I've been going here for years. They do good nails. I even tip good. But prices can go up without notice. Plus they tend to be rude & rush you out. My leg had went to sleep. They tried to hold my arm & move me. They couldn't just wait til circulation returned. Then my mom is slow because she needs knee replacement. They kept asking her what she was waiting on. Which kept telling them that she's waiting on me. I used restroom & went to get car. To pick mom up. They had plenty of chairs too. Plus it says walk in's welcome. But when I do a walk in. The lady gets rude. They make me wait til very last customer. When I make an appointment. I still have to wait. But I feel I tip very well. At least be nice to my mom & me. If I ask a question about price. Explain it without the attitude. I thought the customer was always right. I hate to change nail salons. I've been going here so long. But I guess I will find a new salon. Where people are nicer. read more

I'm literally sitting in my car outside of the salon very upset. To be honest, had my mother not given me a gift card I wouldn't have come her; due to a past experience. So I gave it a try and it reaffirmed why I'd quietly stopped coming here before. From the moment I came in the door I knew how I was going to be treated. This salon has a tendency to pick & chose who they like and whose money means the most. I've been there several times, but from the moment I came in they talked to me like I was an idiot! I got a full set and a pedi. From the time the young girl with the stripped shirt and Chanel belt came to start on my nails I was uncomfortable. She only talked to ask how long I wanted my nail. She didn't ask how I wanted them shaped or anything. She looked disappointed the entire time, didn't talked to me, but continuously talked to her co-workers in their language. As I sat there I just wanted to leave. However, I decided I'd stay with it. Hated my nails and when I asked her to round them she did like 3 quick lackluster files that didn't shape anything I went ahead and let them do my feet. At first the water was scolding hot. When I said something she turned it to completely cold. At the chair she polished my nails. Then she basically washed my feet and put polish on them. As i sat there I noticed my nail was nicked. But I didn't say anything bc I wanted to see if she'd notice and touch it up. Nope! She put the topcoat over nicked polish. After she'd finished she started walking off & said i could continue sitting at the pedicure bowl so my nails could air dry. I said no bc I felt really upset about the entire ordeal. She didn't help me out of the chair. So I was trying to get out with wet nails and toes. And in true fashion of unfortunate experiences the chair started rolling and I almost fell. She didn't even look back to offer any assistance. I gave her the gift card. I owed extra so I needed to get me credit card out of my wallet. She watched me struggle to get my card with wet nails. Lol! My nails were such a mess that when I got in the car I wiped them off with a napkin. Tomorrow I'll go to a real shop to get them shaped and done properly. Will never be back. I will never beg anyone to take my hard earned money. read more

I asked for a eyebrow waxing & she barely let me finish my sentence before waving me off and saying I'm busy. Great 1st impression!! read more

I went as a walk-in first time customer. Had a classic manicure and pedi. The process went fine no issues. However a couple days later when I was on vacation in Texas one of my toes began swelling and throbbing. I saw a local doctor and was prescribed Cephalexin for infection. She felt sure it was from the pedicure. Luckily it got better but surely won't be visiting Coco's again. read more

They literally scammed me. I asked for gel polish and they gave me acrylic nails ! Not only , I got 2 pedicures , one that's is 42$ and one reg. Great gel manicure. I went around 1:00 and there were not many people in there; but they only had 3-4 technicians. They had to turn walk-ins away and we're pretty constantly on the phone taking calls to make appointments. read more

I was in town visiting from D.C. and needed to get a couple of my nails fixed...so I decided to also treat my mom to a pedicure. I got to CoCo around 3:45 on a Sunday and they were moderately busy. I was walking to the main desk when a lady who was working...kinda yelled..."how may I help you?" Before I could get out what I needed she interrupted me and said "5 PM". I wasn't going to wait an hour and 15, so I said "okay...would you like my name or number?" and she rolled her eyes and said "Name?" I told her and just reiterated what I needed. And she waved me away, dismissively. It's sad because I LOVED going here several years ago and always had good experiences. As busy as D.C. is, I've never experienced such rudeness as I did here. read more

My family and some friends went today and had appointments for pedicures and 1 acrylic fill. The moment we sat down we all felt it was very rushed, like they wanted us out of there as soon as possible. Was not very relaxing at all. What looked to be the owner of the place was also the rudest one there, not a very good way to keep customers. They also failed to tell us that a male pedicure was $30 (more expensive than a regular one & also did not have it on their services sheet) because it was "more work." With as much as we spent there you'd expect great work, needless to say we will not be returning. read more

Thus is the best. Clean and they are awesome. Nancy has always did my husband's pedicures he says his feet feel so much better. I went there with my daughter to get our nails done for a mommy daughter day. I made an appointment and was there on time. It started very pleasant and A gentleman who I believed was a higher paying client came in with his wife and daughter. They were able to pick the staff that did their nails and it just so happened to be the person doing my nails. The staff left me waiting to get my nails finished and when someone finally came to finish them the wanted me to pick out a polish. When I was looking for the color I wanted the same gentleman said, "you should pick yellow." I said, "excuse me?" He said, " you should pick yellow, it matches your hair." And I look around and I see the staff at the salon laughing. I kept my composure due to my daughter being present. But I can say that that was one of the most embarrassing situations I have been in and I will not return to the salon due to the change in staff, the wait for someone to finish and the rudeness of the staff. read more

Meh - I've experienced better. Decided to try them as my regular nail salon was closed. Mani/pedi wasn't anything special plus they charge extra for every little thing (like treating for calluses). Wtf? Ended up being VERY expensive ($80+) for just an average job. I would not recommend. read more

I made a same day appointment... When I got there the owner couldn't find my appointment. She asked two girls if they had made any appointments that day. They lied and said no to cover their mistake. The owner says I must have called the wrong place and told me i could come back two hours later instead. I repeated their phone number back from my recent calls. It was their number. I went here and got my nails and toes done a fresh set and a reg pedicure. They said 52 and I paid 62. Wtf.

Don't recommend at all. I got acrylics, the lady didn't give me the right shape even though I kept trying to show her multiple times ( I had pictures ) she kept getting frustrated because I tried to point out that she made my nail (more than one but I only pointed out the one that looked horrible) and so instead of fixing it, she messed it up more. The worst part is, she glued my skin the acrylic! My fingers hurt now. And throughout my visit she was making phone calls and gossiping with her friend ( who pointed at me and started laughing ) super unprofessional. read more
