They don't care about their customers well being just money hungry . I came across this post today.. I'm disgusted.. A young lady fell flat on her face onto the floor while getting her nails done. The staff literally did nothing. I ran to her side and was yelling call 911. Guess what nobody called 911, I did! She was unconscious for a few minutes. Once she woke up she said was a college student and had donated blood before coming in and was feeling light headed. They didn't even help her off the floor once she woke up. She sat on the floor for 5mins and they started back doing nails. I thought this was so distasteful for a business‼That was my first and last time there and I told her don't come back either ‼ I didn't like that AT ALL read more

This is my second time going and I'm actually really happy I wasn't serviced. None of the workers greeted or even acknowledged my presence. There is a strange vibe, although the first time I went there the workers seemed kind they are cold towards anyone that isn't them. Never not professional, just cold people that hold no warmth for outsiders. Which is a shame. 3.98 for cleanliness. 4.75 for labor/service done, 0.99 for atmosphere/energy 2 for pricing. All ratings are out of 5. When I did a survey and saw the "false thank you", all I could think was that sums up their business and people should know. read more

Premier Nails and Spa - A FALSE THANK YOU - Nail Technicians Near Me - Saint Louis, Missouri

Subject: Regarding a Recent Service Experience at Premier Nails and Spa Dear Premier Nails and Spa Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent visit with a friend. Upon arrival, we were promptly attended to; however, the quality and handling of our services did not meet expectations. Specifically, the excessive drilling during my nail service was concerning. Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the final bill, with an overcharge that was not appropriately justified. This led to a disagreement at the time of payment, causing further inconvenience. As a result of these issues, I am requesting a review of the charges and a potential refund for the unsatisfactory services. I hope to resolve this matter amicably and would appreciate your prompt attention to this complaint. Sincerely, Calaya read more

We were looking for a last minute shop, the night before Thanksgiving and they were open and willing to serve my mother and I. Premier Nails and Spa - Acrylic Fill-In with No-Chip polish - Nail Technicians Near Me - Saint Louis, Missouri

My experience here was horrible! It was my first time getting my nails done at this place. I went in for a fill. The nail tech was an older lady with glasses. When I asked for more color options, she was annoyed. She huffed the whole time she was doing my nails. Not only was she rude, but extremely rough! She cut my finger two times and didn't give much of an apology. I called after leaving and spoke with the manager. Who apologized, but said, what do you want me to do about it. She refused to give me the nail techs name when I asked. I then asked for the owners name, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I should have googled before going. I would have noticed the 3.8 star review. read more

Just came for the first time to get a Mani/Pedi done. I got my manicure done first, she was really gentle about the entire process. I got hot stones and wax and some sugar scrubs my feet feel amazing! Then she did my manicure and asked me if I wanted gel or dip and I said no and she was very excepting of that. Which I appreciate. I hate when I go to nail places and they try and try and try to upsell you. But she definitely did not do that. She got my nails done and then did a simple eyebrow wax. She got me in and out within about an hour. I will definitely be going back! read more

If I could rate them less than one star I really would. Rude from the beginning to the end of my service, so much so that I ended it abruptly. Under par for sanitation. Encore visit as promised made all the difference in my deciding to become a Premier regular. Today I arrived on time for my appointment with Mimi who was politely ready & waiting for me. I'd only scheduled a powder dip manicure but decided I wanted to get a pedi as well. Mimi gladly accommodated this request. My pedicure was lovely. Immediately moving on the finish my manicure; I was finished in a reasonable amount of time this visit. Mimi reminded me of the intial visit by apologizing for the length of time. She's a real gem and pays close attention to details. Mimi offered services like design & matte finish neither of which I've tried before however; I'm actually excited to try given how beautiful my hands turned out today. All is forgiven. I'll be back for my follow up services in a couple weeks. ~Christy read more

This has been the only place I have/will get my nails done in STL for the past 4 years while I've been in medical school. Even after tests and clinical rotations would keep me away for months at a time, they recognize me & ask for updates about my life - definitely feel that "personal" aspect here, especially since they seem to have a low turnover rate of employees. Priced just right, kind, and quick to repair mishaps (once I pulled a gel nail off about a week into my wear and they fixed for free without issue) Today, Nick (sp?) was so patient with me as I pulled out this colorful design I saw on The Bachelorette lol. He took his time to match up the colors, protect my nail, and to create the delicate lines. Per my request, we kept the nails shorter and swapped out 1-2 colors and they are exactly what I had hoped for! :) I graduate med school next week and find it harder to leave this nail salon than any other place in STL (even my school!) Will be a returning customer whenever I visit. read more

I came in about 1-2 hours before closing. I felt like my pedicure was rushed. I tried to point something out to the tech who smacked my hand away. My toes look like my 6 year niece did them. One of the worst nail experiences I've ever had. Went in for a fill and the lady said she couldn't match the color of my nails which is fine. So when she started to take them off and glue tips on, she informed me that my service would be close to $100. I told her that is way too expensive and asked to to remove the tips. She kept gluing them on and saying she would "take care of me". I asked for a specific price and she was very vague before settling on $60. At this point I felt everything was very scammy and wanted to leave. She cut down the tips but didn't remove them and didn't file them down. I warn anyone who goes here to be wary of overcharging! read more

Team! I found this place on Yelp - of all places! Lol! After trying to find parking at anther nail salon in the area, I decided to call it quits and venture here! Both establishments are located in busy areas! For what I needed, Premier Nails had nice service and did a solid job on my MANicure; reasonably priced and had a good environment! I had to wait a few minutes to be seated; so I would encourage making an appointment if you so choose. The strip mall that Premier Nails is in could prevent a parking challenge during "peak" times, however, I had no issue finding a place to park at this establishment. This is definitely not the best place I have been to get my cuticles tended to but it did they did a lovely job; I will definitely be back. Cheers, read more

Got there around 12:41. Got seated at 2:00after I told the staff I'm leaving. Service started at 2:11 because they had to yell at each other for a while in Vietnamese. Staff said the price for full set is $41. After she done I saw bubbles and asked to make it right. She roughly fixed it and said your price will be $49. I was like : ??????????? Finally left the place at 4:23. Got home find out sides or my nails have no top coat. And the shape! Let's all laugh now. Don't call me honey I will never come back I deserve better. read more

My first experience here was mediocre at best. The last time I got a manicure and pedicure and to be frank the job was just done sloppily. But this time I fell in love! Amy did such a good job on my nails. She took her time and was very patient with my indecisiveness around my color choice. The shop is particularly sanitary. You can tell they pay attention to detail. I will definitely be back! If I am being honest I would say yes the shop is a bit pricey, but like anything else you get what you pay for. My first experience is the only reason why I wouldn't give premier five stars. Consistency is key. I will be sure to make an update on my next trip! read more

Premier Nails and Spa - In love with my nails! Thanks Amy - Nail Technicians Near Me - Saint Louis, Missouri

This is an updated review. I got nail fungus due to a technician being rough on my nails going through my nail to my skin. She didn't even apologize and laughed when I screamed while still charging me $63. It was discovered by a different nail salon today which I'm updating my review I've chosen to do business with after the incident. Very painful and ugly. I will NEVER do business with them again! read more

The man who did my pedicure was quite impatient. I watched him be rude to a client before me and I figured it was because she was a child. Then he got to me and handled me in the same manner. The polish on my toes came off as he slid the pedicure sandals on me and he huffed and puffed because I asked him to fix HIS MISTAKE. I will NEVER be back. I have worked in customer service and even on bad days I exude kindness to my customers. read more

Relaxing environment and very friendly staff!!! Technician took her time and did a great job on my pedicure. Prices about average compared to other salons. Pedicures start at $25 and go up depending on service. Unfortunately have to update my review. Hadn't been here in a while but it used to be one of my favorite places!! Staff today were so unfriendly, seemed bothered to have customers. Received one of the most half-hearted pedicures I've ever had. Definitely not worth the $35 I spent. read more

My daughter and I visited Premier because there was no parking near the normal nail place we use in the CWE. The set up is nice, clean and looks top notch. My compliments stop there. My daughter and I were put in pedicure chairs right away. We sat for 15 minutes before someone started working on me. The tech finished my toes and no one had started on my daughter. I was taken up front for my mani and asked when someone was going to start my daughter's toes. "In just one minute" was the answer. My tech then *asked* me to wait a minute when a friend arrived so that she could do her friend's eyebrows. When she came back, I again asked about my daughter who had been sitting without being helped for 40 minutes. "in just one minute". After another five minutes, someone finally started helping my daughter. TWO HOURS later we were finally both finished. When I didn't tip, the tech would did my daughter's nails gave me a snotty "well thank you." While I sat there waiting for them to finish my daughter's nails, I also watched them treat an elderly woman with disdain. Premiere Nails has abysmal customer service and is over priced for the quality of their work. Customers beware!!! read more

I recently moved back to STL in search of a nail tech. I went to two different places prior to being referred to Mimi here. I have found my new home! Mimi is amazing. She takes her time and does a quality service. She also offers those cherries on top by offering designs for all occasions and designs for fun! Next time I'll for sure get one of her amazing designs. She gave me a flawless pedicure and an amazing dip powder manicure. She shaped my nails to the highest level of perfection and there is not one flaw on my hands or toes. I appreciate her taking the time to fix my jacked up nails. My nails were horrible from a salon that shall not be named. She did not once complain, give off body language of complaining or huff or puff. I really appreciate it considering the fact that I knew that my nails were going to be a tough fix because of what happened somewhere else. Mimi is the truth and I am one happy girl! Now let's get to the meat in the potatoes. The salon has a very chic look with the lighting and chandeliers. They put plastic liners in the tub's prior to doing a pedicure which is nice and very sanitary. The pedicure tub's have LED lights on the sides which is a nice touch of class. They have a very large selection of colors and that goes for gel or powder or traditional polish. They are fast and efficient based on my observation of watching clients come and go. Everyone in the salon was very patient which is nice, especially after witnessing someone get their toes painted and then request to completely change the color. Me personally, I wouldn't do that however that's none of my business I just commend the nail tech for not showing frustration in that situation because I wouldn't have handled it in the same way. There is a parking lot but because the salon is in a strip mall, the parking lot was a little full. That's expected on a Friday evening. I was able to park close to the door. There was plenty of parking available in the lot, just may not be right in front of the salon. They accept cash, credit or debit. Overall the place was extremely clean professional and the ambience was great! I will be returning! read more

So, I've been getting dip on my nails for quite a while now. Pretty much, as long as I've been in Texas (4 years). I've worn dip on short natural nails, long natural nails &, with tips. Home for the holiday weekend &, decided I'd go to Premier Nails & Spa to get my nails done. My fav Mimi wasn't there so, I opted to have Sam (the owner) do my nails. Well, Ms. Sam decides that she's going to refuse to put tips on my nails. Mind you, I tell her I want my nails the exact length they are now (about half an inch of tips have been added...IF THAT). What I won't do is argue with you about what I'm about to spend my money on. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
