They did a great job cleaning my car without requiring an appointment from me. They even cleaned out a nasty cup holder I gave up on a couple weeks ago. And the price was extremely reasonable. Another car wash place was asking for triple this cost and I felt Cobblestone did a better job. They were quick and courteous, and had a nice area to wait while your car was being cared for. I will be back soon! read more

I would do a 0 star if I could. My kids are finally with a sitter today so I could do much needed errands without them. Car wash was first in my list. Outside looks great, but I could have done a drive thru for that, instead of waiting 40 minutes to get my car detailed. I paid the expensive wash since the car really needed it. I just got home and noticed a Starbucks wrapper right on passenger side floor, then looked in the back of SUV, what a poor job! $45 and 40 minutes wasted! Will never return. I contacted them as well. Cobblestone Auto Spa - Car Wash Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I would give this Cobblestone zero stars if it was available. At 8:00am I took my wife's Infiniti in for a $254 interior detailing. I'm not worried at the fact that they said it would take 3 hrs to complete and never called (I called at 4:00pm and they said it was done several hours ago and for forgot to call... and I'm not even mad they said the interior detail package included "the Premium Exterior wash" and it's mediocre at best..... however, I am extremely upset at the fact that when I opened my passenger side front door, one of the accent lights was dangling from where it supposed to be mounted. After seeing it dangling, I did attempt to just push it back into its spot to save the workers any embarrassment, however, I noticed the clips were broken on the light. When I attempted to put it back on, despite the broken clips, the detail inspector accused me of breaking the light myself. I said, please call your manager... two managers (Brandon and Sam) came out, they did wipe the film that was in several spots on the door panels other areas... however when I asked them what they will do to address the broken accent light, Sam's response was "we can't take responsibility for loose trim". I told him it was not loose, and we've never had any issues with it before. He said if I bought a new light they "would reinstall it for me". It's a sad situation for cobblestone when they 1) blame the customer, 2) not take ownership, 3) straight up lie that it was already broken or I broke it, and 4) they're unwilling to spend $25-50 to resolve an issue they caused. Please please please do not waste your money. Drive an extra 3-5 miles to any other car wash. read more

First time here and my last. This is why I hate coming to these car washes when you have a rude car wash salesman. I ask what specials they have on there regular advertised washes ask me to get out of my car (which I didn't get) tells me the specials I don't care to hear about I ask no what specials on your current washes not your unlimited, not your package deals. So then I said ok just the $15 wash, then says well that's pointless to get that's not going to get that dirt off you might as well do the $5 wash. I said then give me the $5 wash. I'll never be back to a cobblestone car wash, go back to washing my self like I been UPDATE: I emailed them and NEVER got a response .... read more

I've come here since they opened and recently decided to get our cars oil change done here and a wash. I am very glad we did! We were trading the car in and when it came out I noticed the hood looked like it had hose scratches on it. Unsure how they got there I asked about them and Brian the manager assured us that they were not from the equipment and explained why. He then went and got a 3 in 1 wax and polish that took the scratches right out! Couldn't tell they were ever there! Even tho it was not their fault, he went above and beyond to help us and it paid off on the trade in big time! Life long customer was gained for sure! read more

I just left about an hour ago and if they weren't already closed I would be back to show them this piss poor job. I don't think they even attempted to do anything other than put my car through the tunnel. Was a vacuum used at al? A wet rag on the interior? I've had less than great service a few times but it was never a big deal to me so I let it go. But this? Come on. I'm cancelling my monthly membership ASAP. I can do a better job on my own. This was absolutely the shittiest car wash I've ever received. read more

On February 23rd, I took my truck to get washed During the process, my bumper and front passenger light were damaged. The process of repair was a nightmare, Jeremy Brewer, the GM, does not know how to communicate with his team on how these things work. He never returned my calls, and when the repair was finally scheduled, weeks later, he failed to provide a rental so that I could make it to work. If you want to speak to someone higher up, good luck. Heather Cristou, the customer service manager refuses to return emails or phone calls. As of today, my bumper was replaced, the headlight was not, and I have been refused a refund for my fast pass subscription Thant I was unable to use due to the damage caused at this location. Trap door on the gallows... Went in for oil change (first time there). They replaced cabin filter. I watched as the tech attempted to install a filter he had cut down to fit rather than use the correct filter. I then asked to see the filter so he pulled it back out at which time he realized he wasn't going to be able to get away with it. He went back and got the proper filter to install. All seemed fine except later that day I opened the lower glove compartment which the tech removed to access the filter. It slammed open onto my wife's knees. The tech did not reattach the hydraulic strut that allows the glove box to open gently. Instead, it was like the trap door on the gallows. Careless or Incompetent...?? You decide. As for me, I won't be going back. read more

The home of the $3 car wash express, but they charge $5????? at this location. We did not know that until it was time to pay. The employee said that they had made improvements. It seems like the same spray, length of time, same wash, same soap, same wind, same free vacuum, samehelpful employees; what's improved? I did notice the attendant had a sign in hand that had an arrow on it that when turned around had "neutral foot off break" Don't see the 2$ improvements. At $3 it was a value, @ $5 it a not. I do not want you to loose money, but $2 is huge, I just go done the street where they still have a sign for 3$ lite wash. I guess we will know after the snow birds leave and u just have the locals left; what u will charge. read more

I bought the platinum package for $22 for 1 month of service. My husband has been getting car washes every week and has been satisfied with the car wash. Things went south very quickly with their credibility. My husband went to get the car wash and was told that the card declined for renewal. I had to cancel all of my cards because of a security breach. My husband questioned why are they auto renewing the agreement without our written consent. He is a clueless kid with no answers. Well, this week I check my bank account and notice that Cobblestone has a pending charge. How did they bypass a cancelled card. Very shady. Contacting the AG and filing a complaint. read more

Cobblestone Auto Spa - Watching the cars get cleaned - Car Wash Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

Terrible system for full service. I waited over an hour from the time I arrived. Other cars were finished before mine even though they came off the line 20 minutes after mine. They should have a system where one person takes the car from the car wash line and stays with it through to completion, instead of dropping it in one of 4 finish lanes that are under manned. Also, customers would leave and go to Starbucks, and come back well after their car was finished, blocking the lane for others to be able to get their cars out. Manager should move the cars if you are not there when your car is finished. Terrible system. They did a nice job on the interior, decent job on the windows. Exterior needed some work, but they were so busy and understaffed that they never put the extra effort in . Arrived at 2:10 and finally left at 3:20 on a a Monday read more

Just horrible I paid them to detail my car just for me to pull right over to the self serve section and clean the whole entire thing myself and vacuum it! Took me 30 min compared to their 5 min horrible job! Should have got my money back for this! I'm so upset! Everyone do not waste your money and the guy saw that he didn't clean it yet stood there waiting for his tip! Such a disgrace read more

I've learned after trying this place many times now, that no matter how much you pay for a wash, they simply refuse to wipe dust off the interior, wipe out the cup holders, clean wheels, or wipe the door jambs. Do yourself a favor, get the quick drive thru wash and clean the rest yourself, because even if you pay $40, you'll be doing it anyway when you get home. read more

I have used this car wash many times. They are all very courteous and do a good job for the money. Try it, you will be back.

Unfortunately cobblestone has gone down hill. There is zero sense of urgency or attention to detail. What used to be a 20-30 min process is now 45-60min. When I spoke with a manager about this he could have cared less. Looks like I will be looking for a new alternative read more

I have been to this location many times and have always had a great experience. Today I observed an incident that made me very skeptical of this business. I saw a car exiting the car wash tunnel in front of me which had no driver in it exit the tunnel and run it into a safety wall. The tire cover then fell off on the ground. I beeped my horn and a worker came running out and jumped in the car. He then proceeded to back over the tire cover and drive away dragging it. I then observed the driver and another worker attempting to fix the tire cover. I fully understand things happen but my concern is that they had no intention at all of notifying the owner of the vehicle of what transpired. Shady business practices. read more

Huge Shout Out to Car Wash manager Brian, and Oil Change Manager, Alyse for helping me with my car. There was an unexplained electrical glitch after a car wash (NOT their fault), my car wouldn't start, and they spent an hour helping me get it started. Jesus! I should have just walked up and tossed my $32! in the garbage can. After our wash was done we had to redo the whole interior and wipe the dirt off all the door jams, running boards, bumpers tahno cover, wheel wells and front grill. no one vacuumed the center console or all the nooks in the doors. 1st impression is everything and this 1st impression tells me to NEVER go back. My BIG BEEF with them = ordered the unlimited car wash with them for 2 separate vehicles, and ended up cancelling both about a week before the memberships renewed. I only used them for a month, in order to try them out. Well, low and behold, BOTH of my tags have DIFFERENT member numbers on both sides (i.e., the one facing inside the car is NOT the same as the one facing outside). I happened to cancel the outside tag, naturally, as that one was easier to access...but, NOPE, not that easy today! That number was actually SOMEONE ELSES MEMBERSHIP?!?!?! So, I'm stuck waiting for 'corporate' to 'fix' my unusual issue and cancel them both manually, while the other people won't even know that they lost their membership until they come back in for a wash. What a joke!!! If you can't get YOUR OWN tags right, then you have no business near my cars. Sorry...Thanks, but no thanks! Hahahah!!!! read more

When your vehicle is crashed into a barricade by the members of the Cobblestone wash team you'd expect for them to acknowledge this situation in a timely and professional manner! This is not the case with anything after the Cobblestone wash team let our family vehicle roll off the wash belt after a professional oil change from the service department. When this originally happened no one came too us and said an accident was made. We found out for ourselves as they were laughing about it. Had to tell the manager to come out and address the situation but all he cared to do was watch video of it happening. Several emails and phone calls have been made to the J.R and Jason. These guys were supposed to help coordinate according to the corporate office in Scottsdale. We had to drive across the valley to try and get something resolved and talk to anyone that could just help get our vehicle fixed. This has been two weeks and still no further than the day the truck left this location. Just goes to show you Managment doesn't care to help! Accidents happen but you own up to your mistakes. This is not the case with this Cobblestone. Be careful letting anyone in your vehicle at this place! read more

Called ahead for a price to change the oil. Stated CLEARLY THREE TIMES on the call it was 8 quarts in a 5.3 Chevy motor. THEY quoted $83 which is what I normally pay. My family and I have been regular customers of this car wash for about six months now and have been treated fairly well. I came to the car wash today with my daughters car to wash it for her and told them that one of the platic/metal fairings on the roof tends to get pulled up during the car wash and if they could tape it down that would be great. They called the manager over (Brandon) and he said sorry we don't tape down anything. He said that they would just pop it back in place if it came up. As I exited the car wash one of the employees grabbed my roof faring off the ground as it was bent beyond repair. The same manager Brandon came over and said they could pop it back in place for me but they couldn't fix the damage that had occurred to that fairing. I am so dismayed by his lack of taking responsibility for the damage that occurred to my vehicle that my family and I will stop coming to this car wash. I will post pictures for you to judge for yourself. May 13th: still waiting for a reply from someone from Cobblestone. Have sent numerous emails and made numerous posts to no avail. read more

My car sat drying with spots while other cars were tended to. Car was not clean or properly blown. Water running off car as I drive. Before you ask my car was ahead of others in the queue. Most will dismiss this to the great resignation or Covid staffing. I see this as a lack of concern for the customer.Sadly this is not the first time. I contacted management and got no reply. Watch out! They have no safety measure in place Incase you accidentally suck up something in their "free" vacuum's. And to top it off I go and try to ask for help and the lady mopping the door informs me they are closed and that they can't turn off the machines until 8 or 9 pm. I attempted to ask which is it and she said I don't know. I asked to call a manager or the owner and she said no because they will tell you the same. It was not until I Told her I am not leaving until I speak to someone that she grabbed the evening manager. I told him what I saw myself accidentally suck up and he explained that those cylinder are not really where everything goes and it everything gets sucked into 1 on the 2 larger tanks hidden. He followed up with taking my name and number and said he would look for it and let me know either way. I didn't get a message. What worries me the most is as I had the manager talking and I am explained my concerns of leaving and waiting for a call back he found himself bragging about the things he has found. AVOID this place at all costs! The employees are terribly rude. The guy who holds the little paper sign guiding you onto the track was having a hard time holding it straight. I mean, come on, how hard can this be? I didn't feel confident that I was on the track properly but he signaled me to put my car in neutral anyway so I did. Something went terribly wrong and I had to slam on my brakes before I hit the car in the car wash in front of me. A guy in a gray shirt named Brandon came out and immediately started covering his you-know-what. Saying I hit the gas! Please-I've been through car washes hundreds of times and know I did not hit the gas. He was so very condescending and literally argued with me on this issue. Anyway I asked him if I hit the car in front of me and he said "yes ma'am, you did". I got out to look at the damage and there was none, which he also acknowledged. His little employee who was having trouble holding the arrow sign also started giving me an attitude, rolling his eyes and such, as Brandon authoritatively explained that there are no errors in the car wash and it's only human error that causes these things. I realize now that most like likely the human error was the guy with paper arrow job. He could not have been more apathetic and as I mentioned, couldn't even hold them straight. I then asked Brandon if the car in front of me knew they had been hit and he proceeded to say I did NOT hit them! Oh please...first he said I did and then he said I did not. My oldest son was in the back seat and witnessed the whole thing so I can confidently say these issues occurred. I decided not to pull off and further discuss after exiting the car wash because Brandon was in no place to resolve anything. He was more interested in c y a. I'm so appalled at how I was spoken to and treated. I know exactly what happened and will not accept to be made to feel like I'm insane. This business needs to rethink their paper signs or make sure you hire someone who's happy about holding them. No smile, no hi, nothing-just pure misery. To other consumers: skip this place...there are plenty of others in Gilbert. ***UPDATE*** after reading the managers response, I still am standing by all of the above 100%. The company has no issue with the guy, who was apparently extensively trained to hold the paper sign, holding the sign and pointing the arrow diagonally. How do I drive diagonally onto the track?! I wish I had a video of this guy and the whole situation would be different. I told Brandon that if I hit the gas or any of the other issues above, I would 110% be accountable for that. Especially since no damage, I would not make this stink. I also find it interesting that the manager has no concern over Brandon saying I hit the car and then when I asked if the car ahead knew, after verifying no damage, he said I did not. I'm not a woman who will sit there and be bullied by the couple of men trying to tell me how it is at the car wash. Again, avoid this place! Should you have an incident, you're on your own. Also, I will not be contacting you for an investigation since as you wrote above, you are not open to the possibility something went wrong on your end. read more

Terrible clean, terrible customer service, would highly recommend it wasting your money and finding somewhere else to go.

If I could give it a zero I would. After bringing my truck to multiple cobblestones in the past for oil changes and a car wash this location refused to send my truck into the tunnel. So adding a 60 dollar hand washing fee and they don't even touch the bed of the truck.
