My husband and I took our Jeep wrangler 4 door there today. This was the WORST car wash ever for us. We specifically told the guy at the front NOT to open the back and one of the guys was trying to open it. Luckily we waited to go inside to make sure no one did try. And we were able to stop him. When we went inside to pay they offered a package deal which seemed like a good idea so we purchased that. Went outside and waited maybe 5 minutes and they had pulled the Jeep out and said it was done. When we went over to leave, it was still not dried off and still very dirty on a lot of places. We called the guy over that was working on it to take a look. At that point I told my husband we were not paying for that package deal. I went back inside to get a refund and they called the manager. He was absolutely useless and did nothing for us. When they gave us the refund they still charged us for the wash today. The "manager" clearly is not qualified for his job. When we got in the car to leave, the interior wasn't even touched. Terrible terrible customer service and terrible quality of work. Obviously we should have read the reviews on yelp, they are ALL terrible. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Got a generic reply from the car wash saying to contact them via their email address. All the other negative reviews had the same generic reply. My husband sent them an email yesterday at the same time I left the review on yelp. We found that email when we saw all the terrible reviews for this cobblestone car wash. No reply from them yet. Apparently we care at cobblestone.com doesn't really care..... still no rely to our complaint on that website. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. They will do a terrible job and take your money. read more

I have been going to Cobblestone for a couple of years and have always been satisfied with the car wash. HOWEVER, this time I was sold on the interior detail and other items and was VERY disappointed in the quality of work. There was a large drip of something black on the roof that was totally ignored, I had t call one of the black shirt managers over to wipe off the back o the car, it was a mess, then the topper was the windows,, when I got home I had to clean the windows all over again, they were very streaky, almost looked like they wiped the windows with a rag that had wax on it and left it at that. Quality control was non existent on this $85.00 car cleaning chore. If I did not have a few coupons that are already paid for I likely would not drive all the way from Buckeye, AZ to Surprise,AZ for a car wash. Really, Really a poor job ! ! ! read more

Very unhappy with their service. Took my company truck in to be washed and as they moved the truck to the final area to wipe it down they turned a corner to sharp and hit a wall with the side of my truck scratching it. Then they lied and tried to cover it up. They refused to fix it. That is horrible customer service, strongly suggest you stay away from this car wash. read more

went there once, and the first time. I waited for almost 2.5 hours. I had to ask about my car and it had been done for over an hour and no one ever said anything to me. Who wants to sit there all that time with all that noise, when my life could have gone on with my life/day. For my first time, I can't say how disappointed I was. read more

Would give this place Zero stars if it would let me...I have been taking my car here for a while now and for the most part have been satisfied. I have a monthly pass continually for several months now HOWEVER, on my most recent visit I had a HUGE issue! I have a 2016 Honda Civic and have had no problems with the car whatsoever until this day. After they were done cleaning my car they called me over and I went to start my car and somehow my car wouldn't start and the battery was dead! When I finally got someone back to my car to tell them the issue there was already someone trying to lift my hood to jump my car and it was magically jumped within second and then the guy tells me to take the car over to their oil and lube area and they would run a battery test which they "supposedly did" and the guy told me the test is reading I have a bad battery and I need a new one...funny so I scheduled an appointment at the Honda dealership and see the printout below of what Honda's battery test said! Will never take my car here again and I will be cancelling my pass ASAP and I will be coming back in to speak with a manager about this crap because it's completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST!! read more

Cobblestone Auto Spa - Car Wash Near Me - Surprise, Arizona

Thought I'd take my moms car to get cleaned up before she went out of town for a funeral, I was really disappointed at this car wash. Sent back the first time it came out. They didn't vacuum the back seat at all, there were smudges all in the windows. As I was driving home I noticed they hadn't even wiped the whole dashboard or console, got home looked at the tires and they were half ass done. Visibly half ass done. Sorry, there's no excuses cobble stone, it's evident there's no system in place to make sure those vehicles are being properly cleaned. I went out to buy things to leave my mothers car cleaned, because I do care. read more

This place is horrible I went for a oil change and they didn't tighten my oil filter and they poured a lot of oil on the engine block to make it seem like my vehicle was leaking oil and there are very pushy on doing a transmission flush on my vehicle did not need it do not go here they are horrible they are prejudiced and they are scammers I will contact let Joe know and get them under investigation cause they are scamming people for money and trying to break people's vehicles do not go here read more

I go here a few times a month. The car is always clean and especially the windows. I like the fact that they use air guns to dry out the places where they can't get with the towels. Also a plus they have high pressure air guns in their vacuum stations to blast out your vents and hard to reach places. I would recommend this spot to anyone. read more

I recently have a favorite employee that works there at the location off Bell Road. His name is Joey. He's got fantastic customer service, knowledgeable and very professional. I wasn't too fond of the customer service a while back and we all know it takes one person to ruin it :-( however, I came here in a pinch and he is super helpful so I'm happy to come back here and get my coffee and gas read more

So I've been a loyal customer for some years now and I bought the unlimited washes,I have never left a review until now, about 2 or 3 weeks ago I brought my car for a wash, well to my surprise I was looking for my tuner that I had in my glove box(a tuner is a devise you to set the car settings to how ever you want it cost around 350 to 500)anyway it's been missing and I told the store manager about it,I told him that my car sits in the garage and I only use it in weekends nobody else drives my or it hasnt been broking into,he assured me that it wasn't his employee because they been working for him for years doesnt mean they cant snoop around your belongings he also said he has those problems when he hires new people but hasnt in while, which I've seen new faces but I wasn't there to get back because I know I wasnt going to,he asked me what can he do I said nothing because what was stolen he wasnt going to pay me back,he offered free carwashes I laughed and told him I wasnt there for free stuff i was there to let him know what kind of employees he has and that he lost a good customer and to take off the unlimited program.. not even a sorry which goes a long way.... check your vehicles everytime you take it in.. read more

I recently April 2nd took my 2013 Nissan Rogue into Cobble Stone car wash in Surprise AZ with the intent of getting it mini detailed, I.e. wax and cleaned inside and out. The attendant sold me the Diamond package and told me that included wax, and the cost would be $70. I agreeded and went into the store to wait. I got there approximately around 12:15pm and went into the lounge to wait on my car. I sat there till about a quarter of 3:00pm all this time listening to them announce over the intercom the name and car model that was at the finish line, never hearing them call my name nor car. I asked the lady at the front desk if my car was finished and she called to the detail dept and told me it was done a long time ago. I went outside and found it parked in the lot. Approaching it I found dust on the rear of the car that I wiped off with my hand then noticed there was tree droppings-leaves in the well of my front windshield, water spots on the top of the car, streaks of I assume leather/vinyl cleaner on the dash. I complained to them I just spent $70 dollars for what I could get at a $6 drive thru car wash. I left and called back to the manager the next day and he told me to bring it in and he will look at it. I went in on that following Monday and spoke to the manager. He sarcastically said let me explain what a diamond package is, they run it through and it is sprayed with wax and doors and dash are cleaned. I pointed I still had tree leaves in my windshield well, he said oh, we don't do that. Needless to say I was very displeased with their service and attitude and feel $70 was a rip off. I could get getter service at a drive through $6 car wash. read more

Came in to get my wife's car washed for her. They talked me into getting the leather conditioned and cleaned along with the kick panels, cost me $49.99, they finish my car and I go to get in it and the leather doesn't look any different. I ask the guy what they actually did. He looked at the interior and said an ultimate wash. I showed him my receipt for what I paid for and his response was, they definitely did not do that. He takes it back to have it done, I go out a second time after they were done, and it still looked the same. I guess I look stupid? It finally gets done when I stand there and watch them do it. Be careful, these people are scam artists!!!! read more

Hard to believe that there is not a discount or anything but " It will be $78" for an oil change for an overnight nurse just trying to make sure the car will go back and forth to protect there families. SAD!! read more

I bought the ultimate car wash with the full interior done but no waxing on the exterior. I was told this would take an hour and a half. After my car exited the automated wash it sat for an hour before someone finally touched it. Then at two hours I decided to tell the cashiers that i was unhappy with the wait. The cashier brushed me off and said thanks for telling us. Then after two and a half hours my car still isn't done I decided I needed to talk to a manager. At this point I'm extremely upset after watching one of the people attending my car walk off and chat with a guy who pulled up in a supped up honda and decided to chat for a few minutes. So I spoke with a manager who went and check on my vehicle and told me it was just about done. I then asked him how I get the fifty cents off a gallon for gas. He said normally you have to pay for the car wash at the pump but he would get it for me. So they pull my car to the pump. I now have to lug my baby into the cashier to ask how to pay to get the fifty cents off. She tells me pay outside and come back in. I do this then head back in with baby in tow to get my refund. This cashier tells me I need my receipt to prove I paid for the car wash. So I had to go back out to the car and get the receipt and then back in. At this point I am so fed up with the service I turn in my club card I had just signed up for and advised the cashier I wouldn't be coming back. Not to mention when I looked over my car after this I saw a lot os spots left untouched. There was a day when companies cared what their customers thought and tried to make right on their errors. Since Cobblestone in surprise doesn't I will not only not do any business there again, but I will be sure to tell my stories to anyone I can about my horrible service. read more

Brought the car in on Sunday 11 Oct, If you've ever cleaned your own vehicle then go ahead and throw out all expectations for this business to do it for you. Paid $65 for a "hand wax," interior clean, basically the works. 40 minutes later when it was ready, I opened my door and thought I was being punked! They vacuumed AROUND my floor mats, Didn't wipe the seats at all, center console still had remnants from an iced mocha. They wiped my navigation screen with a tire shine rag and it took a few hits with glass cleaner to get the oily film off. The windows inside looked way worse than when they started. Worst of all the wax for the outside of the car that was used wasn't completely wiped off and on a black car it really shows. Ran it through a car wash a couple days later cuz I couldn't stand to look at it. This place is a complete waste of your money. I approached the individual that greeted me and talked me into spending the $65 and showed him the fiasco. He was in disbelief when he saw under the floor mats, anyhow he brought it back to the vacuum station and re-did it himself. Not going back read more

I don't even want to give them a one star.. can't get this posted unless I rate. Ok this is the 3rd time now - Why do I go Back. - Today I just needed air in my Lexus RX330 & ended up doing a cheap car wash since there is rain in the fore cast. I am the only one that drives my car - Nobody drives it but me. Every time I go get it from the last part - I have to get rags & Re Wipe Everything - EVERYTHING. It really redicolous - They use to have AmaXYNG people that knew how to take care of your car - Last 3 times No Way. Literally you have to wipe the doors - etc .... they never put the floor covering back right . My bag was thrown around today & to know after I re wiped everything with their rag - I gave them a tip (I use tip Really Great like 5 to 10) no no more. I preceed to turn my car on & the key to my car was broken in half - the part of a key was stuck in my ignitions - Sean (a surpervisor) called another supervisore (who was Tyler) They both said it was like that.. Will come on I am not going to drive my car in like that. They are Nuts - so I need to really put energy out there now. I said a few F words to them - I don't swear - But today I did. To be it my husbad back in November had his brand little Kia Forte oil changed & the next day the Hose Blew up ... He had to be towed off the freeway - Just Saying What A Coinsendent ....???? I am DONE WITH THAT PLACE... Not being Rude ...But people get it together... Simply Don't Care. read more

This place SUCKS! You pay so much money for a detailed car wash and you get shit! The employees don't care. You always have to tell them to clean spots. They always leave the dashboard dusty. First off, My Husband and I have taken our cars here before and never had a problem. So last month when we dropped my car off to get it washed we didn't expect a problem. Nor did we think anything was wrong when an employee "Jose" came to find us in sprouts 20 minutes later, to have us "sign" a receipt. Well turns out it was a waiver, he completely forgot to mention the recall my car mirrors had and the mirror of my car was ripped off in the wash. The worst part? Instead of alerting us, they taped it nicely together and hoped we wouldn't notice. So when we get the manager, he makes it clear that his employee explained the waiver to us and kept asking us why we didn't read what we signed. Like seriously? Your guy scams us, and you're trying to make this our fault? It's not till after I start making a scene, that "Jose" gets called over to tell us what he told the manager. He mumbles to the floor, something about how he asked us to sign something for the car, shrugs his shoulders like he could care less that he damaged my car and roughly apologizes. The manager (who is the general manager) tells us he will buy us a new mirror clearly appalled by the way we were given the waiver. Only he failed to mention he would be gone for 2 weeks and then he wouldn't return our calls 3 weeks AFTER all this happened. I understand people get busy, but we're busy too. They didn't fix my mirror until today, when the car wash manager stepped in and ordered and installed the correct mirror for us. It took this guy 2 days what it took general manager to not do in an entire month. So props to the car wash manager for getting us our mirror. still not too happy about being told that the mirror being taped back together was a "courtesy". This was a horrible horrible experience, I will never be back to any cobblestone. Customer service here is terrible, make sure you read what you sign and don't trust the sales guys, they're careless and sloppy. Management needs to have a serious sit down with their higher ups and rethink their business strategy It's not about quality here, it's about quantity and your car will show it. read more

Drew was wonderful! He explained the advantages of each service and was so polite and professional!

Prepare for the ultimate hustle if you come to this wash. The prices here are insane. They will try to sell you on any additional services that you don't need and make you seem like a fool if you say no. I don't like dealing with that kind of service and I'm sure my fellow yelpers don't either. Save your money and use the car washes at the gas stations and do the interior yourself. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the cashiers inside are friendly and I can get myself an iced tea from the dunkin donuts in here. read more

Today I took a truck in a 1999 Toyota , true it doesn't look like much but as I filled with gas I could not find one cheaper then 29.99 I hit one Ultimate wash , sad to say when I was waiting no one was hurrying over to it, they arrived and I could see the tree seeds in back and water splashing I asked one guy what was that he said I will get my boss , when he came he told me they don't do truck boxes they wash the truck, if I wanted it clean I would have to pay more, I said no, then I looked in the truck there was still a penny and food , etc under the drivers seat I said well can you at least get that out he blew it out, He knew i was ticked and said we can rinse out the back, I said no I will do it my self at home, when I got ready to do it looked under the passenger seat and it was food, etc and in between seats paper receipt and more crap, I could see the spray they used on the plastic between front window and door, needless to say I am sure if you come in with a 2018 shiny new automobile you get better service than I did, I was cleaning it up for a friend and I will have to now vacuum myself. Never again will I go there I will find a new place. this was 9/18/18 at 12:10 and I do have the code ticket. Oh I do have pictures read more

I brought my car their two weeks ago first went though the wash with no soap or water and then they tried to clean it with squirt bottles and tell me it was ready thinking I didn't see it so they brought it though a second time and this time it has a chunk of paint missing off the passenger rear door asked for the manager(Tyler) he came out and told me that it was "because my car is old and that is going to keep happening" I didn't realize 2008 was old so he agreed to get some touch up paint from the dealer blend it and buff my car to make it right I agreed he took my info and my vin # and told me it would take a day to get I told him weekends are best for me its been two weeks and no word from the manager. read more

Probably one of the worst detail jobs I have ever seen. Paid $400 for one of the best packages they had because I just drove here from Alaska and didn't want to deal with cleaning my truck. I was told it would take 2hrs, typical time for a detail. 4 hrs later they finished. Thinking t took them longer because it was a better job, I was sadly mistaken. Mud was still all over my mirrors, door handles, door jams and floor mats. They didn't touch the inside of the windows or the vents. It was just a overall shit job. Not worth the price or time, and I would never recommend to anyone. Pay for a drive through wash and get a better job. read more

I'm not one to complain however some things shouldn't be left unsaid even I'm sure it won't matter to this business. When you pull up to buy your car wash there are 3 lines for cars. It seems that most of the focus is on one line! I sat in the line I was in for 15 minutes while watching at least 3 other cars move ahead of me in the other line! At least show some priority to all your customers rather than a few. read more

The car wash itself is average, but the the window chip repair salesmen are VERY aggressive. I politely said "No, thank you" and they would NOT leave me alone. How many times do I need to say 'No"? A side note to another reviewer... it seems (from my experience) that male customers aren't as aggressively pursued for chip repair. Just wanted to let you know. read more

Thought we would get an oil change and tire rotation along with the car wash. Initially we're told it will be an hour and a half for the oil change plus time for car wash, no problem as we had planned to have lunch at Chili's next door. Then we're told probably no tire rotation because their lifts were being weird (?). Then another technician comes up and says because we have a Jeep Cherokee, they have a policy that we have to do all the driving because at some time in the past an accelerator stuck. So we would have had to stay with the car for the duration. The most ridiculous thing I've heard!! Looked up online and only accelerators issues were addressed in recalls years ago, this is a 2019 Cherokee never subject to a recall and the tech admitted as much but that was "their policy". We cringe coming here even for a wash because of all the upselling. This time was the last attempt at for us. There are plenty of car washes to choose from, they've made it clear they don't want our business read more
