After messing with the machine for 15 minutes it said I had to give it my phone number in order to pump gas so I said screw it went inside and asked her to put five dollars on pump nine so I could just get enough to get home and fill up somewhere else. I came in to Cobblestone on 12/06/21 to get my car washed to which I usually get the cheapest wash and do the rest myself because I ALWAYS leave feeling disappointed with how they do it. However I did not have time and decided to do a full wash. First and foremost I want to say in this entire experience not once was anyone rude with me, in fact extremely nice which is why I decided to give it a shot. The gentleman Michael talked me into a detail and wash which came to about $93 I believe. After sitting there for an hour he came and told me that they would not have time to complete it for me that day because they wanted to do a great job. He asked if I could come back another day and that they would give me another wash for free on that day. Okay fine I can respect that. That said, I came back on Sunday 12/12/21 to which I was told again that they could not do it because it was too late in the afternoon, which I understood. That said, I came back at 7:30 am on Monday 12/13/21 and the gentleman talked me into a deeper detail that was $89 more to which I declined and he said what if we do it for $69. So, I accepted and asked him how long it would take and he responded with an hour to an hour and a half because he said that I was their first detail of the day. He asked if I was staying or coming back to pick up my car. Given he said an hour and a half at most I chose to stay. finally at 10 am I asked the lady at the counter to check because it had almost been 3 hours. She came in and said 15 more minutes because there was two cars ahead of me. This was news to me because I was told that my car was their first detail. About 5 minutes passed and the gentleman that upsold me came in and asked me if I was going to continue to stay to which I was obviously confused about because in my mind if I stayed 3 and a half hours, at this point what is 15 more minutes. So I questioned him given that she just told me 15 minutes and he seemed to change his story at that point at least that is how it felt. I work in the service industry and I get that when there is a lot going on sometimes we can be forgetful or get one customer confused with another. He proceeded to tell me that he did not realized that there was two cars that had stayed overnight that needed to be completed before mine and told me they had been working on my car the entire time. I did not argue with him but I did watch my car sit there for the first hour completely untouched. They never once came to communicate with me. To be fair when I brought that up to him he did apologize, but communication goes along way even when the guest or customer is not going to like what they hear. That said, I know nothing about the car detail business, but I do believe that they could have told me what to or what not to expect given the amount I was spending as far as how clean they could get it and the time spent to get there. This entire experience was frustrating, and extremely disappointing. I got my car back by 11:15 ish am which at this point was almost 4 hours after coming in and to say I was disappointed at the result would be an understatement. I understand there were many stains in the upholstery, to which many of them were spilled water bottles from my kids because that is all I allow drink wise in my car and then a stain from a bottle of lotion that was sat on. I just really struggle to understand how my car looks like this after 4 hours. I spent $170 for every stain to still be completely visible when I left and I had to pull the manager Rio aside and show him to which I was told to come back again. I don't want to come back. My carpet wasn't vacuumed well. Yes I have a dog but when I do the carpet myself I can easily get all the hair out with a little extra effort and about 20 minutes. Secondly I am aware that my car had a few scratches but it came back with scratches that were not there when it went in. Third my windows and mirrors still had finger prints all over them when I left last week and I figured they will get it when I come back for the detail to which they did not. Lastly in total between all my visits I have spent easily over 5 hours of my time there which would be worth it to leave with a good detail, but it wasn't. I don't want to come back as I am a single mom that works 50 plus hours a week and I want my money back is what I want. My next review will be the BBB because while customer service was nice, nice does not replace the awful work that was done nor the $170 spent. If it was going to take a deeper more pricey detail that should have been communicated to me before a spend a dime so that I could have the decision for myself to make as to whether I wanted to proceed or wait to save the money to walk away with what I expected. I called to speak with the store manager because after my most recent service my car started cutting out. So, I took it to the manufacture dealership and they told me that the wrong fluid was put in my transmission. I informed the manager that the dealership service man was going to provide me details but I wanted to give him a heads up so we can rectify the situation when my car gets out of the shop. He tells me that I signed a waiver and that because I took it somewhere else it's not their fault. Questionable! He then tells me that I don't know any details so I shouldn't have called. I replied, correct I don't have all the details. I was making the call as a courtesy, but will come see him when they are available. I told him The phone call was a heads up so that they can pull paperwork and we can get this resolved quickly but he told me I don't have the details so I can't say it was their fault, then hung up. Based on this guy's quick bad attitude I'm sure I'm not the first person that has complained about him, but it could get better when I see him in person and I will make another review based on that. read more

I visited 3739 East Bell Road location and actually liked the service and would have been a long time customer but the heavy marketing set in. Harassing me via text just makes me furious. I called that location this morning and asked for the name of the manager and the woman who answered the phone said she was the manager but refused to give me her name. I very politely asked that she remove me from their contact list and she said to do it myself. I have tried several times to opt out of their text marketing but it just keeps coming. There has been 210 complaints on the BBB within the last three years and now I see why. When you charge $31 for an ultimate car wash there should at least be a minimum expectation that your car will get vacuumed. The spilled coffee grinds were still there, untouched. Not only did my car not get vacuumed so one person didn't do their job, but my inside windows were not cleaned as well or that person would have noticed that it hadn't been vacuumed. I have started to come here instead of Jacksons by Paradise Valley Mall. Cobblestone is much better as far as the wash itself. My car is clean inside and out when I leave. I also appreciate that they take no for an answer when i say I am not interested in any of the packages or special deals. I hated the way I was immediately surrounded when I pulled into Jackson's with men trying to bully me into buying things or fix a little spot on my windshield or get tires. Update: went again to try this place on 1/27/2018 and purchased "Ultimate" carwash as I got a $10 coupon. Sad to say nothing changed. Attaching few pictures soon after their Ultimate cars which cover interiors! This places do not complete a "FULL SERVICE" car wash properly and have the worst customer communication. At the first place, the car was not cleaned properly with dirt on floor and on the body of the car after the full service wash. I was enrolled into a $29.99 monthly recurring expense without even communicating clearly to me. The agent at the entrance was in a hurry to sign me up, without conveying full information. I was not informed that this is a monthly recurring expense. I was ONLY told that this is unlimited wash for a month. And when I saw the charge and called them, their manager asked me to go to their Bell Road location in person so that they can TRY to get my refund from their corporate. I go here because it's close. I get the monthly pass and i go multiple times per week. It really seems that the quality has seriously been going down hill since the 7 or 8 months I have been coming here. My car is always dirty when they are "done". The service is lacking and the guys there are just not great to deal with. Guillermo is great, but that is really about it. He will actually remedy a complaint that you have, all the other guys pretty much give the attitude that they don't care. Time for new help, Cobblestone. I took my truck here after a little playing in the mud and the very first thing the guy says at the window "your gunna have to pay for the extra mud package if you want all that off". WTF? What is the point of a car wash? These guys are so into up-selling and hustling for a few extra bucks that it is embarrassing. Are you serious? A mud package? You're telling me right off the bat that I need to pay extra for you guys to just do a good job? Or they want to sell you on a quick hand wax, which is a guy spraying Meguire's quick detail on your car and rubbing it off; very poorly I might add. I know that the job that these guys have is not easy, but damn, it's your job, not mine. These photos are after going to the car wash 2 days in a row and getting the "$30" car wash. It is terrible, not to mention that they are scratching the fuck out of my clear coat because there is still obvious dirt, everywhere. Horrible job! I usually go to the one on N Scottsdale but thought I'd give this one a try. From beginning to end it was done in 10 minutes. They sprayed the inside but didn't wipe it down. They didn't get any of the bugs off the front and when I opened the trunk to put in a package water poured down. I ended up grabbing a towel and drying it off myself. A manager came by and started to help. He said "your car looks great" I got flustered because I don't like to argue but I wasn't done wiping it off so I got in and drove away. I'm glad it rained the next day so I have an excuse to get it washed again! read more

The Cobblestone on 67/Catus scratched and dented at my 3 1/2 we brand new car I am mediately contacted the manager Joe asked for an incident report. Joe acted like he didn't know what I was talking about said there was no such report and he had no such paperwork. Joe never even looked at my vehicle. Isome other employee looked at it and made a determination that rocks did all the damage now again my car was 3 1/2 weeks so had not even made one payment on it yet I came back to the next day after talking to another manager at another car wash only then did he give me an incident report. I bought the Groupon for three supreme car washes. I've already used two of them. My second experience was MUCH better than my first. I waited in a long line to pay on my first visit and the cashier was a snappy bit**. The second visit went much better and my car windows were completely streak free. I even bought an insulated refill mug from the attached Dunkin' Donuts. As mentioned in many of the reviews, the guy who took my car when I pulled up both times started to upsell me, but stopped when I said I wasn't interested. Both times my antenna was inside my car and not reattached. Is that the norm? I have until July to use the third and final Groupon, but I'll probably use it before then. They missed so many obvious spots/smudges on the console, arm rest and door handle as well as the windshield. My interior is light beige so they were easily visible. The bumper had water marks too. I went in for a detailing today and am not going to return due to dirty car mats thrown into the trunk plus interior areas were missed. The glove compartment was not touched (which was empty). I had to shampoo the mats when I got home because they looked awful...maybe they did not use shampoo as they were still wet. The water in my shampoo machine was black! read more
