Purchased the premium full service wash & paid an extra $20 to have the floor mats washed. Not only were the mats not washed, the vacuum job was lousy. To their credit, it was redone & made right. What use is there having guys running around with "Quality Control" on the back of their shirts when you have this level of QC? This location is in our neighborhood and we were really excited to go here and even thought of doing a membership plan with them SO we gave it a go. We were given a 2 hour quote on a FULL DETAIL and we came back to pick up our vehicle 3 hours later to find they still had 4 cars ahead before they could even start ours. Tyler the GM was rude and pointed out all the cars he had to do and commented on how our car detail takes up to 3 hrs.. which had already gone by. We would have been ok with waiting longer but the customer service we received was terrible and we were treated as if our business wasn't valued. Tyler said, "well I can give you your keys and money and you can leave" no apologies, only a shrug & "alright have a nice day" when I said he had horrible customer service. Dear Anthony, ("Manager" of this particular Cobblestone. ) You are terrible trying to perform your $13/hour job. If I could give negative stars I would for the disservice I received. I came in for a quick wash with my fastpass. I do not have my sticker placed on my windshield for a few reasons. 1) the first one left nasty residue that will not come off 2) I will not advertise for Cobblestone or any other company, as you could see I have no stickers on my vehicle. 3) I will not allow someone to reach inside my vehicle to insert it. 4)You threatened to cancel my plan if I didn't. You told me you didn't care about any of the above stated reasons, I am paying YOU for a service. You are not paying for my vehicle nor my washes, you do not get to choose what I do and do not do to my vehicle. I opted not to have my vehicle cleaned here at all even after the fiasco that Anthony caused. Which cause my little sister to cry thank you. The fact that you have to place plastic TAPE on my vehicle in order for your machine to not damage it causes great concern for many friends and family. I will not be returning to this location ever again. My business will go anywhere but Cobblestone. Karma will be your best angry little friend when it swings back around. read more

It does not matter if you pay for the $40 car wash or the $15 car wash, your car will still not be cleaned. Very disappointed this was my first time here and also my last. They barely even wipe down the inside of my car rearview mirror not wipe down inside - not wipe down. They didn't even touch or vacuum out my back. And I have been getting chargers 21 per month since last time I went into the office to complain about this and now again getting charged this after I already went into management and "corporate" which I didn't even fix this. For many years I used to be a Cobblestone faithful. I always let the same guy know in advance to ensure they did a quality wash and vacuum. Needless to say, a good tip in advance ensured a good job. Many times he would take the initiative of either having it vacuumed or washed twice. He was the only reason I was satisfied with the outcome. Once he left, the lousy quality was evident, not even because I tipped the vacuum guy in advance. They are more concerned about quantity vs. quality. I've seen cars come out with tons of bugs on the bumber and grill after being washed. I go back about once a year with the hope that it will improve, but... it never happens. I am totally disgusted with the service that I receive and does not warrant keeping my accounts. I use dash cams with suction cups to my windshield. On several occasions I have to point out that they have not been cleaned. What do the people in the RED shirts (Quality Control) do? Today I came in with my Yukon and turned all of the floor mats over so it would be vacuumed under & on the mats. When they called my name I went to the vehicle and the mat in the cargo area was not touched or vacuumed under the mat. Also was the same for the left rear passenger. The RED shirt asked if I would like to have it resolved. I stated no and left. I worked in car wash when I was in high school in the 60's and was taught how to properly vacuum, clean white wall tires, wash, clean windows and dry the exterior. It was instilled in me that if the car was not vacuumed properly and the windows not spotless, the the customers expectation was the rest of the car was not properly cleaned. You might take a better look of how your people do their jobs to keep the customer happy! Based on the number of cars that I see during my visits, I think a little more time could be well spent! read more

I went to this location on Monday 3/6 to get my car washed. After leaving the car wash I went to the store. When I opened the back hatch of the car I noticed that they forgot to vacuum that area and wipe it down. There were a few other things that were not right compared to when I usually get my car done so I decided to call the manager of the car wash to let him know what happened. I spoke to Billy. He listened and apologized. He asked me to bring it back so he could make it right. I returned to the car wash and Billy assured me he would take care of it himself. And he did. Billy went over and above to make it right. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. He was professional, polite, hard working and saw to it that my car was perfect. Updating my previous review after being in touch with Dominique and Tyler of the management team. After receiving my review they contacted me to say that they had found my water bottle and were apologetic as to the issues I faced. I was able to pick up my water bottle today and am considering the possibility of returning for future detailing. Yes people are humans and make mistakes but my only hope is that in the future a little more timely reply to customer concerns would warrant better service to issues. Absolutely amazing! My mom decided to come by for a quick in n out wash before going home after grabbing some McDonald's. We had left a bag of food in the car thinking they wouldn't throw it away since it was pretty heavy. After our car was finished and drove off we realized our food was gone! We were hesitant going back because it was most likely thrown out, but we still went just in case. We had told one of the a couple of employees about it and they said they would check. And employee came right back with our food! They had thrown it in the trash but for our luck it was just wrappers. We were in shock as our food was fine. They definitely give their most while working, they could have easily told us that it was mostly gone, but no they literally went into the trash bins just to get our food‼We absolutely thank these awesome people 100000/10 read more

We went to get a car wash (we have a membership) and the attendant scanned the tag and immediately hit us with snarky comments about the car being dirty (it's been raining) the other attendant gave zero instructions while we were approaching the car wash itself, we were not aided in aligning the car in the slightest and had to rely on the side cameras to make sure we were lined up correctly. the wash itself left a lot to be desired and a lot of smudges and bugs were not washed off. to pay for a membership and be met with rude employees and a poor wash is extremely disappointing. and i forgot to add that the vacuums kept breaking while we tried to use them read more

The car wash, even though I upgraded & got the most expensive car wash was not awesome & definitely was not up to par for the amount of money I spent. The drying job wasn't great. DONT GO!!!!! They tell you you can can cancel your membership at ANY time, however, what they don't tell you is that they charge you yet AGAIN another 37.00 ( a "convenience fee) to cancel it. Super Star Car Wash is not only BETTER, but membership is only 24.95. The towels are cleaner. I got the tip from an owner that provides black limo service. Been going to Cobblestone for 11+ years for my regular oil changes. Have always had great service until today. After my oil change (great service from this crew) I drove my car through the car wash and at the end my car stopped moving. I wasn't sure why but figured it was stopped because I was at the very end in the drying section then the car behind me (no driver inside) HIT THE BACK OF MY CAR. I immediately put my car in gear, drove out of the wash and pulled over to let a staff member know what had happened. The staff member told me the car wash does not stop cars and it was probably the "jerk" of the car wash I felt and not a hit from the car. I showed him the damage on my bumper and he told me I must have put my foot on my brakes then he said, "You know we have cameras and we can check and see that you were at fault." I was relived that they had cameras and asked him to please watch the footage so he could ensure the issue in the wash was fixed so this would not happen to anyone else. The wash employee got his manager, they looked at the other car (BY THE WAY THE EMPLOYEES NEVER TOLD THE OWNERS OF THE OTHER CAR THAT THEIR CAR WAS INVOLVED IN A MINOR ACCIDENT IN THE WASH - HUGE CONCERN!!) The wash employee came back over and said, "There is no damage on the other car and this NEVER happens so it was most likely your fault. The video will show this." I was nice to the staff, concerned about what had happened so I kindly asked the employee to please go get the manager so I could speak with them. After waiting for 10 minutes the manager (Dustin) came out and said he watched the video and he could not see how this had happened and asked me multiple times if I hit my brakes. I said I did not hit my brakes until after my car was hit-- the only reason I put the brake on was to put my car in gear to drive out of the wash. I showed Dustin the back of my car (a small indent on a plastic bumper - not a huge deal BUT the way the staff handled this situation and treated a 11+ year customer was CONCERNING). Dustin said he could buff out the indent - I asked if we could fill out an incident report. Dustin said, "Why? There was no damage to the other car." I explained there was damage to mine and I just wanted this documented for upper management so they could look into the wash and make sure there was not any malfunctions and ensure this does not happen to another customer. After a few minutes of Dustin buffing my car he could not get the "small scratch (his words)" out. I asked him to fill out an incident report again-- he said, "Come on, I am not sure what you want. Why don't you come back on Friday when our shipment comes in and I will use some new stuff to get this off your bumper." I stated again for the third time, "no thank you, I would like to fill out an incident report." Dustin asked me to park in front of the store. I moved my car and went inside the store. I stood around for about 10 minutes waiting for Dustin then asked the two clerks at the register if they could go get him and told them what had happened. They ladies at the register were so kind. A younger female came out and asked me how she could help me. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she was another manager. I asked her for my incident report. She told me Dustin was filling one out and that this took some time to complete. After 15+ minutes, Dustin came out with an incident report that said, "Express customer did not exit the car wash causing the vehicle behind to hit the rear end. Not sure how that one-liner took him a whole 15 minutes to write....I filled out the rest of the report - my name, information, vehicle information, etc. Then Dustin showed me the video of my car on his phone. The inside of the wash has a ton of flashing lights reflecting off of the cars then you see the car behind mine hit me and my brake lights come one and I pull right out. Dustin said-- see you put your brakes on. I asked the female manager for the owners contact information - she told me they do not share contact information. I was confused. I asked for the owners business card - the female mangers said they do not have one. Then after the nice clerk at the register explained to the manger I was looking for the owners contact she gave me a corporate number. Dustin came out with a copy of the incident report where he checked COBBLESTONE AUTO SPA DENIES RESPONSIBILITY under the decision/resolution section. Not sure how this decision was made without a proper investigation from upper management. BTW: The corporate number goes to an answering service where no one picks up. I left a detailed message and have not received a call back. Things happen - systems malfunction - people make errors - these are all understandable. BUT PEOPLE WILL NEVER FORGET HOW YOU TREATED THEM. Shame on Cobblestone for trying to NOT document incidents. EVERY incident should be documented. read more

Cobblestone did a terrible job vacuuming in the front of my car and the front bumper still had dead bugs on it and it wasn't cleaned. They were very responsive and corrected the issue but I would expect this done since I paid them for a quality cleaning which cost more than $30. read more

They were so busy they parked vehicles partially blocking the tunnel exit, and expected the express customer to circumvent the obstacles. With one of their employees extorting me on I went forward and bumped a truck. The manager admitted the truck was blocking the exit, and he had told them to stop the line, but I was totally at fault. I should have stopped and make them move the truck, or ask one of their employees to drive my car. They offered no recompense. They clearly have a site management problem from a customer viewpoint. Very disappointed. Reply from business manager said they would make it right if I gave them another chance. HOW? read more

I have been trying to cancel my account, January 19th, I have been working with a customer service Rep by the name of Ethan Richard, I have given him the number on the cobblestone sticker to one of my cars and the last 5 of my debit card to cancel my account on both of my cars. I have sent this to him several times and he continues to ask the same questions. I really just wanted to move my service to a new car since I sold my other two cars but after going back and forth with Ethan I no longer want to be a part of Cobblestone. Such a pain to cancel my service or move my service if I would have known I would have never signed up. I was pleased with the pricing. We are here on vacation and in California our local car wash list a price but then up charges me because we have a SUV. This locations price is what you see, which was reasonable in my opinion. The staff were friendly and professional. However the wash was just okay, their was so bird droppings that the wash didn't get off and the guy who does the interior didn't do anything about it. They said i needed to get a detail done, but when i got back to the house i was very easily able to wipe it off with a rag. Good wash but couldn't have been better read more

They need to upgrade their track to be the conveyor belt (like they have at their other locations) so low profile vehicles can use their car wash. The attendant was nice and helped us exit the line. We had to go in for a refund and the staff inside could do better. read more

Do not waste your time or money here. I paid $200 for "biohazard detail" (vomit) and when I went to pick up the car it still had vomit on the seat and carpet. The hot head manger was rude and said come back Friday to speak with the GM. They refused to complete or redo the job due to them closing in 20 minutes. Windows were not clean, windshield not clean, exterior not clean and everything else sticky. They also had the nerve to mess with my XM radio.
