I bought the platinum package for $22 for 1 month of service. My husband has been getting car washes every week and has been satisfied with the car wash. Things went south very quickly with their credibility. My husband went to get the car wash and was told that the card declined for renewal. I had to cancel all of my cards because of a security breach. My husband questioned why are they auto renewing the agreement without our written consent. He is a clueless kid with no answers. First time here and my last. This is why I hate coming to these car washes when you have a rude car wash salesman. I ask what specials they have on there regular advertised washes ask me to get out of my car (which I didn't get) tells me the specials I don't care to hear about I ask no what specials on your current washes not your unlimited, not your package deals. So then I said ok just the $15 wash, then says well that's pointless to get that's not going to get that dirt off you might as well do the $5 wash. I said then give me the $5 wash. I've come here since they opened and recently decided to get our cars oil change done here and a wash. I am very glad we did! We were trading the car in and when it came out I noticed the hood looked like it had hose scratches on it. Unsure how they got there I asked about them and Brian the manager assured us that they were not from the equipment and explained why. He then went and got a 3 in 1 wax and polish that took the scratches right out! Couldn't tell they were ever there! Even tho it was not their fault, he went above and beyond to help us and it paid off on the trade in big time! Life long customer was gained for sure! read more

I don't think they even attempted to do anything other than put my car through the tunnel. Was a vacuum used at al? A wet rag on the interior? I've had less than great service a few times but it was never a big deal to me so I let it go. But this? Come on. I'm cancelling my monthly membership ASAP. I can do a better job on my own. On February 23rd, I took my truck to get washed During the process, my bumper and front passenger light were damaged. The process of repair was a nightmare, Jeremy Brewer, the GM, does not know how to communicate with his team on how these things work. He never returned my calls, and when the repair was finally scheduled, weeks later, he failed to provide a rental so that I could make it to work. If you want to speak to someone higher up, good luck. Heather Cristou, the customer service manager refuses to return emails or phone calls. As of today, my bumper was replaced, the headlight was not, and I have been refused a refund for my fast pass subscription Thant I was unable to use due to the damage caused at this location. Trap door on the gallows... Went in for oil change (first time there). They replaced cabin filter. I watched as the tech attempted to install a filter he had cut down to fit rather than use the correct filter. I then asked to see the filter so he pulled it back out at which time he realized he wasn't going to be able to get away with it. He went back and got the proper filter to install. All seemed fine except later that day I opened the lower glove compartment which the tech removed to access the filter. It slammed open onto my wife's knees. The tech did not reattach the hydraulic strut that allows the glove box to open gently. Instead, it was like the trap door on the gallows. Careless or Incompetent...?? You decide. The home of the $3 car wash express, but they charge $5????? at this location. We did not know that until it was time to pay. The employee said that they had made improvements. It seems like the same spray, length of time, same wash, same soap, same wind, same free vacuum, samehelpful employees; what's improved? I did notice the attendant had a sign in hand that had an arrow on it that when turned around had "neutral foot off break" Don't see the 2$ improvements. At $3 it was a value, @ $5 it a not. I do not want you to loose money, but $2 is huge, I just go done the street where they still have a sign for 3$ lite wash. Terrible system for full service. I waited over an hour from the time I arrived. Other cars were finished before mine even though they came off the line 20 minutes after mine. They should have a system where one person takes the car from the car wash line and stays with it through to completion, instead of dropping it in one of 4 finish lanes that are under manned. Also, customers would leave and go to Starbucks, and come back well after their car was finished, blocking the lane for others to be able to get their cars out. Manager should move the cars if you are not there when your car is finished. Terrible system. They did a nice job on the interior, decent job on the windows. I've learned after trying this place many times now, that no matter how much you pay for a wash, they simply refuse to wipe dust off the interior, wipe out the cup holders, clean wheels, or wipe the door jambs. Do yourself a favor, get the quick drive thru wash and clean the rest yourself, because even if you pay $40, you'll be doing it anyway when you get home. read more

Jesus! I should have just walked up and tossed my $32! in the garbage can. After our wash was done we had to redo the whole interior and wipe the dirt off all the door jams, running boards, bumpers tahno cover, wheel wells and front grill. no one vacuumed the center console or all the nooks in the doors. 1st impression is everything and this 1st impression tells me to NEVER go back. I have been to this location many times and have always had a great experience. Today I observed an incident that made me very skeptical of this business. I saw a car exiting the car wash tunnel in front of me which had no driver in it exit the tunnel and run it into a safety wall. The tire cover then fell off on the ground. I beeped my horn and a worker came running out and jumped in the car. He then proceeded to back over the tire cover and drive away dragging it. I then observed the driver and another worker attempting to fix the tire cover. I fully understand things happen but my concern is that they had no intention at all of notifying the owner of the vehicle of what transpired. Shady business practices. read more

When your vehicle is crashed into a barricade by the members of the Cobblestone wash team you'd expect for them to acknowledge this situation in a timely and professional manner! This is not the case with anything after the Cobblestone wash team let our family vehicle roll off the wash belt after a professional oil change from the service department. When this originally happened no one came too us and said an accident was made. We found out for ourselves as they were laughing about it. Had to tell the manager to come out and address the situation but all he cared to do was watch video of it happening. Several emails and phone calls have been made to the J.R and Jason. These guys were supposed to help coordinate according to the corporate office in Scottsdale. We had to drive across the valley to try and get something resolved and talk to anyone that could just help get our vehicle fixed. This has been two weeks and still no further than the day the truck left this location. Just goes to show you Managment doesn't care to help! Accidents happen but you own up to your mistakes. My BIG BEEF with them = ordered the unlimited car wash with them for 2 separate vehicles, and ended up cancelling both about a week before the memberships renewed. I only used them for a month, in order to try them out. Well, low and behold, BOTH of my tags have DIFFERENT member numbers on both sides (i.e., the one facing inside the car is NOT the same as the one facing outside). I happened to cancel the outside tag, naturally, as that one was easier to access...but, NOPE, not that easy today! That number was actually SOMEONE ELSES MEMBERSHIP?!?!?! So, I'm stuck waiting for 'corporate' to 'fix' my unusual issue and cancel them both manually, while the other people won't even know that they lost their membership until they come back in for a wash. I bought the works wash for $27.00 and they didnt vacuum the back of my truck, my rims are still dirty and my tonneau cover is half cleaned. I also noticed white chips on the door which the worked said was chipped paint. I was able to wipe them off with a towel when I got home. Overall not such a good wash! read more

This place absolutely sucks paid to have my truck cleaned. Not only for the outside but inside too, everything was done way under par highly dissatisfied with their work ethic and pride they take in their work. The dirt they didn't wash off was smeared around with glass cleaner the inside was half way wiped down. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

Called ahead for a price to change the oil. Stated CLEARLY THREE TIMES on the call it was 8 quarts in a 5.3 Chevy motor. THEY quoted $83 which is what I normally pay. My family and I have been regular customers of this car wash for about six months now and have been treated fairly well. I came to the car wash today with my daughters car to wash it for her and told them that one of the platic/metal fairings on the roof tends to get pulled up during the car wash and if they could tape it down that would be great. They called the manager over (Brandon) and he said sorry we don't tape down anything. He said that they would just pop it back in place if it came up. As I exited the car wash one of the employees grabbed my roof faring off the ground as it was bent beyond repair. The same manager Brandon came over and said they could pop it back in place for me but they couldn't fix the damage that had occurred to that fairing. I am so dismayed by his lack of taking responsibility for the damage that occurred to my vehicle that my family and I will stop coming to this car wash. Watch out! They have no safety measure in place Incase you accidentally suck up something in their "free" vacuum's. And to top it off I go and try to ask for help and the lady mopping the door informs me they are closed and that they can't turn off the machines until 8 or 9 pm. I attempted to ask which is it and she said I don't know. I asked to call a manager or the owner and she said no because they will tell you the same. It was not until I Told her I am not leaving until I speak to someone that she grabbed the evening manager. I told him what I saw myself accidentally suck up and he explained that those cylinder are not really where everything goes and it everything gets sucked into 1 on the 2 larger tanks hidden. He followed up with taking my name and number and said he would look for it and let me know either way. I didn't get a message. What worries me the most is as I had the manager talking and I am explained my concerns of leaving and waiting for a call back he found himself bragging about the things he has found. AVOID this place at all costs! The employees are terribly rude. The guy who holds the little paper sign guiding you onto the track was having a hard time holding it straight. I mean, come on, how hard can this be? I didn't feel confident that I was on the track properly but he signaled me to put my car in neutral anyway so I did. Something went terribly wrong and I had to slam on my brakes before I hit the car in the car wash in front of me. A guy in a gray shirt named Brandon came out and immediately started covering his you-know-what. Saying I hit the gas! Please-I've been through car washes hundreds of times and know I did not hit the gas. He was so very condescending and literally argued with me on this issue. Anyway I asked him if I hit the car in front of me and he said "yes ma'am, you did". I got out to look at the damage and there was none, which he also acknowledged. His little employee who was having trouble holding the arrow sign also started giving me an attitude, rolling his eyes and such, as Brandon authoritatively explained that there are no errors in the car wash and it's only human error that causes these things. I realize now that most like likely the human error was the guy with paper arrow job. He could not have been more apathetic and as I mentioned, couldn't even hold them straight. I then asked Brandon if the car in front of me knew they had been hit and he proceeded to say I did NOT hit them! Oh please...first he said I did and then he said I did not. My oldest son was in the back seat and witnessed the whole thing so I can confidently say these issues occurred. I decided not to pull off and further discuss after exiting the car wash because Brandon was in no place to resolve anything. He was more interested in c y a. I'm so appalled at how I was spoken to and treated. I know exactly what happened and will not accept to be made to feel like I'm insane. This business needs to rethink their paper signs or make sure you hire someone who's happy about holding them. No smile, no hi, nothing-just pure misery. To other consumers: skip this place...there are plenty of others in Gilbert. ***UPDATE*** after reading the managers response, I still am standing by all of the above 100%. The company has no issue with the guy, who was apparently extensively trained to hold the paper sign, holding the sign and pointing the arrow diagonally. How do I drive diagonally onto the track?! I wish I had a video of this guy and the whole situation would be different. I told Brandon that if I hit the gas or any of the other issues above, I would 110% be accountable for that. Especially since no damage, I would not make this stink. I also find it interesting that the manager has no concern over Brandon saying I hit the car and then when I asked if the car ahead knew, after verifying no damage, he said I did not. I'm not a woman who will sit there and be bullied by the couple of men trying to tell me how it is at the car wash. Again, avoid this place! Should you have an incident, you're on your own. Also, I will not be contacting you for an investigation since as you wrote above, you are not open to the possibility something went wrong on your end. read more

If I could give it a zero I would. After bringing my truck to multiple cobblestones in the past for oil changes and a car wash this location refused to send my truck into the tunnel. So adding a 60 dollar hand washing fee and they don't even touch the bed of the truck. When I went to get my money back for absolutely horrendous service the cashier had the audacity to say the manager was leaving and to suck it up. AVOID this place like the plague people. I took my truck to the car wash off of Higley expecting a really nice turnout. The body of the truck was not bad but they did a horrible job on my rims and tires. So bad that as soon as I got home I redid my truck. You don't take your vehicle to a car wash to redo it as soon as you get home. read more

After a long trip, our car needed detailing. After it's "spa", we noted that it was not vacuumed well in the rear, that it had not been wiped down in the passenger and driver compartments and that there was a new scratch across the hood. We are very disappointed. read more
