Somewhat disappointed, I have never paid $100 for a car wash before, so my expectations were high I guess. I was waiting for over an hour to have the car completed, I was told i would be notified. (I never was). I went to the counter to ask when it will be done. (As i saw it parked) they just go outside and see the attendant. I did, he went and got the key. As i was about to dive off I noticed there was a streak on my window and the passenger. He explained that it was probably the oil from the window motor, ok, he then wiped it off. Satisfied I drove off. As I'm driving down the road I noticed the windshield is only partly cleaned. I wish I could upload the pictures I took, I wantedto go back and complain, but my wife said let it go, as it may lead to an argument. And she was probably right, I was pretty pissed. At this time i'm looking at all the windows, and all of them look as though they just did a light wiping. I woulkd think for the amount of money i spent the windows would be a high priority. I guess my expectations were high. (redundant, I know) My tires were shiny though(which I could care less about). PS this was not a hand car wash by the way. I honestly would rate them 0 stars . I have a brand new 13 accord with 8 thousand miles on it . Brought it to this wash and as they called my name to get my car I inspected it and there was a 6 inch scratch mark on my lower right bumper . Probably from there stupid car wash machine malfunctioning. I told the guy what the hell is that scratch and he denied that the machine did it I was like are u serious . And he goes it's from going over a curb in the parking lot . Last time I check going over a curb would leave scratches on the bottom not on the side of a damn bumper which was one single straight lined scratch not multiple . Anyways I'm never going back here again. Worst customer service ever . Don't recommend this wash to anyone . Messed up my 32 thousand dollar car that isn't even paid off yet. read more

I've been here many times and never had a bad experience. Last visit my car had a windshield chip that I hadn't noticed. They asked who my insurance was with and since I am with Stare Farm they told me they could repair it at no charge to me. Quick easy and now no cracked windshield. I'm sure as many cars as are turned out in a day there are going to be some mistakes, but hey if you're cheap and get the 4.99 special and don't tip what the hell do you expect? Just run your car through a regular station car wash and quit holding up the line for those of us that understand you get what you pay for! read more

I have gone too many car washes and I paid for a supreme wash and the quality was very very poor. There was still a still a lot of marks inside or the car not wiped down. The cup holders were still dirty. My Windows still dirty especially the windshield. Considered doing the unlimited wash but now seeing the shitty job they did I will definitely not be doing that. I didn't get air freshener even though I was asked what sent I wanted. I have gone to the Scottsdale location and paid for the same package and they did a fantastic job. read more

I originally set out to give this a 1 star rating, however, everyone deserves a second chance!!! T.J. did a wonderful job taking care of my car and going above and beyond his job to make sure that I was happy and that my car was washed and that the inside was done correctly, this time!! Thank you for a great job, we will be back! read more

Tunnel is broken every time we come. Car was brought in for detail. It was as dirty as it was when we brought it in. Sides of seats were not vacuumed and spots on windows. When I addressed the issue to "Tyler" who acts like some punk prison kid, he's unprofessional. Everyone else is working he's in a office directing orders and it took 15 minutes to get him out of his office. All I got was I can wait and have it done again and he shrugged his shoulders at me and walked off. Won't be back or refer this hole to anyone. read more

Sorry I just can't recommend this place at all. I actually make a trip and take my car out to a place in Peoria off Lake Pleasant and Deer Valley. This place has poor customer service and just can't take "no" for an answer. And after the hassle and haggle and still "no I don't want your ppl touching my tiny chip in my windshield" they do a crap job on the wash. In addition they refuse to take my car through the wash and force me to pay extra for a handwash. Come on its a stock Camry. Its not "too low". My car is fine going through any other auto spa. read more

Cobblestone on bell sucks they have damaged a couple of company trucks and tried to compensate with free washes. a friend went here and they didnt even wash it right there was mud caked in the bed of truck read more

Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. The front end manager has a horrible demeanor . She will suck the life right out of your morning by overcharging you. Every time we use this location the work is shotty and we have to have the car go through the line again read more

DO NOT pre pay for any detailing services here! It's a scam. I spent $170 on a prepaid interior & exterior detailing service at Cobblestone (no expiration date) & now management will not honor it. Now there is a time limit and mine "just expired". Apparently they are in financial difficulties and have just filed bankruptcy & closed 3 of their stores. Stay away. This place is going DOWN too! read more

We came from wash state so our car was very filthy . The checkin guy discounted the super wash , that was nice and the rest of the service people were nice and friendly. We were there mid morning and they were busy so it took a little longer than expected but the waiting area was nice the outdoors and the inside they have good food and free wi-fi. This was the second time we were here and both times they made our car and my F-350 look new.I would recommend them to all. read more

Here's a place that cares about my satisfaction. I wasn't pleased with the first attempt at cleaning my carpet, mats and seats, but after I let them know that I was dissatisfied with the quality, they were more than willing to fix it. I always come here and ALWAYS leave happy. Thanks to Drew and the guys, I'll continue to come back. Thanks Drew, for making my experience great! read more

I really don't think they care about their reviews and or customers in their face. I quit coming here because I got a good size scratch on the hood of my lifted truck. I was told that if my truck wasn't so tall it wouldn't have happened... REALLY? I asked why they would take it through the automated system if they knew it was too big and that they could have charged me more for a hand wash. Manager's response "I didn't think of it" and then just walked away. Ok Then... read more

Always do a great job. A little pricey but a car wash every 6 weeks it isn't that bad.

I try to give these guys a chance time and time again and they just can't get it right. To pay $24.99 for a car wash and it still looks dirty really sucks! When you try to point out spots that were missed or comment on anything they all give you an attitude! Next time I'll drive a little further and go to TNT Car Wash or just use the $3 Car Wash. read more

A piss poor ran car wash, they take forever and don't do a good job. Over priced and overrated. Don't waste your time here. Took over an hour to get my truck washed and they had it sitting in the back for 20 minutes cause my antenna wouldn't come off and no one bothered to call til after 20 minutes. People that weren't even here when I got here have already got there car washed and gone. Will not come back even if the car washes were free. read more

The wash was ok. Car was almost clean. 20 bucks to get a dirty car back dirty. Super high pressure sales tactics. I went twice will never go back. I just want a wash. I don't need a new windshield, oil change or tune up. If you say no you don't have time. They try to sell you coupon books for later use. Only chill thing about their place is dunkin doughnuts in the place. read more

Closest gas station to walk to. Very clean. Not well lit up at night though. I think the attendant is in love with himself. Albeit he is friendly and helpful. read more

I've been going to Cobblestone for 5+ years & only have positive things to say about this car wash. I always receive exceptional customer service, friendly staff and my truck always looks like new when I leave...I highly recommend going here! read more

What a great car wash staff you have there. Primo and Columbo amazing at what they do. I would give more stars if you didn't have such a cocky supervisor working in that area. From what I hear he is recently promoted. I guess he will have to be put in place by a nice "sun city" resident and maybe change his tone. Other than that great staff you have running the place. Kudos also to Constance and her staff as well. Helping as much as they do. read more

I frequently take my car here, service is friendly and prompt. I have been happy with the washes and interior cleaning each time. Some little details aren't done but overall a good job read more

Got a detail last week on my Scion xB. The hood was in seriously horrid condition and they buffed it and made it look SOOO much better! My car looks so nice! These guys are awesome, my family only goes here to get our cars detailed. read more

Went by and thought I would treat my car to a nice bath and shine. I was upsold to the wax job and spent around $70 and was told it was a hand wax and not the quick detail spray. I enjoyed the lounge area while waiting then decided to take a peak to see if my car was done. I see my car on the far side being spray waxed. I am the type of customer who will not complain and just never come back. I felt ripped off paying so much for a quick detail spray. Fool me once... read more

Ugh, screw this place & there pushy salespeople and there lack of attention to detail. Go to TNT car wash for exceptional service.

The employees started by ATTEMPTING to sneak a 200 dollar car wash and detail past us, then told us it would be 30 minutes for the normal wash to be finished, which turned into 2hours. When asked where the car was no one could answer. Finally we found the car ourselves and had to demand the keys, which were left in the car...a push start mind you and the keys were not in a cup holder or seat NO they had been dropped between the seat! Worst car wash in the chain! read more

Service is always great by the staff here. What I like about the employees here is that when they try to sell me something and I decline, they don't push it on me. My car is cleaned very well, both inside and out. read more

Had some tree sap on the car. Asked the attendant which wash to get to remove it. He recommended the $20 wash. When I picked up the car, it still had the sap. Mentioned to the attendant there and he mentioned I should have gotten the upgraded wash. Um... I did... He spent the next several minutes putting in some elbow grease and removed most of it. He didn't go above and beyond, just the minimum. I had to keep pointing out more spots to remove (not difficult to see either). In short felt like I paid more for a barely basic wash. read more

OK I'm here again; I came here a couple months ago and received so so service. Surprise! It is BETTER. I'm not going to go hog wild here but I can attest that the services were better. I opted for a Carnauba Wax as well and things are looking better for these guys in my eyes. "Chip in your windshield?" Didn't see him. "How about the full bore get her undercarriage clean sales pitch?" Didn't get it. What I did get was a great clean and vac plus a little wax to make the ole Jeep sparkle. Warning: I'm still cautious and will be willing to drop em if they go backwards. Time will tell..... read more

The place looks great but the service is underwhelming. I also agree with the other posters. The high pressure sales has gotten old. These people are worse than Wells Fargo tellers. read more

This place has gone so far downhill. $20 for a pathetic wash, left garbage in the door pockets, didn't seem to give a rip. Never again.

Got an oil change on my truck there. As far as I know, they didn't mess that up. Got an ultimate car wash for my truck and told them I need to get gas. They did not bother telling me that I could have saved money on my gas if I bought the car wash at the gas pump... When I got my truck back there were many spots where you could see that they had missed. Prior to buying my car wash I bought a $200 detail wash for my wife's truck. Took my wife's truck in for a detail and four hours later when we went to pick it up, it was cleaned anything but detail. With in five minutes of an easy look over of the truck there were over a dozen different spots where you could see that they missed. Another hour later and it still wasn't to satisfaction. Finally out of frustration just took the truck and drove it home. Will not be going back Plain and simple they need somebody to look over every vehicle prior to releasing it to the customer. read more

I had the misfortune to have my car cleaned at this establishment. They did very poor work, walked away after starting detailing my car. After watching my car set unfinished for over 15 minutes I approached a green shirt employee to ask why the employee returned. He worked on the car for a minute he waved for me to get my car. The inside had not been touched and the marker they put on the window had not been wiped off. I've had bad service at this location before but thought I'd give them another try since they are twice as close to my house. I will never use cobblestone again. read more

I went in for an oil change with my girlfriend. She has medical issues to where she couldn't get out of the vehicle . I stated this to the tech and he said well if her legs are hurting her why is she driving? Well that's none of his business. I believed it was kind of rude, and then they kept opening the door and treating my girlfriend as if she was mentally handicapped, not physically handicapped. I am a vet I went in there for my oil change, and I also did pay extra for oil. I had also noticed that before I went in,my tire pressure light was on it is still on never been checked by any of their 5 or 6 gents handling an oil change. Nobody attempted to vacuum and I do understand because my girlfriend was in there that was fine by me. But, some conversing would've helped. Brenden was the sales tech and was by far the worst when it came to mistreating her. The one guy kept opening the door instead of rolling down the window. She felt uncomfortable. They also didnt notice I had a rear tail light out until I got pulled over is when I noticed. I'm.not sure I would recommend this place until some refresher courses are given and these fine gents go to classroom and go over customer service. Service was fast I add, and the establishment was clean. The reason why I have 3 stars and not 1. read more

I paid $130 for the full detail cleaning of my vehicle (inside and out). I waited 2 hours and when I looked at my car it had bird poop on it and marks all over it that could easily be removed with the wipe of my finger, even my rims were filthy. For the amount of money I spent my car should have been spotless. They did a decent job on the inside but to have me wait for 2 hours to get a detail clean and to have the outside of my car filthy, I was pretty upset to say the least. I could get a better car wash at a $3 car wash or chevron station. Never going back. read more

I took my car to Cobblestone about 5 years ago and they used a chemical to clean it that fogged up my instrument dash. I thought I would try again today...after all..it has been 5 years right? They have to have gotten better. Not a chance. After paying $200 for a full detail we were told the wait would be 2 hours. OK..they have wireless internet and comfy sofas and a Dunkin Donuts. 6..I kid you not...6 hours later we got the keys to SUV. They didn't wash the front windshield, missed the mirrors and overhead console and used some chemical that messed up the plastic around the door. NEVER get your car detailed at Cobblestone!! read more

My go to car wash for years. They always do a great job. Recently my fuel pump went out right as I pulled in their car wash lane. It took 4 guys to push my Ford Excursion safely to a parking spot. Anthony, the car wash manager and his staff were super accommodating. I had to leave my truck on their property over night to have it towed the next day. They told me not to worry they completely understand. Always friendly service and always a nice job on their detail work. Thank you Cobblestone! Oh! And P.S. They have a Dunkin Donuts inside....bonus! read more

My dog vomit in my car, I took my car here to get the vomit out.
