This is a super cool public market hall in downtown Sandusky with maybe 15ish (just a guess) local businesses like a bakery, bowling alley, axe throwing game space, ice cream shop and boutiques. This is a cool place to spend an hour or two just browsing and supporting local while grabbing some dessert. The building has some type of history to it which I was unable to readily find online (boo, that is so odd). But the history is paid homage in the design of this space, with old timey photos of Sandusky and Cedar Point blown up on the walls and little stories to accompany them. The design is actually brilliant. It's a cool mixture of old school heritage meets modern rustic vibes. It makes you want to stop and look. The businesses in this building are open during the pandemic, just make sure to check with each business directly before visiting as most of the hours are likely changed. I stopped by here extremely quickly (I do not go out much during the pandemic) to pick up some pre-paid birthday treats from Bake Erie. It has a spacious, accessible parking lot and is just a joy to browse. Check it out for yourself, than continue exploring the surrounding area of local businesses... and Lake Erie :)

Very disappointed in our meal here. The chopped pork was so salty it was inedible. The beans were…read morebland and the Mac n Cheese was very dry. The banana pudding tasted okay, but it was more of a soup than a pudding. Even the whipped cream was liquified. But it gets a lot worse. The ribs were disgusting. Undercooked, tough, chewy, and tasteless. I've never had ribs that particular texture. Almost like they came from Costco and were thrown on the grill for a little while. Chili's ribs were better and Chili's ribs are a joke. The beef brisket was passable, but even it was just mediocre. The only reason I gave it a second star was the service, which was fast and friendly, and the ambiance, which was pleasant. In short, I'm not sure why Dave is famous. Maybe change the name to Infamous Dave's? Or just go back to being a Quaker Steak n Lube. That was good food!

Que Combo - 1 meat - Texas Beef Brisket 6/10 Didn't really taste like low and slow smoked bbq, could have been more tender and also there was no fat. - Sweet Corn (on the cob) 6/10 Wasn't sweet, and was overcooked so the corn was a little mushy. - Garlic Red-Skin Mashed Potatoes 6/10 Decent. Not really garlicky though. - Cornbread muffin 8/10 Actually pretty good, and I don't like cornbread. The muffin top was the best part, had a few crispy parts to it. Chicken quarter Actually good and juicy. Baked potato Huuuge potato.

The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, and they had a blast while we were there. It's definitely a spot that keeps kids entertained and makes it a little easier to relax as a parent. What truly stood out was the staff's integrity and kindness. I accidentally left my credit card there, and not only did they go out of their way to mail it back to me, they included a cute little Thirsty Pony drink coozie in the envelope. That was such an unexpected and thoughtful touch. Customer service like that really matters. The atmosphere and the way they handled my mistake absolutely left a positive impression. Thank you to the team for going above and beyond -- that kindness did not go unnoticed!

We didn't get any menus when first sat down so our server was scrambling a bit since the host kind of left us hanging. Our server was really great at keeping our cups full and putting in our order quickly. The food came out pretty fast which was really surprising but tasted pretty subpar. You really should come here for the vibes which were fun and lively! There's also a bowling alley, axe throwing, laser tag, at least 3 different sports bars/betting, arcade, AND a food truck outside with yard games. I ordered the cluck cluck burger which has bacon and an egg. The burger patty was pretty dry but it was saved by the egg. It comes on a pretzel bun which I loved! My nephew ordered a ton of apps instead of an entree and got the giant pretzel (cheese came out pretty dry with a hard top), onion rings, and the cheesesteak fries. He liked the fries the best, onion rings were good, but the pretzel was cold. My husband got chicken wings naked with three or so sauces on the side which weren't very good so I'd suggest getting them normally breaded. He also ordered a burger with sweet potatoes fries that were pretty good but his patty was also dry.

Pretty much this has really become my favorite place to grab some much needed sustenance when inside Cedar Point as the Foldovers are all really good and definitely unique as I haven't seen any other parks doing sandwiches like this! The crispy chicken one is delicious it's full of lettuce tomato crispy chicken and some ranch dressing to make it just that much better with that yummy Foldover bread which kinda resembles a pita bread and you know it just fits! The Italian one is also really good too as it's filled with Italian meats and some veggies with a vinaigrette to ad some more zest to something that's already yummy! The meatless sausage one thought is also definitely where it's at as it's also one of the best vegetarian options in the park this Foldover sandwich packs some flavorful goodness inside just get it and you'll see what I mean! They accept Dinning Pass here so definitely take advantage of that or don't forget to use your season pass for a discount off your purchase! The Foldovers come with fries or a side salad so just let them know and you'll be all good with your sandwich! They also have chicken tenders here but it's all about the folded goodness so just get one you'll be thankful you did! Overall delicious goodness inside the park you soo know I'll be coming here again soon for some Foldover yumminess!
