Had a great service!! I had an express pedi and fill with gel. I loved the bright, cute atmosphere and the pedi chair was very comfortable. The polish was all organized on display with dip, gel and reg polish all together to quickly grab the matching set. I will be back again. read more

I absolutely love this place! Been here a couple times now and they always do such a great job. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. I appreciate that instead of a tv blaring random channels, they have serene music playing in the background and TVs with nature themed videos playing. The nail technicians always do such a wonderful job and take meticulous care. Will be back for sure! read more

I absolutely love this place. everything is perfect! The vibe is fabulous! super relaxing, clean. Talk about color galore!!! Three walls of nail color to choose from. The employees go above and beyond. I definitely have to give a shout out to Tina and the manager is super sweet. I've been here about 4 time and can't wait to come back, great customer service, beautiful nails, great service, what more can I ask for. My first time at this new nail salon. I had a great first time experience and the ambiance is lovely. It's a very big place and the staff is super nice and friendly. I love the spa atmosphere and the modern look. Also, the location next to Marshall's provides parking but also a lot of shopping temptation! A big plus for me is that they carry a huge selection of gel and powder colors all arranged on cute custom shelving. I go to an amazing nail tech named Julie. She's awesome! read more

This was my first time visiting this nail salon. It was beautiful and clean inside. All the staff were very friendly. Danny did a great job on my pedicure. I did the tropical pedicure with paraffin wax, adding gel polish. It made my feet very soft. The massage chairs were very relaxing. Will definitely be back! My regular spot was closed for their annual vacation. So I thought why not. I spent 3 hours in there for a manicure and pedicure. It normally takes half (1.5 hours) that time at my other spot. I felt the service was very impersonal, overpriced and I was just a number being pushed from one nail tech to another. This was not relaxing at all. BTW I had an appointment for the indicated services I needed. The tech who was in the middle of my deluxe pedicure kept leaving to serve another customer between my treatments. My hot towels got to be ice cold... I sat in the pedicure chair for 4 cycles of massages before my manicure was addressed. I saw others who arrived after me moving from the pedicure chair to manicure chair before me. The amount of money $$$ I spent. I should've been served better. This is not the spot for me. read more

I just moved up here earlier this year and had not went to any nail salons yet. I finally decided to and I went there today and it was the best pedicure I ever had! I got the deluxe with gel polish. They also got me in as soon as I came in which was definitely a plus. The tech was super nice and even asked to make sure she wasn't hurting me while doing the routine maintenance. I'm not a big salon girly, but I will definitely return! read more

This is my go to nail salon. The shop is huge and the technicians are very talented. Van and Lena are the only two nail techs, I've had so far and I love their efficiency and attention to detail. They are great at translating the look I have in my head onto my nails and they are quick doing it. I don't like when my nails look too thick and bulky and Lena is attentive and patient when honoring all of my nit-picky request and keeping my nails looking healthy and natural. The shop is huge and tidy and the techs have a good system of getting people in and out. read more

This place is nice and pretty but your nails won't be. such bad quality. I have them two chances and both times by different people it was terrible quality. all I wanted was French manicure and the lines are completely uneven and the coating is thick and uneven. I'm so upset that I wasted my time and money coming here read more

They can not do basic nails maybe for elderly women who don't care--they are horrible Lazy & liars. Tried to force me to gel nail after I repeatedly stated I don't wear gel they said they can't do French tips the natural way then lied about polish & said it can only be used on gel nails, knowing gel polish is only the Top Clear Coat (NOT THE POLOSH ITSELF) just because they didn't want to do it or wanted more money. Gel price states it's $17 w/pedi but their cash register charges $22 w/them hoping u don't notice. Their rude & said mean things about me because I paid attention to their lies. They finally gave me FM w/o gel but messed up my big toenail by scratching it up they said it was because my toenails were dry but I didn't come there w/the scratches on my nail! It was because of buffing them to aggressively-- she barely massage my feet. It felt like a kid massage my legs also, the bottom of my soles still had dead skin on them. They find nail techs from anywhere & put them to work w/o training.! Do Not Support scammers, rushers, liars or lazy techs I'm so upset read more

Fantastic environment: Spacious, inviting, bright, comfortable, clean!!!, sanitary!!!, and well ventilated! Staff is professional, friendly and excellent service providers-every time. They accept appointments and walk-ins, which is great for my variable schedule. Lots of color & style options because who doesn't like fashion, trends and tradition?! I'm sharing this review because I accidentally discovered while out shopping, took a random chance 5 months ago and would NEVER go back to 4 other horrible nail shops I'd been to that were dirty, smelly, unsanitary and unprofessional. Ladies, do NOT accept anything but great places, great staff and great nail services! read more

I just love this place. Bright, neat as a pin and clean. Tina is my favorite!! She always goes the extra step, gets just the right tool for my horrible feet, makes sure everything is just so before I leave! She has the happiest demeanor and despite being deaf, she does my nails perfectly every time. We've never had a communication difficulty! And this place is next door to Marshalls? Yes, please. read more

I'm so impressed. I went in for a last minute treat to myself and am sooooo happy I found this place! They're brand new, and the salon is beautifully decorated and calm. Nice little extras like stands for your feet on the pedicure chair and a color system that has the same color for gel, dip, AND normal polish which I've not seen before and appreciated. Also a great range of color choices without being too overwhelming. I got a dip manicure and pedicure. The dip is beautifully smooth and thin (not thick like other places). The basic pedicure was also great, no complaints at all and my nails are beautifully shaped and painted. Prices were very reasonable and comparable to other places nearby. My service was quick but did not feel rushed. I am really hoping my nails last because if so, this place checks all the boxes and then some. Edited to add my technician was Julie and she was extremely kind and customer-oriented. read more

The spa is beautiful, brand new, looks very clean. I have a huge concern that the instruments/tools used for my manicure weren't from a sterilized package. They were in a box in the drawer. She pulled them out and there was skin from a prior customer, she picked it off and then continued to use them on me. At the end she wiped them off with a towel and put them back in the box., placing them back in the drawer. This is not how a facility should be practicing. read more

Giving a 2 because the nail tech that did my toes was great. The nail tech who did my nails however not so great. Kept trying to talk me out of my design multiple times. Said French tip looks nicer. I didn't ask for French tip, it was my birthday i wanted a design. Kept trying to tell me my design was airbrushed when it was not. When i told him it wasn't and I've had my nails done similarly, he tried telling me some areas do more designs than others. Babe, if you don't know how to do the design then just say that or go ask a colleague for help?? Because what I got vs. what i wanted is not the same at all. When i tried speaking up saying I didn't like some things they didn't understand why. Also cut my finger with the non-mechanic buffer?? Not sure how that happens. Nails turned out very chunky and the shape was just ugly. $85 for some nails... very overpriced especially for a poor job & not what i asked for. read more

I went to this place twice. The first time was good. Good enough for me to go back a second time. The second time, however, was awful. The lady (short hair) who did my nails were super rude (it was 2 days before Christmas). I had an appointment for first thing when they opened, and was the only client there. So they weren't busy and she wasn't u set pressure, but this technician didn't not respond to anything I requested. she just looked at me. I even tried to just make a few Friendly comments about how busy this time of the year is etc. Crickets. I'm not a huge fan of small talk, so this kind of worked for me. All would've been fine, if she didn't say did "I really don't want to be here"., 3 times to me. It made me so uncomfortable, so I just kind of smiled and left it at that. I could see the way she was doing my nails, was going to be an issue, but gave her the benefit of the doubt. As soon as I left the salon and entered plain daylight, I could see all of the mistakes. I contemplated going back in immediately, but after 2 hours of sitting with this very unhappy individual, my nerves were frayed. By the Monday however, after two of my friends commented on the quality of my manicure, I had to go back. A very lovely gentleman said that he'll fix the mistakes for me. Mind you, I had dip on my nails. He promptly took the top layer off and unceremoniously, painted a new layer with gel over it. It looked TERRIBLE, as you can imagine! At this stage, I just resigned myself to the fact that I will not be coming back, I WILL write a Yelp review and I will have to pay to get this redone. I'm sure they are fine and a lot of people like them. For me, however, this was a very bad experience and a space where I dis Not feel comfortable voicing my disappointment. I am so thrilled to have found this salon! I happened to have a little time after work and discovered that they were open until 8pm on a Monday! Although I was a little apprehensive at first, having never been to this salon before, I started to feel better as soon as I walked in - the place is spacious, bright and comfortable, with tons of stations. They have an enormous selection of colors and finishes, all organized and easy to look through. I just needed a fill and a color change, but I was also hoping that they might be able to correct the coffin shape that I wasn't perfectly happy with from the last place that did them for me. Donna crushed it! She was quick, friendly, and checked in with me multiple times throughout to make sure I was getting what I wanted, and did an excellent job on the shape! Had the best manicure and pedicure. Very professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

One of the employees, a man who doesn't speak much English, is very fast with his work. Unfortunately, that means he burns and cuts your fingers in the process. I'm sure he's a very nice man, but he shouldn't be working on people without taking more care to not injure them. I always come home with burns from the tools he uses and cuts to my cuticles. read more
