Went for a hand wash on my duel truck. They were pissed off because I would not buy an upsell. They got something all over the truck. Went back the next day and the manager and district manager just belittled, mock, and tried to make me fell like an idiot. At one point the manager made me feel like I was going into a bar room fight. He did every thing in his power to try to make me do something physical. Novus is absolutely horrible. I was scheduled for 3 appointments for windshield replacement and I had 3 no-call no-shows. I had to call in to schedule each appointment. I even spoke to the manager of the location who said he would come out personally to install the windshield and he did not arrive to the appointment or call me. When I called the dispatch office was advised that all 3 times none of the Novus employees had submitted my paperwork to them. They are very unprofessional. I paid $118 to get my car detailed and that apparently doesn't include cleaning the windows, wiping down the dash, cleaning the mirrors or vacuuming the trunk. Couldn't be more disappointed if that was their goal. I was specifically told when I bought the gift card it would take care of the little bit of oxidation on my spoiler. Upgraded to the leather conditioning for my seats in my truck when they called me over because my vehicle was done none of the seats were wiped down and he told me I didn't buy the leather conditioning. Told me that o lay comes with a detail I showed him the receipt which said leather conditioning. He said I will do it but this isn't included you have to buy the detail package!! I made sure to tell the person when I was buying the wash what I wanted he said it could be done. The did the crappiest wipe down job ever on the leather seats and the dash what a joke I went over again after I was called and pointed out what a crappy job was done with all the streaks and missed spots there was still crumbs in the cracks( from my kids!!) and he said you have to get the detail. What a joke this place is close to my house but I will not be going there anymore! And I suggest no one else go either!! read more

This would be 5 stars if the women who I paid hadn't been so unprofessional and just plain snotty. The service guys were great, they helped me find what I needed, got my oil change done quickly, did a good job on the car wash and vacuum, and were very friendly. The person at the counter had to ask three different people what the yelp check in special was and no one knew about it. She finally got the manager after I asked, I think she was mad that i wouldn't just forget about it. Then she complained to me that the service guys were not supposed to give me the discount they did when I didn't even ask for one, they said it was a special they had going on. She actually asked me why I got special service, all I got was my tire rotation for $9.99 and my oil change for $19.99. Both specials were on one flier. I moved to Mesa last year, tried a few car washes at Cobblestone out of convenience, and came to the conclusion that I did a better job detailing than they did, I was checking my bank statement and noticed I have been charged $29.99 a month since March for a service I never agreed to, I went to Cobblestone on Wed. Morning and asked to speak to the Manager, that's when I encountered the worst customer service by JR, he basically laughed at my issue, after contacting their corporate office, I asked for his supervisor to contact me, it has been 3 days and still waiting, beware of this non customer engaged business. read more

All righty, here's the deal with this place. It's a service business - they're here to make you a return customer. I have a new Camaro and a well-maintained Tahoe and one meticulous husband who is one point with these guys. Yep, we like a thorough wash and occasional wax and oil service all in one shot but like ANY service we pay good money so we WATCH. We did by the package deal and get what we pay for. But Heck, there are young guys working sometimes that are less than stellar but now they know my husband as a reliable return customer who has invested in them and they do not disappoint. Great attention about specials and can manage some constructive criticism and re-dos every now and again. If HE leaves satisfied you can bet the cars have been well taken care of! Saturday today and they were busy busy busy but he came home again with a "yep - good job today" - gave the guy a couple bucks and it was well appreciated. It's a give and take like with any restaurant, beauty salon or whatever service industry - good service - happy customers, happy customers RETURN customers return customers GOOD service. read more

Been going here for years hoping it would get better. First off, if you're a woman, don't even bother. They automatically assume you're an idiot and will continue to badger you to upgrade no matter what service you're requesting. I've been harassed every time whether it was a regular wash or an oil change. I had purchased a card that gave me a certain number of washes, and even then they'd insist on upselling something. I finally resorted to just doing the drive through so I didn't have to deal with ANY sales person at all. Well, now the price went up by $1 (really not that big of a deal) but they don't dry your car at all. No wiping down the windows or even the quick 30 seconds they used to do to at least prevent the dripping. The "new and improved" dryer system might be new, but it isn't any better. And as someone else mentioned, they tape the wiper down but now because they don't have an attendant anywhere, they just leave that on too. read more

Just had our oil changed. It included a free basic wash. Gilbert, who meet us at the entrance, was exceptional. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. I highly recommend this place. Again for a 4th time we have tried to give this Cobble Stone a chance. Previously we have always received horrible customer service but today was the last straw. We do have an over sized truck and we're told we need to go to the Cobble Stone on Higley which is now our car washing location even tho the single butte location is closer to home. However the higley location is closed for remodeling and we were told to ask for JR and he will help us at the single butte location and make sure they hand wash out vehicle. So we headed over to single butte location and talked to JR and of course were told again that they are unable to do so unless we pay more. We pay for a membership and have been told several times by other locations that single butte should hand wash our vehicle if it does not fit. Well for some reason every other location is on the same page but single butte. They do not understand customer service and always do a horrible job anyways. Of course after they told us we have to pay more even tho their other location is under construction we were directed to val vista location. And yet again val vista told us they should have hand washed it. I would highly not recommend this location to anyone and they have lost out on our business and our money all because they can not figure out how to show a little understanding and customer service. My experience with this place for the fourth time going there is completely insufficient of their work. their detailing is over priced for the bad job that is done on my SUV. The next time I took it in I had a wash and wax job done, it was bad, residue of wax not wiped off was all over my SUV. This past time I paid 149.00 for a carpet clean, wax & buff & wheels cleaned. Again a VERY BAD JOB. My SUV took 30 minutes to go through the wash and from there it sat out in the middle of all the traffic with my drivers door open for 45 minutes and all other vehicles where going around mine and getting done until I had to walk into the building and complain to the management. Then they finally started to work on it and the job is poor. My carpets were soaked, wax residue left all over my SUV and when they gave it back to me the temperature thermostat was set to high and on defog and my seat warmer was set on high. Needless to say, I took it home and wiped it down, re cleaned my wheels that were still dirty and had to clean the dirt off of my rear bumper that was easily accessible with the tail gate open. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends and I will never return to this place unless I am fully refunded of all the money that I have spent to have a professional job done that never happened from day 1. My husband just got back from this car wash. I gave him a 5.00 coupon for the Ultimate Wash which is normally 25.00. So, in my calculations, that would make the total 20.00. He said he told them he wanted the wash that was listed on the coupon and nothing more. We have been trying to cut down expenses, and this would make it cheaper than our last car wash place and was only a half mile away. Of course, they slipped in the higher cost car wash, which was the Ultimate Plus instead of the Ultimate and he came home with the receipt of 28.00! And men being who they are will not argue about a coupon. So we paid much more than we usually do at our other car wash. And there were still crumbs inside and my granddaughters feetprints on the back of the seat from our recent trip. There were also greasy black spots all over the back of my white car, and that slimy wax they slather all over the dashboard that I just hate...another reason we didn't want the higher priced wash. This was our first experience at Cobblestone. And we will not be back. From now on, we will go to Dolphin, pay a third of the price and vacuum it out ourselves. They had a potential customer in us, because we literally live almost across the street, but the deceitfulness of some of these places really makes me mad. read more

Still horrible. Nothing outside works correctly, keep having to go inside and wait in line. My wife had to take her car back to have the filter attached properly because it was leaking. Stopped for propane today..Signaled car wash guys who ignored me, walked over to talk to them and they told me to go to the lube space...went in and saw the lead tech showing off karate kicks to 3 others standing around. When I told him I needed propane he said he would send someone as soon as he could. On a positive note, the young man he sent was helpful and quick, once he got there. However, as is par for the course, when I asked him to pay there with a card, as I have done several times, he said he was not sure and I needed to go inside...again. read more

I've tried this location a few times. I usually go to Full Circle car wash, Cobble Stone is about a mile away. First time was right after they opened I had 3 new cars I took over. Everything looked great. Next time was about a year later. Same 3 cars got full detail. They missed some of the interior and missed removing some of the wax. I took care of it my self and said I'd just go back to Full Circle. I did set my son up for the monthly service were he could just take his car though the wash anytime. Had to cancel that. The price was double what they told me. I bought my younger son a old pickup for his first car and decided to take it over to Cobble Stone to get a complete detail. Shampoo carpets wax and buff. $220 When they took it over to wax and buff. The salesman said it really needed claybar to remove deposits from the paint. I agreed added $50 to the $220 I already spent. I watched them they didn't use the clay bar at all just sprayed some chemical on and wiped it off. He showed the clay bar that they would use. They did an ok job with the wax and buff. It was already almost dark, so they finished it looked good. When I got back in the truck in the morning. First there was wax all over the truck. The interior they didn't clean any of the rubber around the windows. Door handles. They did wipe the steering wheel off. The shampoo was just something they spayed on the seats and carpet and vacuumed up. None of it was clean. Worst detail ever. I should have known from when I took a new car over and it wasn't good. Not to go back. I never will again. I will just drive the extra miles and go to Full Circle. read more

Worst car wash I ever been too in my life and I'm 48 spending 25 years in the military moving to different states so I've had my car washed more than once lol. Terrible customer service, and the first time I used them they forgot to vacuum and didn't do a good job at all, I gave them one more chance and this time I paid for the deluxe package and it was still not done good and once again forgot to vacuum, talked to manager this time and all he did was say we only have 20 min a car but if I want to pay more he will clean more. This carwash had a lot of options and I have used over the last few months most of the different options all the way to a full detail. I have been a customer for many years as I live around the corner. I have had my truck washed and waxed several times and lots of oil changes and many services they offer. Only one time in a hundred have I had a complaint and all you need to do is talk to a manager as they are very eager to keep every customer satisfied and happy. One employee who has helped me in the past in the service department and now with car washes is Charles!!!. He totally gets the customer service aspect of his job and goes above and beyond your expectations!!!!!!. So ask for Charles and any complaints that might come up be sure to tell a manager and it will be rectified at once!!!!! read more

Bait and switch! That's the tactic (an illegal one I might add), which comes to mind when I now have to deal with the change made to my service at Cobblestone Auto Spa on Signal Butte & Baseline. I was reluctant to go with the "Ultimate" service where I automatically have an amount deducted from my account for certain services. My wife had touted not only the wash, but that there were vacuums, air, a scent pad and a moist towelette to complete the wash. Once I went with her, I was sold - to me, the complete package was all I would need to keep my vehicle clean. I enjoyed this service for a few months and then came...the change: No longer were they giving me a scent pad, but even worse, the substantial sized moist towelette which I could use to wipe out the interior of my truck, I could also rinse out (I carry a bottle of water with me), then wring it out and use it to wipe off the exterior where needed; instead I was given what is not much more than a moist tissue in a plastic wrap. Not only is this flimsy wipe inadequate for wiping out the interior, it barely takes care of the top of the dash (and it stinks). Then, I have the annoying plastic wrapper it came in to dispose of; many are just tossed in the wind, thus an eye sore to what was once attractive Auto Spa grounds. If the quality of service/product is going to be altered/lowered (which it has), shouldn't the fee be lowered as well? Wouldn't it be wise to either maintain the level of quality in order to increase sales, rather than attempt to save a few bucks by cheating your current customers by switching from a quality wipe to a flimsy tissue? My wife and I have brought Cobblestone several new customers (relatives of ours) by "word of mouth" praise. I would suggest others have too. Should you continue to make your service inferior to what it was, I (and I assume your other customers), will certainly discourage others from using Cobblestone (for a start). R. J. I've been to this location several times. I've never really been that impressed. I use this service because it's close to home. My car is never REALLY clean, its always better than what it was but I feel like I can do a much better job at home. Services are usually done quickly and that's the only reason I rated them three stars. Today I received an oil change and full service car wash. The technician in the service department, Eric was very nice. After trying to sell me every service under the sun for my car he told me, I don't work on commission so it doesn't matter to me one way or the other what you get done today. Cobblestone...please stop with the pushy sales!!! It's really annoying. We know what services you provide, we know about your carwash monthly plans. If we want them, we'll buy them! Been there twice and won't be back again. First time they missed numerous spots, I had to wipe whole truck down when I got home and tire dressing splattered all over sides of truck cause they just caked it on and didn't wipe it off. Bugs all over truck and windshield and side mirrors. Thought I would try again, still spots with bugs and never wiped back window inside or out, you can actually see a swipe mark that showed a lazy attempt at wiping it. Came in on a Saturday afternoon for a wash and was upsold to a carnuba wax. Took about an hour, which is reasonable, but the quality of the work was horrible. Windows were streaked and smeared inside and out. Water spots on ALL the chrome. Sloppy use of the wax and buffer as all the textured plastic and rubber surfaces had wax swirled on to them. Spent 15 minutes pointing out all the problems to a "supervisor" who only seemed to be able to see water spots or excess wax or streaked windows AFTER I pointed them out. Gave up and left. Sent a message in to their customer service and have never heard back. Not good work and the staff is uncaring. read more

I stop frequently for the $3.00 quick wash and then do my own vacuuming. It's a bargain! I get one of the more expensive packages a couple of times a year when the windows need to be cleaned on the inside as that's a job I despise. You just have to pick your package and stick to your guns as they will try to upsell you to an more expensive package. read more
