I paid $150 two days ago at Queen Creek & Higley location for a 'Detail' and 'Interior Leather Treatment' - I noticed today while loading luggage in the back seat for a short getaway trip that the carpet in the back seat was filthy! Don't get me wrong, I honestly didn't expect perfection, in fact, I had to borrow one of their cleaning cloths to wipe down the LCD display in the dash because it was full of fingerprints and smudges from everyday use. I get my car washed here regularly and more than not the air hoses shoot out so much water. I have talked to the cashier and a on separate occasions towels people. The worst car wash I've literally ever had. They were done with my car in two minutes. Trunk wasn't even vacuumed. Not a single thing was wiped down and there was dust everywhere still not even sure what they did. He asked if I was interested in a membership which I replied no. He then told me of a five wash package that i could purchase. I again told him no. Comically bad car wash. We brought my daughter's car here for a full service car wash that was pretty pricey. They did a poor job with the tire dressing and only applied to 3 of the 4 tires. interior windows were streaked and smeared - appears they "cleaned" them with really dirty towels. I had to clean them again when I got home. Everything just felt rushed and lazy. Outside of the car was still a bit dusty and dirty and a couple bird poop spots were just kind of mashed and wiped into swirls. Recently bought the unlimited platinum express for $37 which isn't cheap, but seems like a reasonable deal if you wash your car more than 3-4 times each month. The quality of this place is heavily reliant on the attentiveness of the employees, however, which seems to be hit and miss. If the employee doesn't pay attention and provide a reasonable presoak spray to the bugs/dirt on your car, they aren't coming off. If they do a good job on presoak then the wash is much better. For my washes so far we seem to get decent attention from the employees about 50% of the time -- I guess it's good you can just go through again if you're not happy. Drive through wash does a pretty good job but if your car is really dirty you'll quickly notice lots of missed areas. Again, though, with unlimited you can just go through again. ‍ read more

will charge you for things not mentioned to you. went for an oil change and had a coupon. total after was over $100 and was charged for a filter that was not ever mentioned to me after the gentleman said my filters looked good. the package i supposedly got only covered 5 quarts and my vehicle took 6 so instead of paying the difference of the extra oil i got charged an additional whole 6 quarts. there is no good communication there and was very displeased. staff was nice but very expensive and do not tell you what you are being charged for. read more

I'll start by saying this is the first review I've ever left for a business and as a business owner myself, I try to have extreme understanding. I have been coming to this location from the first day they opened. I have three unlimited express passes that I spend about $1400 a year on. Today I had the doors and dash detail cleaned, $110 value. I waited almost 2 hours before I asked about the truck being done. Come to find out the truck has been done for an hour and not one person notified me. Yes, I know shame on me for not checking earlier. I asked if there was anything that they could do to make me feel better as I left, like $20 off. The answer was automatically no, even after I offered to write them a five star review which the whiteboard behind them said that that was part of their monthly goal. And when I asked to speak to the manager, the young man that helped me didn't seem to care to get him. So then I asked how to cancel my membership and there's no way to do that in store I was told. Fair enough corporate policy I get it. In all reality, all I was looking for was somebody to care that they delayed my day by simply not notifying me. if they would've even said I'm sorry I wouldn't be here writing this review. So corporate, is there anything you're willing to do should I take my money to your competitor? I really don't want to cancel my membership. Service at this location is good but we are cancelling because of the price increases. It's just as hard to cancel our truck as it was to cancel the car in 2021. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to communicate with corporate offices, so canceling requires the patience of a mule. Have been going to cobble stones for years with several models of SUVs and trucks, brought our Cherokee to get cleaned and after we paid for full service was informed they could not drive my car through and that I would have to. Would have just paid the self service and vacuumed myself. The price is right, and the wash was just on time, although I don't know if I am 100% satisfied with it as it did not immediately rain 15 minutes later which is my measure of a quality wash here in Phoenix. In late January my car was crashed and totaled on their property by the CARWASH. They were driving the car. Admitted no fault before contacting an attorney. They turned it into their insurance which only covered 90% of the vehicles value. The vehicle was a 4 month old Ford Expedition limited... took my car to the car wash and they crashed it!!! We have given them multiple chances to make things right. They have decided not to. It was this location. The person who picks up your car at the end of the tunnel floored my car through a curb, then a light pole and into a block wall. I would highly caution using them for any service as this has been a crazy journey that we didn't ask for. We are currently out 15k in fees during these hard times, can't afford another new car and they could care less. Please don't make the same mistake we did. This has ruined our year. Emily we have reached out to the insurance company and they have covered all that they're responsible for. There's other cost associated with this "accident." I'll start off by saying the only reason a star is missing is because of the almost 2 hour wait for an oil change. Not much they can do about that though since it was just busy and there was about 7 cars ahead of me in the queue. The staff was very friendly and offered to clean my car even though I only bought an oil change.
