your own tumbler too and they'll fill it for you with your drink of choice which is nice. This soda shop is relatively new. We dropped by and it was crowded. Lots of different flavored sodas with various combinations. There are many options for kids as well. They also have 5 different hot chocolate combinations which I did not know until we saw the menu on the wall. We got three drinks. Waimea-Pepsi, Cranberry Syrup, Fresh Lime Supertubes-Sprite, Cherry Syrup, Vanilla Cream, Cherry Witches Rock-Sprite, Strawberry Puree, Mango Puree All the drinks were quite tasty and unique. Definitely is a fun place. The inside seating is very limited. There are 2 or 3 tables outside in front of the establishment. We will definitely be back to try hot chocolate and some of the other drinks. read more

We tried the Witches Rock (sprite with strawberry and mango puree), Cyclops (root beer with butterscotch syrup and vanilla cream), and Supertubes (sprite with cherry syrup and vanilla cream). All three were good. It's nice they have a kids menu and both of my kids shared the snapper (lemonade with green apple and whipped cream). The kids weren't a fan of their drink. They wanted hot chocolate but it wasn't being served at the time. Also, they serve Hawaiian shaved ice but only during the summertime. Guess we can return if we are nearby in a few months. After watching Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, I was dying to try a dirty soda. So when I saw this place on Instagram and noticed it wasn't too far from DC, I convinced my friend to go with me and try some sodas! We ended up getting two 16 ounce drinks each so we could try multiple flavors. I really enjoyed my first soda, which had Coke Zero (I swapped it from Diet Dr. Pepper), coconut cream, coconut syrup, and lime. My second one, with Fresca, was also good, but a very different, fruity vibe! I love all the soda options, and was glad they had some preset ones, but wish there would have been a "make your own" option, where you get, say, one soda base, one fruit or fruit puree, one creamer, and one syrup or something. And they were good about making substitutions, but I would have fun creating my own combination (and maybe they would have let me if I had asked, but it wasn't clear from the menu). In terms of vibes, it leaves something to be desired. The establishment is essentially one giant room with a counter and very minimal seating options (two two-person tables inside, and two four-person tables outside). It could be way cuter. However, it was very clean. And I do love the multi-colored logo stickers that they use on the cups and have at the register, though. A very nice touch. Service was great and quick, and the pretzel bites were a nice touch. I would come back if I were in the area already, but not sure I'd make a special trip from DC again. read more

I was excited to see a dirty soda location in the area, but unfortunately it did not hit. My standard was Swig in Utah. It was easy to order online and do curb side pick up. You do have to call them when you arrive. The staff delivered and handled my drinks with care. I got Cyclops (Root Beer, Butterscotch Syrup, Vanilla Cream), Trestles (Dr Pepper, Coconut Syrup, Raspberry Puree, Coconut Cream), and Witches Rock (Sprite, Strawberry Puree, Mango Puree). My favorite was the Witches Rock, but it was a bit too sweet. The Cyclops was basically like a very sweet cream soda, but expected it to be like butter beer.
