I recently April 2nd took my 2013 Nissan Rogue into Cobble Stone car wash in Surprise AZ with the intent of getting it mini detailed, I.e. wax and cleaned inside and out. The attendant sold me the Diamond package and told me that included wax, and the cost would be $70. I agreeded and went into the store to wait. I got there approximately around 12:15pm and went into the lounge to wait on my car. I sat there till about a quarter of 3:00pm all this time listening to them announce over the intercom the name and car model that was at the finish line, never hearing them call my name nor car. I asked the lady at the front desk if my car was finished and she called to the detail dept and told me it was done a long time ago. I went outside and found it parked in the lot. Approaching it I found dust on the rear of the car that I wiped off with my hand then noticed there was tree droppings-leaves in the well of my front windshield, water spots on the top of the car, streaks of I assume leather/vinyl cleaner on the dash. I complained to them I just spent $70 dollars for what I could get at a $6 drive thru car wash. I left and called back to the manager the next day and he told me to bring it in and he will look at it. I went in on that following Monday and spoke to the manager. He sarcastically said let me explain what a diamond package is, they run it through and it is sprayed with wax and doors and dash are cleaned. I pointed I still had tree leaves in my windshield well, he said oh, we don't do that. Needless to say I was very displeased with their service and attitude and feel $70 was a rip off. Today I took a truck in a 1999 Toyota , true it doesn't look like much but as I filled with gas I could not find one cheaper then 29.99 I hit one Ultimate wash , sad to say when I was waiting no one was hurrying over to it, they arrived and I could see the tree seeds in back and water splashing I asked one guy what was that he said I will get my boss , when he came he told me they don't do truck boxes they wash the truck, if I wanted it clean I would have to pay more, I said no, then I looked in the truck there was still a penny and food , etc under the drivers seat I said well can you at least get that out he blew it out, He knew i was ticked and said we can rinse out the back, I said no I will do it my self at home, when I got ready to do it looked under the passenger seat and it was food, etc and in between seats paper receipt and more crap, I could see the spray they used on the plastic between front window and door, needless to say I am sure if you come in with a 2018 shiny new automobile you get better service than I did, I was cleaning it up for a friend and I will have to now vacuum myself. I'm not one to complain however some things shouldn't be left unsaid even I'm sure it won't matter to this business. When you pull up to buy your car wash there are 3 lines for cars. It seems that most of the focus is on one line! I sat in the line I was in for 15 minutes while watching at least 3 other cars move ahead of me in the other line! At least show some priority to all your customers rather than a few. read more

Thought we would get an oil change and tire rotation along with the car wash. Initially we're told it will be an hour and a half for the oil change plus time for car wash, no problem as we had planned to have lunch at Chili's next door. Then we're told probably no tire rotation because their lifts were being weird (?). Then another technician comes up and says because we have a Jeep Cherokee, they have a policy that we have to do all the driving because at some time in the past an accelerator stuck. So we would have had to stay with the car for the duration. The most ridiculous thing I've heard!! Looked up online and only accelerators issues were addressed in recalls years ago, this is a 2019 Cherokee never subject to a recall and the tech admitted as much but that was "their policy". We cringe coming here even for a wash because of all the upselling. This time was the last attempt at for us. Somewhat disappointed, I have never paid $100 for a car wash before, so my expectations were high I guess. I was waiting for over an hour to have the car completed, I was told i would be notified. (I never was). I went to the counter to ask when it will be done. (As i saw it parked) they just go outside and see the attendant. I did, he went and got the key. As i was about to dive off I noticed there was a streak on my window and the passenger. He explained that it was probably the oil from the window motor, ok, he then wiped it off. Satisfied I drove off. As I'm driving down the road I noticed the windshield is only partly cleaned. I wish I could upload the pictures I took, I wantedto go back and complain, but my wife said let it go, as it may lead to an argument. And she was probably right, I was pretty pissed. At this time i'm looking at all the windows, and all of them look as though they just did a light wiping. I woulkd think for the amount of money i spent the windows would be a high priority. I have gone too many car washes and I paid for a supreme wash and the quality was very very poor. There was still a still a lot of marks inside or the car not wiped down. The cup holders were still dirty. My Windows still dirty especially the windshield. Considered doing the unlimited wash but now seeing the shitty job they did I will definitely not be doing that. I didn't get air freshener even though I was asked what sent I wanted. I have gone to the Scottsdale location and paid for the same package and they did a fantastic job. read more

Now there is a time limit and mine "just expired". Apparently they are in financial difficulties and have just filed bankruptcy & closed 3 of their stores. Stay away. I try to give these guys a chance time and time again and they just can't get it right. To pay $24.99 for a car wash and it still looks dirty really sucks! When you try to point out spots that were missed or comment on anything they all give you an attitude! The employees started by ATTEMPTING to sneak a 200 dollar car wash and detail past us, then told us it would be 30 minutes for the normal wash to be finished, which turned into 2hours. When asked where the car was no one could answer. Finally we found the car ourselves and had to demand the keys, which were left in the car...a push start mind you and the keys were not in a cup holder or seat NO they had been dropped between the seat! Came in to get my wife's car washed for her. They talked me into getting the leather conditioned and cleaned along with the kick panels, cost me $49.99, they finish my car and I go to get in it and the leather doesn't look any different. I ask the guy what they actually did. He looked at the interior and said an ultimate wash. I showed him my receipt for what I paid for and his response was, they definitely did not do that. He takes it back to have it done, I go out a second time after they were done, and it still looked the same. I guess I look stupid? It finally gets done when I stand there and watch them do it. I bought the ultimate car wash with the full interior done but no waxing on the exterior. I was told this would take an hour and a half. After my car exited the automated wash it sat for an hour before someone finally touched it. Then at two hours I decided to tell the cashiers that i was unhappy with the wait. The cashier brushed me off and said thanks for telling us. Then after two and a half hours my car still isn't done I decided I needed to talk to a manager. At this point I'm extremely upset after watching one of the people attending my car walk off and chat with a guy who pulled up in a supped up honda and decided to chat for a few minutes. So I spoke with a manager who went and check on my vehicle and told me it was just about done. I then asked him how I get the fifty cents off a gallon for gas. He said normally you have to pay for the car wash at the pump but he would get it for me. So they pull my car to the pump. I now have to lug my baby into the cashier to ask how to pay to get the fifty cents off. She tells me pay outside and come back in. I do this then head back in with baby in tow to get my refund. This cashier tells me I need my receipt to prove I paid for the car wash. So I had to go back out to the car and get the receipt and then back in. At this point I am so fed up with the service I turn in my club card I had just signed up for and advised the cashier I wouldn't be coming back. Not to mention when I looked over my car after this I saw a lot os spots left untouched. There was a day when companies cared what their customers thought and tried to make right on their errors. Brought the car in on Sunday 11 Oct, If you've ever cleaned your own vehicle then go ahead and throw out all expectations for this business to do it for you. Paid $65 for a "hand wax," interior clean, basically the works. 40 minutes later when it was ready, I opened my door and thought I was being punked! They vacuumed AROUND my floor mats, Didn't wipe the seats at all, center console still had remnants from an iced mocha. They wiped my navigation screen with a tire shine rag and it took a few hits with glass cleaner to get the oily film off. The windows inside looked way worse than when they started. Worst of all the wax for the outside of the car that was used wasn't completely wiped off and on a black car it really shows. Ran it through a car wash a couple days later cuz I couldn't stand to look at it. This place is a complete waste of your money. I approached the individual that greeted me and talked me into spending the $65 and showed him the fiasco. He was in disbelief when he saw under the floor mats, anyhow he brought it back to the vacuum station and re-did it himself. Not going back read more

Ok this is the 3rd time now - Why do I go Back. - Today I just needed air in my Lexus RX330 & ended up doing a cheap car wash since there is rain in the fore cast. I am the only one that drives my car - Nobody drives it but me. Every time I go get it from the last part - I have to get rags & Re Wipe Everything - EVERYTHING. It really redicolous - They use to have AmaXYNG people that knew how to take care of your car - Last 3 times No Way. Literally you have to wipe the doors - etc .... they never put the floor covering back right . My bag was thrown around today & to know after I re wiped everything with their rag - I gave them a tip (I use tip Really Great like 5 to 10) no no more. I preceed to turn my car on & the key to my car was broken in half - the part of a key was stuck in my ignitions - Sean (a surpervisor) called another supervisore (who was Tyler) They both said it was like that.. Will come on I am not going to drive my car in like that. They are Nuts - so I need to really put energy out there now. I said a few F words to them - I don't swear - But today I did. To be it my husbad back in November had his brand little Kia Forte oil changed & the next day the Hose Blew up ... He had to be towed off the freeway - Just Saying What A Coinsendent ....???? This place SUCKS! You pay so much money for a detailed car wash and you get shit! The employees don't care. You always have to tell them to clean spots. They always leave the dashboard dusty. First off, My Husband and I have taken our cars here before and never had a problem. So last month when we dropped my car off to get it washed we didn't expect a problem. Nor did we think anything was wrong when an employee "Jose" came to find us in sprouts 20 minutes later, to have us "sign" a receipt. Well turns out it was a waiver, he completely forgot to mention the recall my car mirrors had and the mirror of my car was ripped off in the wash. The worst part? Instead of alerting us, they taped it nicely together and hoped we wouldn't notice. So when we get the manager, he makes it clear that his employee explained the waiver to us and kept asking us why we didn't read what we signed. Like seriously? Your guy scams us, and you're trying to make this our fault? It's not till after I start making a scene, that "Jose" gets called over to tell us what he told the manager. He mumbles to the floor, something about how he asked us to sign something for the car, shrugs his shoulders like he could care less that he damaged my car and roughly apologizes. The manager (who is the general manager) tells us he will buy us a new mirror clearly appalled by the way we were given the waiver. Only he failed to mention he would be gone for 2 weeks and then he wouldn't return our calls 3 weeks AFTER all this happened. I understand people get busy, but we're busy too. They didn't fix my mirror until today, when the car wash manager stepped in and ordered and installed the correct mirror for us. It took this guy 2 days what it took general manager to not do in an entire month. So props to the car wash manager for getting us our mirror. still not too happy about being told that the mirror being taped back together was a "courtesy". This was a horrible horrible experience, I will never be back to any cobblestone. Customer service here is terrible, make sure you read what you sign and don't trust the sales guys, they're careless and sloppy. Prepare for the ultimate hustle if you come to this wash. The prices here are insane. They will try to sell you on any additional services that you don't need and make you seem like a fool if you say no. I don't like dealing with that kind of service and I'm sure my fellow yelpers don't either. Save your money and use the car washes at the gas stations and do the interior yourself. I brought my car their two weeks ago first went though the wash with no soap or water and then they tried to clean it with squirt bottles and tell me it was ready thinking I didn't see it so they brought it though a second time and this time it has a chunk of paint missing off the passenger rear door asked for the manager(Tyler) he came out and told me that it was "because my car is old and that is going to keep happening" I didn't realize 2008 was old so he agreed to get some touch up paint from the dealer blend it and buff my car to make it right I agreed he took my info and my vin # and told me it would take a day to get I told him weekends are best for me its been two weeks and no word from the manager. read more

Probably one of the worst detail jobs I have ever seen. Paid $400 for one of the best packages they had because I just drove here from Alaska and didn't want to deal with cleaning my truck. I was told it would take 2hrs, typical time for a detail. 4 hrs later they finished. Thinking t took them longer because it was a better job, I was sadly mistaken. Mud was still all over my mirrors, door handles, door jams and floor mats. They didn't touch the inside of the windows or the vents. It was just a overall shit job. The car wash itself is average, but the the window chip repair salesmen are VERY aggressive. I politely said "No, thank you" and they would NOT leave me alone. How many times do I need to say 'No"? If there were no window repair salesmen, I would return. Until then... No thank you! I had the misfortune to have my car cleaned at this establishment. They did very poor work, walked away after starting detailing my car. After watching my car set unfinished for over 15 minutes I approached a green shirt employee to ask why the employee returned. He worked on the car for a minute he waved for me to get my car. The inside had not been touched and the marker they put on the window had not been wiped off. I've had bad service at this location before but thought I'd give them another try since they are twice as close to my house. I will never use cobblestone again. read more

I went in for an oil change with my girlfriend. She has medical issues to where she couldn't get out of the vehicle . I stated this to the tech and he said well if her legs are hurting her why is she driving? Well that's none of his business. I believed it was kind of rude, and then they kept opening the door and treating my girlfriend as if she was mentally handicapped, not physically handicapped. I am a vet I went in there for my oil change, and I also did pay extra for oil. I had also noticed that before I went in,my tire pressure light was on it is still on never been checked by any of their 5 or 6 gents handling an oil change. Nobody attempted to vacuum and I do understand because my girlfriend was in there that was fine by me. But, some conversing would've helped. Brenden was the sales tech and was by far the worst when it came to mistreating her. The one guy kept opening the door instead of rolling down the window. She felt uncomfortable. They also didnt notice I had a rear tail light out until I got pulled over is when I noticed. I'm.not sure I would recommend this place until some refresher courses are given and these fine gents go to classroom and go over customer service. I paid $130 for the full detail cleaning of my vehicle (inside and out). I waited 2 hours and when I looked at my car it had bird poop on it and marks all over it that could easily be removed with the wipe of my finger, even my rims were filthy. For the amount of money I spent my car should have been spotless. They did a decent job on the inside but to have me wait for 2 hours to get a detail clean and to have the outside of my car filthy, I was pretty upset to say the least. Brought it to this wash and as they called my name to get my car I inspected it and there was a 6 inch scratch mark on my lower right bumper . Probably from there stupid car wash machine malfunctioning. I told the guy what the hell is that scratch and he denied that the machine did it I was like are u serious . And he goes it's from going over a curb in the parking lot . Last time I check going over a curb would leave scratches on the bottom not on the side of a damn bumper which was one single straight lined scratch not multiple . I've been here many times and never had a bad experience. Last visit my car had a windshield chip that I hadn't noticed. They asked who my insurance was with and since I am with Stare Farm they told me they could repair it at no charge to me. Quick easy and now no cracked windshield. I'm sure as many cars as are turned out in a day there are going to be some mistakes, but hey if you're cheap and get the 4.99 special and don't tip what the hell do you expect? Just run your car through a regular station car wash and quit holding up the line for those of us that understand you get what you pay for! read more
