I received a free car wash coupon from a Cobblestone booth at a local festival and went in today to redeem it. When I scanned the coupon, the worker directing cars told me to pull forward and said if I wanted to upgrade it would be $4. I went inside to pay for the upgrade, but the employee at the counter told me the coupon had already been used. Since I had never used it before, I asked to speak with the manager. He said it was probably a mistake when they handed the coupons out at the festival, but told me I would have to pay $28 for the wash. The interaction felt very rude and dismissive, which was frustrating since the issue clearly wasn't my fault. After some back and forth, he finally agreed to let me upgrade for the $4, but he rudely grabbed the coupon out of my hand and said, "I better take this." The whole experience left a bad impression. To make matters worse, after all of that they didn't even give me the air freshener that I paid for. I have a membership with them. They run specials from time to time. I purchased an inside detail for Tuesday because I didn't have time the day I was there. Paid for it at the register inside. I came on Tuesday like I was supposed too. They said they couldn't honor it because the guy that sold it to me wasn't there so they had no proof ( I had the receipt). I am beyond upset. The manager wouldn't come out to talk to me. They finally did it but it was not a good experience. I will never buy another side item. I think I'm going to cancel my membership. I'm 79 so it's been convenient to have it really bugs me when I get such poor customer service. read more

I have always loved cobblestone, usually I go to the one on signal butte and the 60 but we were near the one on queen creek road today. We just got our son a car for his recent 16th and I thought hey let's get this thing washed so my son and pop in, I paid $28 for the ultimate wash. That includes a vacuum, wash and wipe down in and out. We walk the outside and I noticed the bottom of the car was still wet so I nicely asked the guy to dry it. Then handed him our ticket and a $5 tip. We start driving down the road and I'm looking at the floor only to notice it wasn't vacuumed, or wiped down inside. We turn around go back I asked then what is included in the ultimate wash, he tells me and I then showed him it wasn't vacuumed or wiped down inside. He says omg I'm so sorry pull up and we will handle it, they vacuum it, they don't wipe it down. At this point I don't want to be a Karen because my son is already fully embarrassed (typical 16 year old) so we leave. I walk around the car again when we got home and they didn't wipe any of the top of the car. We just had a family member purchase a year of car washed for him for Christmas, I will be reminding him to go to the one on signal butte from now on. I'm super disappointed seems like since spotless brands bought them most of their full service washes have gone to crap. I also work for a company who provided asphalt paving for a few of the self service washes and let's just say it took us a year to be paid on work we did. I'm very disappointed with my experience at this location, ridiculously slow. I arrived at 11:30 AM, and it is now 1:05 PM. I came in for a simple oil change, and there were only three cars ahead of me. At 12:49 PM, the vehicle in front of me began its oil change, yet as of 1:06 PM, my car still has not been serviced. The wait time is unreasonable given the number of vehicles in line. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning. I rather go to Walmart if I will have to wait 2 hours+. I've been a member for over a year, I'm not sure if this company is under new owners or management, but I've never been treated so poorly. Not only will I never go to this location ever again. The manager Gustavo Escalona gave me a name and number for management, a J.R. Moralez, who is impossible to contact to resolve my issue. The number is just the office number and no extension or proper directory. I'm looking to contact the CEO, I believe it's Tuck Bettin, hoping he can resolve my issue before I take legal action. I was at the Cobblestones today off S 51st Ave and Baseline. There was a manager there who kept walking around my car while I was cleaning it harassing us. Then before we could pick up some trash that fall out of the car he walked up to us talking about he was refusing services to us and saying stuff about the trash I'm like you don't even give us a chance to clean up yet there was other cars around who had trash by their cars and dude ain't say anything to them then he stated he was trespassing me from the car wash and that he was the manager when I asked for the regional manager he hurried up and went in the office and refused to come out and talk to me this was a very poor experience and something need to be done I feel very disrespected by this man and he don't need to be working there if he is treating customer like this I can only image how he treats the staff there. I want someone from your corporate office to contact me immediately about this issue I have the man on video and I have a video of the parking lot showing where there was all types of trash in the ground and he did nothing about it but he wanted to come to me and keep walking around my car. Spent $400 for them to not listen to what I wanted and to make my Van look 10x worse than when I dropped off On September 6, 2024, I dropped off my van at 7:15 AM and provided clear instructions to the staff. I requested a hand wash and specifically asked for the top of the van to be polished. The reason for this request was that I wanted to see if the faded paint on the top could be polished to match the shiny lower portion of the van. If the top polished out well, I would have considered further work to blend the appearance. At 9:36 AM, I received a call from the location stating that the work was completed. However, upon arriving around 12:00 PM, I found that my instructions had not been followed. The top had not been polished, and instead, the bottom half had been polished, which was the exact opposite of what I had requested. This created an even more noticeable contrast between the faded top and the polished bottom, worsening the appearance of the van. The Impact: I approached the sales representative to address the issue, and they explained that they had not polished the top because they believed it "would never polish out." However, I had successfully polished the hood, which was in the same condition as the roof, and knew that the top could be improved. I suggested they try polishing a small, inconspicuous spot as a test. Rather than following my suggestion, the sales rep responded by saying, "I'll just have him go over it." The technician began polishing the top in direct sunlight, with temperatures exceeding 105 degrees Fahrenheit. This resulted in the compound baking into the paint, leaving swirl marks and dried polishing compound on the surface. Additionally, the sales representative asked how long it took me to polish the van myself after I returned the next day to show them the results. The honest answer was that it took me longer to set up the ladder and lights than it did to polish the van. The following day, I returned to show the staff my results. The sales representative claimed that I had polished the "easiest side" and initially provided several excuses for why the job hadn't been done as requested. He also mentioned, "This is why we didn't want to do this job," but at no point during the original quote did anyone inform me they were hesitant to take on the work. After further discussion, the store manager quoted me an additional $1,000 to finish the job. My request to at least remove the excess compound that had baked into the paint was dismissed. The fact that the van was returned to me with compound still stuck to the paint, without an attempt to inform me it couldn't be removed, made me feel as though my concerns weren't properly addressed. read more

Despite this, they have continued charging my card every single month for the last 6 months. I've emailed them multiple times and received no resolution. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I like using this specific Cobblestone. I like the fact that they do not have the metal guard rails that you have to drive your car wheels in between. There's just a little conveyor belt that you drive up on and it takes you through the car wash. I love that my wheels do not get damaged Utilizing this location. It's nice to know there's a quality car wash that cares about my vehicle. I believe it's a great value and much less stressful experience. read more

I have already emailed the company directly but wanted to leave a review. Upon seeing that they have a two star rating, I am not surprised. I was just at the Queen Creek location and a few things alarmed me. To start off I feel VERY rushed when there upon arrival. They talk and move so fast I feel like to catch you off guard so you're agreeing to something. I get my receipt and it is not my name, they cross out Phillip and wrote my name. The receipt said vanilla scent when I asked for new car and there was a $3 3+ row charge. He did not charge me that but there's something fishy going on there with the receipts. Lastly, and my biggest annoyance is that they BROKE my cup holder! I didn't notice until I stopped to get lunch on my way home. They need to treat our cars as if they are their own. Been a customer for 4 years. Took my car to this location last year and was told I needed a new sticker. The guy who did that downgraded my membership to the most basic plan without even asking or letting me know. I just recently found out all of this and when I called corporate they proceeded to tell me that it would be an additional $6 a month to get back on the plan that I didn't ask to be removed from. My paint is now wearing because I haven't been getting a wax on it for an entire year . Clearly they don't care about their customers. Go somewhere else. read more

I've been taking my cars to this location since the day that it opened. The quality of the washes at this location just continues to go down month after month. The cloth in the auto wash is full of dirt and the water often has a musty smell to it. It's hit or miss as to wether all of the spray nozzles will be working on any given day. The air nozzles at the vacuum stations blow so much water vapor that you can't use them and the shammy towels are often soaking wet. My new car with less than 4,000 miles is already starting to show swirl marks on the surface. While that's not uncommon when using automatic car washes if you plan on visiting this location you'd be wise to have a solid paint protectant applied yearly and not from them. Have a professional detail shop do it. What finally pushed me to cancel my wash passes was when I recently took the car in for a simple inside wipe down and vacuum. I think it was $35ish with my membership discount. When I went to pick the car up I noticed right away that door jambs were not wiped down. The glass looked like it had smudges streaked across it and the employee didn't even bother to lift up the edge of the floor mats which were full of debris. So not having any time to deal with them I pulled around and finished the job myself. This location and apparently many others are simply mismanaged. They seem to forget that a mile away next to Home Depot is an abandoned Full Circle car wash that went under likely for the reasons I've discussed here. I think I'm either going to seek out a new wash company or build a wash cart with a deionizing filter and just wash my cars in my driveway. read more

I took my car in for an oil change. Spent over $140 for it and including a wash. No discounts. As my car pulled out of the was into the detail area, I noticed the employees laughing at my car. This was humiliating and no way to treat a paying customer. Then when I got in my car I got a coupon for 30% off an oil change. Why wasn't this offered to me when I asked if there were any discounts. Of all the Gilbert-area cobblestones, this one is the worst I've experienced. Recently, I brought in a car for a wash. Upon picking up my vehicle and having to vacuum all of the spots they missed, I noticed that the windshield wiper was stuck in the middle of the windshield. I brought it to the associate's attention, and he reviewed the cameras and told me that one of the workers pulled the wiper and broke a part of the arm, causing it to fall out of place. He took down my information and said they would order and repair it, and that they would call me back the following day to schedule it. After not calling me as promised, I called the location 3 days later and was told the manager was busy. The phone rep assured me that the manager, Sam, would call me. Another few days went by, and I called back. At this point, Brian, another manager, told me he wasn't familiar with "the case". He looked into it and said he saw the part was ordered but on backorder. He also said he would call me the next day, but failed to do so. After calling again, I reached Sam, who told me they were not responsible for the damage. This carwash is run by a negligent group of workers who couldn't care less about their customers and their vehicles. On top of all this, they don't do a good job washing your car. Simple things like wiping down the backs of seats and vacuuming are half-assed. I would never come back to this place. read more

Unless you enjoy the hassle of cleaning and vacuuming the interior of your vehicle after paying for them to do it, I would suggest seeking an alternative. This establishment has earned the lowest ratings for any car wash in the entire county, and all are completely warranted. The accompanying images were captured immediately after the full service car wash had been "completed." While these concerns are not new, I continued utilizing their services solely due to their convenient location in hopes quality would improve. However, I will gladly drive a few extra miles in order to receive acceptable service. I've been to this location a few times as it is the closest full service car wash to QC/STV but I will not be back! First of all, the attendant was super aggressive about trying to upsell my wash choice. That was kind of a turn off but not a deal breaker. The next day I realized a hub and phone charger cords were missing from my vehicle. Spoke with the manager who reviewed video but said they did not see anyone take anything from my vehicle, although he admitted they don't have an angle directly into the inside of the car. These items were also neatly wound up so they could have been easily pocketed. I would caution anyone visiting this location to brace yourself for the attendant to be relentless about trying to upsell services and remove ANYTHING of value from your car!!! read more

I've been coming to this location for a few months now, overall my experience has been mostly positive! my last interaction with one of the employees resulted in me ending my membership. When i bought my unlimited membership i was specifically told I did not have to put the membership sticker on my windshield. My car is brand new and i'm not ruining my windshield or paint with a sticker. Earlier today i went to get my weekly wash and the bald guy from the drive-through section runs up to my car asking me to put my window down so I do. He asked to see my Unlimited sticker so i gave it to him. When I do he goes you have to put the sticker on your windshield. I told him that when I signed up, the guy told me it wasn't necessary to do so and he has my plate. He immediately got aggressive and told me "that's why he's been fired". He wouldn't give me my sticker back and insisted he has to put it on my car himself. After much bak and forth I asked him if i just could cancel my membership. he grabbed me a cancellation card and wrote the wrong Unlimited plan number on it lol. read more

This is review is specifically for car wash services. I have never used Cobblestone's other services. I've come to this specific location several times, and they've done a good job on my car wash. I came out last week for a wash because I had spent 2 weeks in Flagstaff and the car was pretty beat up from the snow storm and salt roads. They did a really good job, and Jacob even sold me on getting the Works unlimited monthly package. Did I really want or need the package? No, not really. But I like having a squeaky clean car all week long, and how many times have you gotten your car washed only to have bird poop on your car the very next day?! How convenient (and the savings) to be able to just take your car in again even within the same week! They have the option of self-serve to go through the car wash and self vacuum OR full service. They seem to be pretty well staffed. Highlights: FREE POPCORN & lots of snacks and drinks for purchase Good to know: SUNDAY is probably the busiest day of the week. read more

What can I say about coming to this specific Cobblestone location. I have been to plenty before and it has not always been perfect but it has always been a pleasure going to get my car washed. Than we come to this location and I get a full service wash done. I informed the first individual that help me if they can vacuum under the seats in the back I would really appreciate it being a father of toddler twins. I go to grab my vehicle when they said it was ready gave them my receipt and tip and never did a walk around, as in past time I have that trust in cobblestone to always do a adequate job. I opened my rear door and what do I see nothing but debris, they did not even vacuum my vehicle which is absurd. I went back to the location on the way to a family party and asked for the manger, it took the front desk girl three times to get the manger to come talk to me. I was super nice and respectful. Her name was Jasmine she did not once apologize, did not make any recommendations on what we can do to fix the problem until I asked her can I come back to just vacuum my car and her response was um well I guess if you want to. I ended up just vacuuming myself. This was the worst experience I have had at a cobblestone and can understand all the bad reviews this location receives. Beware! Don't go here. I have been using this location for years for both car washes and oil changes, but today was my last day! The high-pressure sales they put on you when you are simply trying to get a quick self-wash is ridiculous. They immediately hound you and when I politely tell them "No thank you, I don't want to buy a membership", they turn it into an argument. They want you to explain your decisions to them and won't walk away even after you tell them you don't need any help and don't want a membership. My wife and two daughters refuse to go to this location due to the confrontational tactics used when you pull up. I have spoken with the managers onsite, but no change in over a year. I doubt my $100 a month I spend there on washes and oil changes is a big deal, but I am choosing to take my business elsewhere. I'll use Super Star and Valvoline from now on! read more

When you politely decline, he'll imply that you're stupid for wanting to pay full price. We went in this morning and got the platinum wash. The quality was awful. They didn't vacuum out the front seats they only did the tire shine on the passenger side. The windshield looked like they used a dirty rag in dirty water. Normally we just go to the self service ones and we were treating ourselves today. Disappointing. Very disappointed. Been coming here for years and I have the unlimited car wash plan. Came today and something must have been on a rag that had to been abrasive as there are scratches on the inside of my windows and now tint has started to peel and feels sticky. Manager was VERY stand offish and I had to insist he fill out an incident report. Cobblestone and its workers need to pay attention to what they use on their cloths. Very disappointed and not surprised they have a 2.2 rating. Would like to give them a 0 if they let me. I spoke to General manager Sam Gonzales and Store manager Brandon Ball, not sure why Sam told me that they can do the incident report but nothing will be done for me. WOW what an awful thing to say and how about great customer service for someone who has been a loyal patron. Lost me that day as a customer. They don't care about your service. Very clear. Not sure why the reviews are so low. I got my oil changed here and the gentleman, Glen, was very helpful. Didn't try to hustle me into doing all sorts of things. He was straight forward and honest. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that type of service and "sales." Glen made sure my truck was being taken care of without forcing me to break the bank unnecessarily. Glen, THANK YOU!
