I took my truck to the car wash off of Higley expecting a really nice turnout. The body of the truck was not bad but they did a horrible job on my rims and tires. I just purchased my bmw less than 10 days ago. My first car wash on vehicle Left scratches on my car. Manager Gustavo Escolsno said The scratches are white so they couldn't be from car wash. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews...most of them seem petty. Anywho, I went here yesterday and the customer service was great. Kevin was super nice on the phone when I called and then when I arrived and he was very pleasant in person. He noticed when I arrived right away and I didn't have to wait. Another guy in the same area was super sweet and even opened my door for me before I got out of my truck. The lady doing the register inside was also friendly. Ehh. Just okay. I used to get the car washed here all the time. It seems to be sort of hit and miss lately. Sometimes I feel like it was a good value and sometimes I get the car back and feel like I got ripped off! Last time, I spent $400 on a full detailing with wax. I literally bought the highest package they sell and the dude STILL tried to upsell me. That's annoying and turns me off. I'd rather skip the high pressure sales technics right out the gate and then I get back to pick up the car and there are five people working on it... so I figure it's going to look amazing and I tipped them each $20 and then I get the car back and it's still dirty! The scratches in the paint that they promised to remove are still there and there are crumbs and trash under the seats. Okay... $500 and I'm still going over to Clean Freak to finish the job myself. Sometimes I don't have an issue, sometimes it's fine and I feel VIP.... But that's usually when I don't pay them $500. read more

I was hoping that this full-service car wash would be great. But, while the employees were extremely nice I have to only give them a two. I bought a $39 Platinum monthly car wash knowing and telling them I really needed a wash and didn't want to do it myself as it was already near 100 degrees out. Well, the outside was good. The guy I picked it up from told me that unfortunately there was too much dog hair to vacuum the car. Huh? I thanked him for being honest. But, I've only had a sheet off my seats once with our Beagle in the car; a breed that doesn't shed a lot. So, I didn't gripe and drove my car to the free vacuums. It looked as though whoever was vacuuming only did part of my driver's side floor...about halfway...and decided to quit. There was most of the hair on the back floor but very little on my seats or passenger side front floor. There was some in the very back. I have a Prius wagon. It took me 15 minutes to finish the job. I don't understand why they refused to finish vacuuming if I paid a $39/monthly Platinum package? They weren't busy. The attendant told me maybe they could finish the vacuuming "next time" I came in. Huh? Well. There won't be a next time as I will be canceling this membership and not returning! Laziness is the excuse, not tons of dog hair. read more

Been here a few times and they are way too fast and do not pay attention to detail. Do not get what I pay for. I drive to Chandler to the Alma School and Germann location because I know when I upgrade I will actually get what I upgraded too and they are very meticulous with the cleaning and pay attention to detail. Please get more training. I would like to feel secure that my wash is being upgraded when I pay for it, but unfortunately I can tell that they did not change the setting or care. They never called my name I had been sitting inside the whole time and when I went out there was still bird poop on my car. I have been waiting for this location to get a yelp so I could share my questionable experience. I came in just looking for a good detail and to get my carpets cleaned. I had done my research on what wash I wanted and roughly how much it was gonna cost $40-50. Right off the bat, the worker was trying to up sell me. I did purchase the extra carpet cleaning and got the Ultimate+. Long story short I was there for over 2 hours and for the last 30 minutes, watching a worker eat a sandwich in front of my finished car. The exterior looked clean but had buff marks and the interior was almost as bad as when it first came in. Cup holders still had coffee spills in it and the dash was barely wiped down. I ended up spending over $80 for this wash and it didn't seem any more special than the $5 wash I can do myself at Super Star down the road. read more

Very disappointed in my experience today. I paid $50 for a wash and when I got back in my car it looked like they barely cleaned the inside. When I was half way home, I realized there was blue soap splattered all over my back seat. I turned back around to let them know of the problem. They apologized and said the window must've been cracked open when they washed my car and they would fix it. Well, they "fixed" it in about 5 minutes and there was STILL blue soap stains on my back seats. I would've been better off washing my car myself. Outside looked good, but I can get the same results in a drive thru car wash. Definitely not coming back to this location. read more

My husband and I came here on Thanksgiving afternoon. The self serve lines said open, everything was open and employees were there. We went thru the first "arm" the second one before the wash would not open. We sat there for ten minutes. The employees walked up through the wash til we honked the horn, then they hid. We finally had to back around that tight curve and into the full service lanes, then get out and move cones so we could get out of there. No little employee noses peeked out to see if we needed help. They notified me when I took my vehicle that there had been a mess up on their part but they were quick to get on it and fix the problem! My daughter went to the Higley & Queen Creek location today for an oil change & to get the inner & exterior of her car cleaned. The man who helped her was not helpful to her with deciding the package she wanted & due to the high oil change cost, she chose a package that wasn't too expensive. She walked to get starbucks & her car was done by the time she got back, which was fine but she didn't even know it was done because the man who helped her didn't ask for her first name, only her last, & put a random first name so she did not know she was being called. when she asked the lady at the desk about it, she got a little bit of an attitude because she had called "Tim" multiple times, but that's not my daughters name, & again she wasn't asked. She got into her car & saw that the outside looked alright but the inside was not satisfactory. the dash looked like it had been wiped down but nothing else did. her seats, her middle console, & doors looked like they had not even been touched. she had recently had the dogs in her car so there was some hair that got on her seats, that was still there. the floor hadn't looked any different or like it has even been vacuumed. we are completely displeased by the service here. she did not even feel comfortable to say anything because of how rude & the mistreatment she had received from the worker putting her name in incorrectly. this was simply awful. read more

Took my car there for an oil change, as I have done in the past. A few days later, my wife noticed oil on the floor, where I park my car. I continue to check over the next few Days and continued to see oil spots. I took the car to my regular mechanic and was told that the oil drain plug was leaking a bit, that there was some type of goop applied and that they would not do an oil change As the threads might be stripped And to fix it, a new oil pan would be necessary. I then took the car back to Cobblestone, spoke to Brian G. He apparently Reviewed the camera, said he would like for a manager of the oil change area to see the plug. I came in the next day, spoke to Brian and was told to pull into the bay.. I did and went looking for him. Could not find him. Another Brian came over, said he was the manager and would look at the car. I got a bit peeved and left as I could not find Brian. I had the car repaired and went back to see Brian the oil change manager. He said that since I had the repairs done, there was nothing he could do. That was not right. They changed the oil, it leaked. I did not appreciate his attitude and will not return. I will let real mechanics Fix the car from now on. I'm out several hundred dollars and have a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I should have checked the reviews before paying $50 for the diamond wash. I have been taking my car here to wash my own car and I can do a better job in 15 minutes then they did. I am so disappointed! The minute I got back in the car it I picked up a big clump of grass on the mat. I then noticed that half of my back row wasn't vacuumed and the third row was never touched. I went back and had them vacuum and expressed my complaints about the dash and cup holders still being dirty. The manager Cortney Lahr is immature and extremely unprofessional. She backed into my car at a location outside of her work and has now 86 me from this location because I wanted to go through insurance. I'm a paying customer with a membership before this incident. Then to add insult to injury all the kids working there are laughing as I'm backing up in tears from embarrassment! What a joke! Where do I begin? Let's start out with the young girl at the counter. I wish I got her name. She was very friendly and was able to talk about the different full service packages they had. I had a coupon that I got in the mail. It was one of those plastic ones. I decided to get the diamond plus because the coupon was for a free wash and shine or $10 off the diamond which is what I got. I gave them my key and they immediately went to work on my car. Great! I thought they will get it done fast! Wrong! I walked around the inside of the store. It was clean and everything was stocked nicely. I was browsing it all and got a fountain drink. I was distracted by just walking around. Then I sat down and started to continue writing my book. This is what kept me busy for most of the time. I dropped my car off today at 9:54am. I looked at my phone it was now 11:30. I was getting a little impatient but I kept my cool. At 11:54, 2 hours after I gave them my car no one had called my name yet. I go up to the counter and ask about my car. The same girl who is super nice asked over the radio about my car. She said it was done! I was happy but also frustrated. She said it's been done for a long time. I still remained calm because it was not her fault. I sat there for way longer than I needed to. I told her no one came to get me and no one ever called my name. I remained in the building during the entire two hours so I would have heard it. I also used the bathroom in there before I gave them my car and bought the package. So I didn't miss it. So someone dropped the ball and wasted a lot of my time. This car wash is in walking distance to my house. That's why I switched to it. After this experience, I much rather drive to Jackson's carwash on market street as I have better experience with them. It was my first time getting a full service wash, but I know for a fact it does not take two hours to wash a car even on a busy day. Doubt I'd give them another chance. It's unfortunate. I purchased the express monthly package and have used it 4 times. Out of the 4 times, I saw an unattended vehicle ram into the curb out of the car wash because the attendant didn't make it to the car in time. We have been stuck inside the car wash twice, and once it came out still soapy because it wasn't aligned correctly. I asked to speak with a manager after being stuck and was told she would meet me outside of the tunnel. She never came. I was told I would be charged $5 for the first two months and then regular price after. They charged full amount on the first month. Super Star is a little farther, but much better in my opinion. DO NOT STOP!! Worst business in Gilbert. I truly have never been so frustrated about customer service! I have waited a few weeks to write this review but after attempting to contact corporate offices unsuccessfully, I want to save someone else from wasting their money here. I signed up for their unlimited monthly services which is double what I was paying elsewhere out of convenience as I live close and I work a lot. The washes are less than subpar. You know you're regretful when you have to "clean" your car after getting home from the car wash. During my last visit, they CRACKED MY SUNROOF SHEILD IN HALF!! These are not cheap to replace. What's worse is the employee casually walked up to me (2 pieces in hand) and said, "Umm sorry we broke this, we don't cover it.. There are signs posted everywhere. I'll just put it in the back of your car". He was so flippant. Talk about class at it's finest. I tried to calm down as I had my daughter and niece with me and tried to cancel right then inside. NOPE... you have to cancel online, no exceptions of course. The cashier didn't even care why I was so frustrated. I've tried to cancel my membership online several times but it's of course not working at the moment. I WILL drive much further for an Honest, High Quality car wash. If you still choose to give this place a try, make sure you plan on bringing extra $$$ and spending extra time. You will need it to fix what they break and refuse to take care of. My brother who also lives in the community got his oil changed here recently and they left off some bolts leaving him with warning lights and an extra trip to the dealership only to tell him the scholar mechanics didn't put it back together correctly. read more

They aren't very thorough with the clean and seem to be more concerned with getting it done quickly. When I got here the most basic full service was $15, did not include an air freshener or wheel/rim cleaning and they do NOT offer a student discount. I can go to Jackson's and pay for a more for their $18 premium wash and use their student discount which makes the total $15 and I get way more out of their service! We had our windshield replaced and instead of linking the old and new account together the person just started a new account. Because I monitor my credit card and my husband monitors his it took us a year to figure this out. We called the number on their website expecting a fight because it was over $330 but he put us on hold and came back and immediately said he could see what had happened and that he would refund the money to our credit card but it could take 5-10 business days. It was credited to the account in 3 days! We were so impressed by that since we are still fighting a credit card charge that a hotel chain claims they initiated a return on in March and we still don't have it! read more
