Came here today for a gel pedicure since I saw they're services are 20% for their grand opening until the 31st! Can't really pass that up. I had Julie and she could not have been nicer. I had come in before going to the gym asking if I could come back after I work out, and Julie probably thanked me 5 times for actually coming back. The salon is spotless and I was asked multiple times if the pedicure water was an alright temperature (other places I have basically burned my foot off before anyone asks about the temp). I will most definitely be coming back and I would highly recommend coming before the 31st for 20% off and 10% off your next visit!! Thanks Julie!! read more

Coco Nails Spa - "Life is not perfect, but your nails can be" mood. - Nail Salons Near Me - Maplewood, Missouri

I've been here multiple times, the first few times were great so I kept coming back. Last two times have been horrible. They rush through my nails, don't do enough coats and leave a mess of nail polish on my fingers. I also ask for the same thing every time and am always charged different amounts. Won't be coming back. read more

Had a great experience at CoCo Nails. We were able to reserve their party area for a large group before my friend's wedding. They were able to accommodate all of us efficiently and were so kind. Highly recommend! read more

My experience at Coco nails Spa was very good Gigi was very friendly the receptionist was funny he sang a few songs for himself ǀ will be back read more

I went in wanting to get a fill and a repair on two of my nails. The lady doing my nails then started soaking off my nails which I was confused about because I wanted to only fill them. when I asked if I could come back tomorrow for the full set to time, my nail tech became rude and didn't even fully finish taking off my previous set before telling me I was finished. I now have thin layers of my old set peeling off of the middle of my nail. read more

I have been to Coco Nails a handful of times and always had a good experience until yesterday. I called ahead and showed up at 6:30pm like I told them and I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to see me. I told them I could come back another day no big deal but they insisted I stayed. The whole time I was getting my nails done the lady was rushing, she rushed so much that she cut my cuticle and made me bleed. The polish turned out sloppy and I am not happy with how it looks at all. I was the last one there and they started turning the lights off before I even left. When it was time to pay their payment system wasn't working so I had to wait 15 minutes until they figured out who I could venmo. Tried calling today to have them fix my nails and they hung up on my. Needless to say I will never be going here again. Save your money and go somewhere better. read more

Very clean place and manager is very nice! Good service and friendly. I would come back here.

Coco Nails gets one star because it is a very nice and clean salon. That's where the compliments stop. I was hesitant to leave a review but after much debate I deceived to go ahead and leave one because I'm really mad about wasting my hard earned money for bad service and inferior products. I stopped at Coco Nails on way home from work a week ago. Being that it is located in Maplewood close to my work I thought I'd stop in because of the convenience. I usually go to a salon in Crestwood that's a little more expensive than Cocos. I did save money on my gel pedicure, but the technician did a terrible job.The pedicure itself was less than stellar. My technician seemed as if she wasn't feeling well and as a result put very little effort into my pedicure. She didn't trim my cuticles properly nor used the pumice stone on my heels for very long. More on the cuticles later. Throughout my pedicure my technician texted. She had her phone laying down on her small table, slightly hidden and texted frequently as if I wouldn't notice. I did notice and it seemed as if she was in a full conversation with another person and totally neglecting her job. The pedicure went extremely fast. By the time my toenails were "ready" for polish, I noticed the remaining, untrimmed cuticle skin. I did mention this to her, she basically re-trimmed some of my cuticles and painted my nails. They still didn't look quite right but with the language barrier she didn't understand what I was trying to say. I also noticed that the gel polish she was using looked a bit thick. She grabbed a different bottle from her own personal bag and used one of the brushes from inside there to thin out the polish. The polish looked fine. I still wasn't happy and asked for her to fix certain areas. She tried....I had really lost patience and didn't want to spend anymore time trying to get her to fix my toenails. I paid, tipped her half of what I normally did and left vowing never to go into that salon again. I noticed two days later that the polish had peeled off one of my toenails. Then , over the next few days I noticed pieces of my polish missing. Today, a week later almost all my polish has peeled off. I paid for a pedicure with plus $17 for gel nail polish. The only polish left on my toes is on my two big toes. I know there was something wrong with that polish. And the tech! I've never had such a terrible pedicure! I think I'll just go back to my other salon because I know what I'm getting from them. read more

Such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is super nice and the pedicure was wonderful!

i had an appointment but they did not recognize that and allowed others who "signed in" after me to receive services before me. They put me at a pedi sink where i sat for about 30 minutes before served. My daughters had appointments at same time for gel manicures. They finished before i was started. (My daughter's nails are already chipped, just 12 hours later.) read more

Eli and Lena did an amazing job on my pedicure and tip with dip. Lena can do any design you show her. They are all so nice and helpful! read more

It was fast and I love the people but my charge was charged 16 bucks over I'm a need that back

I decided to get off from a long day at work on Thursday before Mother's Day to treat myself to a pedicure. I decided to go to CoCo because the salon looks so spacious clean and inviting. I ordered the tropical pedicure package. The technician wasn't very talkative which was fine I enjoyed the quiet and the massage chair. Everything was fine until he put the hot towel on my legs which was too hot. I had to take it off to cool it down. The pedicure was ok I paid 47.00 and expected more. After my nails were polished I had to ask can I go to a dryer he lead me to a dryer and I sat to dry my polish. He never returned so when I thought my nails were dry I took off the salon slippers and began to put my slides on. My baby toe rubbed against my slide and all my polish came off. I went to the front desk and explained that my polish had rubbed off the lady at the desk at that point seemed to be upset that I told her my polish rubbed off instead of apologizing and correcting it. She basically told n my e to go sit at a bowl until she can deal with me. She came and painted over the rubbed off toe which was very uneven at that point. She didn't attempt to make it look fresh at all. She then walked away like this is all you will get. I felt cheated and humiliated and my toe still looked horrible. This will be the last time I will ever look at this place because I frequent this area. And I will tell others do not support this establishment. read more

First time coming to CoCo Nails and I will definitely be back. Eric and Steve took good care of me. Will definitely return!

After recently moving to STL I've been jumping around looking for a nail place. Today I found a home in CoCo Nails after having a gel manicure and regular pedicure done. Originally my pedicure polish was not done quite right and Coco Nails offered to correct it ASAP, they were extremely understanding and the correction was perfect. They are a business that takes pride in their work. The staff is friendly and kind (I highly recommend Tina!!!) and the entire spa is extremely clean. I will definitely be returning! read more

I love my dip manicure! They had so many colors to choose from, and Angela took her time and did my nails beautifully. The salon is spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly! read more

Angela is my girl, she's gotten me together both times I've visited, took her time and did exactly as I asked. First time I went I took 5 young girls with me and each nail tech did an amazing job, this last time it was just myself and nails feet and eyebrows are on fleek lol read more

I heard about this place from someone on Facebook. It is pricey, and the menu is deceiving. I went for a gel fill and a pedicure. The fill was supposed to be $25, and the pedicure was $20. I never expected to leave paying $84 (that included a tip). Just a heads up that there will be additional charges, as it's extra to get them filed/cut down very minimally/shaped, as I always thought that was included in the fill. I also just got gel polish, which it's 2022, who charges $17 extra dollars for these 2 things on top of a fill. The menu should state this. Then my pedicure was $32, not $20. We were planning on going there for a girls day out, but not after this. They do well, but I just found that pricey for 2 basic services. read more

New nail spa in Maplewood. I've been there twice and received great service and the nail technicians are wonderful! They have plenty of nail stations and pedicure chairs. The atmosphere is like a quiet oasis. They offer massages if desired. Also, there is a private room for a group nail/pedicure party! Highly recommend and I will definitely make this my new spot! read more

I think I found my new go-to salon! Very clean and cute Salon. Tina did an amazing job on my gel pedicure and dip mani! Highly recommend

One of my favorite self care places. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. Very clean and plush nail salon. Also, close to home.

I regularly go to this salon but today I found out that my regular gal was on vacation and was given an another person for my mani/pedi. I have never seen him before so I asked if he was new and he said that he just started working there. I was sooooo disappointed with his service. He was very rough doing my pedicure and really didn't follow the usual procedure stated for my TROPICAL PEDICURE. He kept looking at his phone all the time and was texting while he was working on me. I just couldn't relax and certainly did not enjoy the experience. My manicure was a nightmare. He nipped my cuticles three times and caused bleeding which he ignored totally even when he went to polish my nails. After I paid and I did tip him, which I almost didn't do for obvious reasons, he didn't even say thank you. To say the least, it was not the relaxing experience that I was expecting to have today . read more

I went in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The technician that helped me did not ask what type of pedicure I wanted and took it upon herself to decide I would receive an express pedicure. Then, when it was time to do my nails. She clipped my nails crooked and never straightened them when she was filing. She was about to begin painting my nails and I asked her if she noticed my nails are crooked. She offered to fix them (along with her loud colleague sitting beside her) and began re-filing my right hand going over the same slant she added to my nails after stating my fingers were crooked, which is why my nails were crooked. I have gotten manicures for years and no one ever made my nails crooked because I had "crooked fingers." My fingers are not crooked. Something was off with the nail tech. and instead of her apologizing for the error she & her colleagues tried to gaslight and manipulate me. I didn't walk in with crooked nails or fingers, so I am not sure how I ended up with both before I walked out. The technician used cold water for both the pedicure and manicure. After I mentioned the water was cold during the pedicure, she warmed it up. I didn't even bother saying anything about it for the manicure because I could tell something was off with the technician when she decided what pedicure I was receiving and did not apologize for the cold water or not asking me which pedicure I wanted. My experience was not good and I will not return the this nail salon. read more
