I have always loved cobblestone, usually I go to the one on signal butte and the 60 but we were near the one on queen creek road today. We just got our son a car for his recent 16th and I thought hey let's get this thing washed so my son and pop in, I paid $28 for the ultimate wash. That includes a vacuum, wash and wipe down in and out. We walk the outside and I noticed the bottom of the car was still wet so I nicely asked the guy to dry it. Then handed him our ticket and a $5 tip. We start driving down the road and I'm looking at the floor only to notice it wasn't vacuumed, or wiped down inside. We turn around go back I asked then what is included in the ultimate wash, he tells me and I then showed him it wasn't vacuumed or wiped down inside. He says omg I'm so sorry pull up and we will handle it, they vacuum it, they don't wipe it down. At this point I don't want to be a Karen because my son is already fully embarrassed (typical 16 year old) so we leave. I walk around the car again when we got home and they didn't wipe any of the top of the car. We just had a family member purchase a year of car washed for him for Christmas, I will be reminding him to go to the one on signal butte from now on. I'm super disappointed seems like since spotless brands bought them most of their full service washes have gone to crap. I also work for a company who provided asphalt paving for a few of the self service washes and let's just say it took us a year to be paid on work we did. My conclusion is spotless brands sucks all the way around. Hopefully my review is helpful.

Stuff on the ground and the manager did nothing

I was at the Cobblestones today off S 51st Ave and Baseline. There was a manager there who kept walking around my car while I was cleaning it harassing us. Then before we could pick up some trash that fall out of the car he walked up to us talking about he was refusing services to us and saying stuff about the trash I'm like you don't even give us a chance to clean up yet there was other cars around who had trash by their cars and dude ain't say anything to them then he stated he was trespassing me from the car wash and that he was the manager when I asked for the regional manager he hurried up and went in the office and refused to come out and talk to me this was a very poor experience and something need to be done I feel very disrespected by this man and he don't need to be working there if he is treating customer like this I can only image how he treats the staff there. I want someone from your corporate office to contact me immediately about this issue I have the man on video and I have a video of the parking lot showing where there was all types of trash in the ground and he did nothing about it but he wanted to come to me and keep walking around my car. Sad part is I was about to get a car wash from there but now I would never use their services again there is other place that offer way better services without manager thinking their the owners of the business instead of a representative and the face of the company for that location.

Spent $400 for them to not listen to what I wanted and to make my Van look 10x worse than when I dropped off On September 6, 2024, I dropped off my van at 7:15 AM and provided clear instructions to the staff. I requested a hand wash and specifically asked for the top of the van to be polished. The reason for this request was that I wanted to see if the faded paint on the top could be polished to match the shiny lower portion of the van. If the top polished out well, I would have considered further work to blend the appearance. At 9:36 AM, I received a call from the location stating that the work was completed. However, upon arriving around 12:00 PM, I found that my instructions had not been followed. The top had not been polished, and instead, the bottom half had been polished, which was the exact opposite of what I had requested. This created an even more noticeable contrast between the faded top and the polished bottom, worsening the appearance of the van. The Impact: I approached the sales representative to address the issue, and they explained that they had not polished the top because they believed it "would never polish out." However, I had successfully polished the hood, which was in the same condition as the roof, and knew that the top could be improved. I suggested they try polishing a small, inconspicuous spot as a test. Rather than following my suggestion, the sales rep responded by saying, "I'll just have him go over it." The technician began polishing the top in direct sunlight, with temperatures exceeding 105 degrees Fahrenheit. This resulted in the compound baking into the paint, leaving swirl marks and dried polishing compound on the surface. Additionally, the sales representative asked how long it took me to polish the van myself after I returned the next day to show them the results. The honest answer was that it took me longer to set up the ladder and lights than it did to polish the van. The following day, I returned to show the staff my results. The sales representative claimed that I had polished the "easiest side" and initially provided several excuses for why the job hadn't been done as requested. He also mentioned, "This is why we didn't want to do this job," but at no point during the original quote did anyone inform me they were hesitant to take on the work. After further discussion, the store manager quoted me an additional $1,000 to finish the job. My request to at least remove the excess compound that had baked into the paint was dismissed. The fact that the van was returned to me with compound still stuck to the paint, without an attempt to inform me it couldn't be removed, made me feel as though my concerns weren't properly addressed.

I just left car was! Wow how sad

Chris who checks you in is awesome! But the rest of the employees are downhill! Every time I go, the car still looks like crap. They are getting very lazy.

On my most recent visit, instead of resolving the issue, I was met with a rude response from an employee who insisted that I never provided my card information, which is simply not accurate. The tone and lack of accountability were completely unacceptable. At this point, this feels like a basic operational failure combined with poor customer service. Updating billing information should be straightforward, and customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the same issue or be spoken to disrespectfully. I expect better professionalism and competence from a business handling recurring payments. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend this location.

I took my 10-lb tank to be refilled there for the first time and after several minutes the guy came back and handed the tank back to me. It felt lighter than usual but brushed it off thinking it was me. Then, I heard the guy talked to the cashier about CO2 running out. I went on to buy other things in the store. I got home and decided to weigh it to confirm. The screenshots show my baseline weight, holding the newly "filled" tank, and the calculation to get net weight. I barely got 2 lbs!!! I emailed them about it and got a reply apologizing and asked me to bring it back. I brought it back the next day and when I got there, the attendant said they were out of CO2 until Monday. I told him I just got the tank refilled the day before and when I weighed it, it's only 2 lbs. He smirked and said "we attach the hose to the tank and it stops when it's full". Well, what if the thing stopped when they were filling my tank because it ran out!!! I didn't want to make a scene and argue with them in front of other customers so I just left. I wouldn't have mind if they admitted they made a mistake and made it right. But to blatantly lie and charge a customer almost $40 for a 10-lb refill but actually only give them 2 lbs is ridiculous. I will never come back to this place and I've told my friends about the dishonest people there. There are other places that fills CO2 tanks and better prices for alcohol!

He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure. When challenged for the absurdity and stupidity of the policies, they claim trespassing and call the local authorities to have customers removed for trespassing. I have been a member of the unlimited wash services from this company for over a decade now, with mostly good service; UNTIL NOW. I have owned and enrolled over half a dozen vehicles in this service and even recommended it, but that has come to a sad end. Apparently there are morons at the manager level that are not there to explain a policy that is not posted until AFTER you pay your money, and then once they've got your dime, they turn you away over something so simple as having weighted ballast in the bed of a pickup truck. Now I'll be the first to recommend removing a trailer hitch to protect the rotating brushes that do the work of removing the grime from your bumper. And I have absolutely NO issue securing a load or removing items that can blow or be caught in the rotating brushes (from the bed, to be replaced after cleaning), but this location refuses to allow a pickup truck to pass through the wash with 500lbs of double-bagged/sealed sandbags in the bed, out of reach of any equipment mind you. Instead they offer argumentative teenage boys who have no customer service skills and offer no assistance in determining the safety of the policy and how it applies. NOPE. They have your money, AND they own the property, so they can simply have you "removed" for asking for clarity or common sense on the matter. I can say that I would NOT EVER/NEVER recommend this company or its services. I have turned a blind eye to the lack of chemicals when the service sucks and barely washes the car. The service staff doing a crap job of actually wiping interior services, but the ultimate was paying $150 for a detail and then having to take the vehicle home and then cleanse all the armor all off of the armrest to then scrub the dirt from it that was supposed to be taken care of during the detail process. The staff has high overturn rate, and the prices rise for no reason, especially on the monthly plans. They don't even mention the points that can be redeemed, and their online website doesn't allow user accounts to view the benefits and account status. Of course signing up is easy, and they get your money, but good luck on canceling this service, short of canceling your credit card. I hope someone reading this saves themselves the pain and wasteful use of their time/money.
