I've had terrible experiences here in the past but it's been years. I took my truck in today and paid for the ultimate. I don't know where to even start. Windows are smeared, didn't dust the interior, got the driver's seat wet, forgot the scent and left wet and dirty foot prints on my carpet and still dirty running boards. Worst of all, it's not clean. I still have bugs on the front chrome, grill and headlamps. A complete waste of money. Hey, I gave them another chance and they are still terrible. Don't go here for anything except Dunkin Donuts. read more

My girlfriend and I love the fast pass. We have it on two of our vehicles and use our all the time. Obviously if you only bring a car in once, some areas will be missed. But bring it in constantly abs it comes or great. read more

I prefer the ultimate package. Not the basic or the high priced value but they do a great job on keeping my ride on fleek.

We were told the wait for a detail would take two hours- and it ended up taking a little over three. I understand the enployee probably didn't want to lose business so he told us less time, but you need to be honest with your customers. Very disappointed. I recommend going somewhere else. read more

Got a full service car wash for the first time because I had a coupon and we have family coming in from out of town and we'll be driving a lot. I got their biggest package, ultimate plus, and expected my car spotless. First, there is no direction when you get there. As my first time they should ask if it's your first time so they can tell you what to do and what to expect. Nobody told us anything. Second, we were outside on the patio waiting the whole time. Never once did I hear my name called, until I suddenly see my car sitting to the side. I ask and it turns out to have been done for over 10 minutes. They need to make an effort to notify the owner. Some people were waiting inside and they'd never know. The guy also seemed irritated when we approached him to see if our car was done. Third, there was still dust inside and they did not throw out trash. Our car is only 4 months old so it wasn't bad inside, and I have a trashcan in the car. The trash was still in it. Fourth, the outside wasn't spotless. My side mirrors had water spots which I didn't notice until I was driving, and there was some dirt left on the outside. This wouldn't bother me if I had done the regular express car wash, but when I pay for full service I expect that to be taken care of. Overall the car looks decent but I could have easily accomplished the same with a $12 car wash and the free vacuums instead of a $33 full service. I won't be going back until their customer service improves and I actually get what I pay for. read more

I needed to get the mud off my truck after the storm. Mud inside and out. Stopped going here 3 yrs ago because of horrible attitudes and service. Had no choice. What a nice surprise! We have been here several times. We like the oil changes and it's convenient to have a car wash there too. However, we have never been satisfied with the car wash. We even went back once to have them finish cleaning. This time we told them ahead of time that we wanted the dashboard wiped down and everytging. No problem he said. Needless to say, we will not be back. I'm done giving them chances. Crumbs still on the dashboard, shoe print on the dash, doors not wiped down. I could have done a better job and saved the money. This place is not recommended. I'm going to TNT!! Cobblestone car wash sucks!!!!!! read more

Rating based on store and gas service only, not the car wash. Friendly welcomes from staff when I come in the door. They have been better at asking me if I want a receipt instead of assuming I don't want it (I understand this might be due to the majority not asking for or wanting a receipt). I have a pass here and was excited to have my car cleaned. I usually do it myself because I like to do a good job. In a busy mom of 4 and it was too hot out. I brought my car in. I was sold on the diamond wash which was the one below with "DETAILED $165 wash". They said the would wiped down interior, vacuum, outside detail, tires, windows, clean the seats for an extra $15. I said no thank you to the $165 wash and took the diamond plus the seats. I sat by where they call over the intercom when your car is finished. After being there almost two hours I went up and asked how much longer. They checked and said oh it's been ready and is out there. I said you didn't call my name... she said it must have been missed. Frustrated about that I went out to see my hopefully clean car. Well obviously I was disappointed that they didn't get that right either. I am giving this two stars because the manager admitted it was a terrible job and gave me a $15 refund on my $60 detail. I was told they would fix it. When I got back to my car 10 minutes later most of it was still the same. I left frustrated because they are incompetent to even fix issues plus red out to them. I think the pictures speak for themselves. I understand that they try to push a lot of cars through and they're busy and hot. They shouldn't say they're going to do something and then not do it. read more

Thank you Tyler and lulu my car looks great you guys have the Best customer service..

WOW! They've lost my business forever!! I go there about every month or so to get my Camaro SS handwashed / dried only (as I have done for years). NO vaccuming, nothing else. The last time I was there it was $26.99 for a handwash and towel dry. I was just there ten minutes ago and I explained as usual that I only wanted the exterior handwashed and towel dried. Nothing else....that's IT! They wanted to charge me $49.99 for that. Takes 10 minutes. Are you KIDDING ME?!?!? That is flat out THIEVERY! It's not about the money....I can afford it, believe me....but I'll be damned if I'll let someone take advantage of me like that. I'll just do it myself (if I have time), or pay the neighbor kid 10 bucks! I'll NEVER go back there, uh uh.....NOPE! P.S. They don't even do that great of a job....there's always spots they miss!!!! read more

I have been a cobblestone customer since I moved to Arizona last June. I never had a bad experience here until 11/14/2014. I used one of the "Free Wash" coupons from the book my wife bought me for my birthday... My truck got damaged in the wash. I mentioned this in a previous review, but it's now in the "not recommended" section of yelp for some reason. Needless to say, I loved this place until they handled this situation so poorly. Sorry Yelp if my last review seemed unfair... I was, and still am, very upset over this whole situation. This review needs to stay up here so people can see how badly some of their customers are treated. read more

Been here twice now. The first time I brought my mini van.. Picture the most disgusting car. I have two little kids who make fantastic messes! Not only did they give me a great deal, they paid more attention to detail when cleaning than I would have!! Every crevice of the place was like new! I was amazed! So.. I brought it back again. But then I also brought my husbands car too. I thought for sure the service would be worse than the second time, but it was even better!!! The hardware under my seats is even clean! My husbands car didn't even look this good when we got it! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this place! They pay attention to every car they see, making sure you are getting the best possible service for your money. They don't scam you, they don't try to sell you more than you need.. They are just there to provide outstanding customer service and produce cars that look like new! Cobblestone for the win! read more

While visiting Surprise I stopped by for a Car Wash. I had heard it was a great place to go. And then.... When I got in my car I noticed a few things were left UNdone. I opened the back gate to have them vaccum it.. not done! My back seat had one one of the seats bent forward (its a 3 row seater) so when I figured, I can do this, no big deal! I found that they had not cleaned the seats.. or vaccumed the floor in back (it's a new car, no ones been in there) The rims of the car were wet and spotted, the bottoms of ALL the doors were dripping wet and not wiped clean. My dash wasn't wiped. The driver side was not vacuumed. When I said something to my cousin (who I was visiting) SHE said, well you "have" to tell them!, and go around and check it before you leave.. Stupid stupid me, I thought they would just DO a good job without having them to give directions... DUHHH! read more

I keep coming back here but I don't know why. I guess because it is close to home. But I am never truly satisfied. We just took my brand new 2016 Traverse on a 2400 mile road trip. I wanted it vacuumed good and the front grill cleaned good. When I went out to look at it, the guy did not even walk over to it and ask me if it looked o.k. so no tip... if you can't take the time to ask me if I am happy. Then I stood out in the heat with my own towel for 10 minutes wiping left over bugs and door jams. Not one person came over to ask me if they could wipe something down for me. So mad and hot, gonna go home and fix it myself read more

My husband and I both get our cars washed and detailed here... wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Zachary is extremely personable and always gives us excellent service. So disappointed today. I've been coming here for years for car washes and oil changes. Typically they do a decent job. Today I went in for an oil change. I declined the car wash since I just got my car washed a few days ago. My husband and I sat down and waited and after a bit we thought we should check to see if they were done. We went over to the oil change area and saw my car was parked off to the side with the hazard lights blinking. We asked the associate who helped us if it was ready. He said yes, but he was unsure how we could get our car out. It was trapped back in the mechanic area. The only way out would be through the car wash or through the hand wash area where a car was parked. I asked if we could just exit through the car wash (my car didn't need it but it was the fastest way out). He said only if I wanted to pay for a car wash. Really? You parked our car off to the side and are making us wait unnecessarily because our car is trapped in and you're going to charge us to drive through the car wash to get out? It's not our fault that you have a bad set up! So are we supposed to stand around all day until the car move out of the hand wash area so we can drive through? So he radioed someone and had them move the car so we could drive through the hand wash area. God forbid you give a paying customer a free car wash which I swear I saw signs that it comes with an oil change anyway. I do not appreciate that attitude. You should take care of your customers. Who knows how long we would have sat and waited for our car if we hadn't gone looking for it. This treatment means I won't be back. Not good customer service. Today's visit was one star, I have two stars because they've been adequate in the past. read more

The worst car wash ever! I knew the $3.00 advertised price was too good to be true, but assumed that price applied if you filled up with gas. What it really means is for $3.00 you get a "quick rinse". The actual price for a basic car wash is $6.99, more than double the $3.00. For that you get a lousy car wash and indifferent service from attendants who clearly hate their jobs. I had to go over the car later to get all the dirt that was missed, including the doors, rear gate, and clumps of dirt in the wheel spokes. read more

i believe in giving a second chance, sorry to say I am very displeased. I paid for "THE WORKS", my windows both times were left with my grandchild's fingerprints, the running board inside the car was not cleaned, the front bumper still had mud! The console was dirty, as well as the dash. I came home, cleaned the Windows, the bumper, the dash and vacuumed the inside, $23.99 twice and I still need to clean my car, doesn't save time or money if it has to be done twice in one day. Will never ever go back!!! read more

So I got an easy-pass for the speedy (cheap) car wash. It's 15.99 a month for unlimited washes and free vacuum. They have a dunkin donuts inside, so you can get fat (or in my case fatter) while you wait. Amanda Brooks read more

I have been coming here because they do the best hand washes. This is the only place where I have seen them clean out the wheel wells and try the best to dry the area under my roof rack. Those little extra spots they clean standout for me, but what made me give them a 5 star was the honesty, transparency and integrity of the workers here. One of the guys broke my wiper and the manager informed me right away and got things fixed. To me that's important and they will continue receiving my business. Just wish they had locations in CA. read more

About 2 months ago, I contacted the corporate office about the poor customer service, was treated terribly by the carwash supervisor and verbally attacked by the windshield lady after I said I was not interest in windshield repair. Was told by the very nice lady at the corporate office that they would address the incident and I would receive a follow up email. I have never heard a word from anyone! Giving them a 2nd chance, my husband took his truck there, paid over $30 for a carwash and is right now in the driveway redoing the inside of the truck. He is so upset! I'm afraid to call to talk with someone about the subpar work because they do not seem to care. Very disappointing. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I paid for a clay bar buff & shine and an interior detail. I sat there for 8 hours while they "worked on my truck". When I got it back the inside looked okay except for a bunch of soap stains they'd left on a few seats. They even put up my back seat to try to hide it from me. Worst of all, they didn't buff out a single scratch. It looked like they did, but once my truck got dusty the next day, you could clearly see all the scratches still. I will never ever use a Cobblestone again. Do yourself a favor & do the same too! read more

The guys at the Lube shop are very rude. I spent a half hour arguing with them because they didn't want to do an Uber inspection on my car. Once I talked them into it, it took them less than a minute to do. I'll never be bringing my car here again. read more

After paying $30.00 + tip for the Ultimate i had to go to the new car wash place and finish what they missed. First I'll admit it was my mistake for not doing a walk-around prior to giving the attendant my ticket and tip. I drove off and went to Sprouts. That was when I realized they did a half-ass job. The dash was still dusty and the seats and floor boards were barely touched (vacuum). My wheels were still dirty and my tires barely had tire shine. For $30 I expect a little TLC. The only pro is that my car's exterior was clean and shiny (for the most part). After this experience I will not return to Cobblestone. If you want it done right, you have to do it yourself. So, if you are an avid Yelp user and rely on user reviews, heed my advise and reconsider. This place has 2.5 stars and now I see why. My review of this place is true and honest; I would not give a business a negative review unless it is deserving. read more

I work at a very large apartment community that currently is undergoing remodeling throughout the community. One area is the pool fencing, the rod iron fencing needing moving. This required updating on painting. Well I had my vehicle parked in this area not knowing they were going to be spraying with grey primer. This contract company did not bother to cover any vehicles and I ended up with over spray all over my white Camry. I took my car to Cobblestone as I always do for a car wash. Drew who is the service writer I always go to took great care of my car. He suggested a clay bar removal of the contaminants that my car suffered during the spraying of the rod iron fencing. I left my car for about 2 hours and they did a marvelous job. I'm so happy they took care of all the grey spots. I wouldn't take my car any where else. Cobblestone in surprise does the best job. Thank you Drew!!! read more

I purchased a fast pass from Cobblestone and kept it for the 6 months I was in Arizona. Their customer service is fantastic. Their workers are friendly and polite, even when they are busy. The quality of the wash is very good. I've even used their quick lube just because of the convenience. I took my work truck in for a detail. I dropped it off at 7:30 AM was told it would be done by 5:00PM. When I returned to pick up my vehicle it not only was not done but there were 3 employees working feverishly on it. So I get it back at 7:00PM. Then I notice the seats are soaking wet and all of the windows had streaks. I went to get one of the employees to correct the mistakes and they were gone. I guess I will go back tomorrow and see if I can get these issues resolved. This is what you get for $310.00 at Cobblestone. read more
